호텔의 부담스러움 없고 편안하니 적극 추천합니다

숙소 너무 마음에 들었어요 물론 공항에서 찾아가는건 가까운 버스정류장이나 지하철역이 없었지만 캐리어 끌고 가기 멀지 않았고 이후로 하카타, 텐진 어디든 걸어다니기 편했습니다. 깨끗하고 따뜻하고 온수도 잘나오고 티비도 넷플릭스가 설정된 티비라 한국드라마 보기 좋았어요. (온수조절 보일러와 화장실 벽에 난방도 켤수있는 장치가 설치되어 따뜻하게 샤워했습니다.) 숙소가 조용하고 수건도 미리 넉넉하게 부탁해서 준비되어있었고 세탁기도 있어 급하게 세탁할게 생겨 잘 사용했습니다. 허리가 안좋아 푹신한 침대 불편한데 살짝 탄성있는 침대라 편안하게 숙면했습니다. 숙소 들어가는 골목 입구 오른쪽에 슈퍼가있어 물,술,과일,안주류 사기 좋았고 큰 냉장고가 냉장, 냉동 따로되어있어 빵빵하게 사용하기 좋았어요. 숙소 주변에 2차로 갈만한 술집도 많습니다. 관리자님 만나본적은 없으나 친절하게 답도 빨리 주시고 우산도 미리 준비해주셨어요. 숙소 들어가실땐 미리 안내받은 코드로 우체통에서 키꺼냈고 왼쪽 메인박스에 키꽂고 돌리면 출입문 열리더군요. 부족한것 없이 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소라 너무 너무 만족했습니다. (발코니에 재떨이 준비되어있어 흡연가들 이용하기 매우 좋음)

良かった

スタッフの対応が早く、居心地が良かった。水、コーヒー、お茶、ビールまで用意してあり、嬉しかったです。

3泊したので、最初から3泊分のタオルを用意して下さると助かるのですが。台所が汚れても拭くものがなかったので、キッチンタオルでもあるとキレイにできるのですが。

気を使わなく最高！

スーパー、飲食店、コンビニは徒歩圏内。後は自転車を借りるととても便利です！快適に過ごせました！

選んで良かった

5日間滞在したが、洗濯機と浴室乾燥機がついており洗濯に困らなかった。洗濯洗剤と柔軟剤もある。コンロ、食器類全般、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、炊飯器など完備されている。また、キャナルシティや博多駅まで徒歩圏内であり、近隣に上限つきの安価なコインパーキングも多数あり、快適な滞在ができた。

5日間滞在中、ゴミが5日分たまったが、回収が無いため処理に困った。

自宅のように利用できる

アパートやマンションタイプの宿泊施設だったので、自分の家に帰宅するような感覚で利用できました。・玄関で靴を脱げる・トイレとお風呂が別・浴槽にお湯をためられる・洗濯機で洗濯できる(洗剤あるのもありがたかったです！) ・浴室乾燥機がついているので夜の間に洗濯物が乾く飲屋街へも徒歩2〜3分で、晩ごはんや夜食にも困りませんでした。中洲や天神エリアへも徒歩10分以内。観光に疲れたら休憩に帰ることもできてよかったです。

立地は良かったが、少し残念だった

子供の試合で利用させてもらったので洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があったので凄く助かった

タオルがペラペラガサガサ寝具のシーツは、クリーニングされているのか？じめった感じがした床も磨けているのかベタベタした感じがしたので拭き掃除をした

8/17~9/25，長期住宿非常舒適，是這區域CP值非常高的住宿。

空間寬敞，二個30吋大行李廂可以完全打開。獨立陽台有曬衣架、廚房設備齊全，足夠二人長期住宿。洗衣房和大型洗臉台、獨立廁所、獨立浴室有浴缸有淋浴，功能齊全。房間有衣櫃、洗衣房有儲藏櫃、玄關有鞋櫃，方便長期住宿的物品收納。位置在春吉七番丁，四周有博多運河城、中洲、櫛田神社、川端通商店街、天神地下街、渡邊通等，是福岡最精華的核心點。全棟10間1DK公寓，白天有管家負責退房後的清潔，可以提供諮詢和協助。

601室有幾個缺點，但是不影響住宿的品質室內裝修略有一點老舊，地板表皮有些破損。浴室廁所共同抽排風機略有一點老舊，噪音大，睡覺時要由分電盤電路開關關閉。陽台空調主機安裝在陽台地面，沒有清洗，背面進風側灰塵堵塞導致冷氣效率較差。

また行きたいホテルです。てか、また行きます。

部屋が広く、キッチンや、冷蔵庫、レンジがあり、使い勝手が良い部屋でした。清潔感もあり、駐車場もありとても良かったです。チェックアウトも11時で最高でした。

ロケーションが、ラブホ街なのが多少気になったくらいです

Opportunities for improvement are the quality of the beds and slightly better equipped base supplies in the kitchen (some oil to bake or some salt/pepper) would have been helpful.

Pas de mauvaise surprise, très bonne localisation. Rapport qualité/prix acceptable.

Localisation parfaite, taille de la chambre importante, balcon avec vue sympathique, salle de bain spacieuse, immeuble récent et parties communes très bien entretenues.

Décoration très impersonnelle, fait penser un peu à une chambre l'hôpital. Impossible d'avoir de la lumière un peu tamisée. Une petite table basse en fasse de la télé n'aurait pas été de trop. Pas assez de prises de courant dans la pièce.

Comfortable and functional fantastic for a short stay for two people, great communication with land lord

The entry way and building were very nice. The check in was easy and there is a lift do it was easy with luggage. Kitchen was well equipped. The washing machine was great to have.

It was hot in the bathroom/kitchen area as the AC does not go through to these areas. The lighting is very bright and there were no side lamps so we would disturb each other if going to the bathroom at night.

非常欣賞這類型的公寓，浴室都是一體式連通風及乾衣，不用怕衣服不乾，而且還提供日常用品，這樣子可為行李節省不少空間。

位置方便，從機場取車至住宿只需15分鐘，周邊很多停車位。入住手續快捷，有專人在門口等待登記資料。房內設備齊全，基本上只帶幾套衣服已可住幾天。附近就是中洲屋台，可以吃宵夜。還送了3罐咖啡。

冷氣好像不夠凍，由於住最頂層(8F)的關係，而且是最熱的天氣，38度。電視的天線接收有點弱，看奧運會直播時會卡住。

Świetne miejsce w centrum Fukuoki.

Świetna lokalizacja, 7 minut do Canal City, 15 minut do Hakata Station. Dookoła mnóstwo kanjpek. Pokój bardzo czysty i przestronny. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Balkon z miejscem do suszenia ubrań. W mieszkaniu znajduję sie również pralka z płynem do prania.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

房间很大，28寸行李箱可以展开，还有一个阳台可以晒衣服。卫生间干湿分离。厨房用具齐全，附近有平价超市，可以买菜做饭吃。住宿靠近商圈，步行15分钟以内。

お得で広くて快適です。

ホテルのツインルームより広い。事前にオーナーさんに毛布を2枚用意をお願いすると、忘れずに準備してくださいました。

冬はエアコンだけだと寒い。

また、宿泊したいです。

土砂降りの雨で服が濡れてもその日の内に洗濯して、浴室乾燥機で乾かす事ができる。ホテルより部屋もお風呂も洗面所も広々としていて快適でした。

他の部屋から聞こえてくる夜遅くまでの話し声。

Very spacious and clean. Nice bath, opportunities to wash clothes as well. Small kitchen if needed. Bed is not bad.

Location is a bit boring. Could use some lights that aren’t so terribly bright but more atmospheric.

Studio agréable et bien situé

Appartement spacieux pour Fukuoka et bien équipé. Literie confortable, balcon avec vue. Emplacement proche du centre à pied, et nombreux parkings autour à prix raisonnable. Nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. Machine à laver et soufflerie qui sèche le linge en quelques heures.

Manque d'explications pour éteindre la soufflerie la nuit (elle se rallume au bout de quelques temps, et est trop bruyante pour dormir).

Clean, prepared in detail, very kind staff, great location( best place for night drinkers)

It was not only very clean but also all amenities are well prepared. The time when I was arrived, storm was expected. I was well prepared enough to bring my umbrella but it was touched to see another two umbrellas were already placed at the place just in case.

Not that much to dislike. I was worried to keep my luggage as I was arrived before time to check in but I bumped into someone(maybe a staff?) and thankfully she kept my luggage until checkin time but, it would be better to give prior instruction to visitors like me.

Overall perfect room!

The host is easy to communicate and prepared everything we need. room was clean and all equipments was well-functioning. I love the nearby 24hrs open supermarket!
