The room is clean and location is good.

As I had expected, business-like, simple and straightforward. I plan to stay again in future travels

Stay was decent but we will pay more to stay in another hotel in the future.

Staff were very quick to respond to requests (extra chair, bucket of ice toilet paper), however, there's need for the reception to have more life in welcoming guests.

The room color was drab in grey color (muted). It would be great to stay in bright white clean rooms. Also, there was an unnecessary comment from the male receptionist. He asked for my ID. Later he asked for my Mom's ID who is a senior citizen. I didn't ask him why but he said referring to my Mom, "yung ID din niya (her ID too) for the security of our guests". The comment was a bit odd considering my Mom is 72 years old, what security threat does she pose to the guests and if we were easily giving our IDs why the unnecessary comment. Lastly, the lack of parking especially for senior citizens is an issue.

Not again

The reception area is beautiful and the breakfast was one of the best we had in the Philippines. The room is OK, but a tad small for the price.

Only one small bottle of drinking water. The staff was friendly but should remember not to ask uncomfortable questions when two men book in together after reserving a room with a double bed. The draconian non-smoking rules in this part of town (even outside on the streets) saw us leave Manila two days early.

A boutique hotel that has the amenities and location you want to enjoy Makati's shopping district.

The room was very clean, the staff was very attentive and the breakfast was great.

The TV could've had more channels. But I wasn't really there to stay in the room very much.

Good if you receive a proper room.

The staff was super friendly and supportive. The location is brilliant in Makati. The lobby is nice and worm, even if it is quite small. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of specialties extremely well cocked.

The room, and the air conditioning in it. I was surprised to NOT have clear windows to look outside. Also the curtains could be more pleasant. But the main problem was the air conditioning device: it was a windows type unit (mounted in the wall) that was extremely noisy; even on low speed fan, when the compressor stared to work it was like shuttering glass. And because of the blocked windows, you can't stay/sleep without letting the air conditioning functioning.

A gem near Greenbelt Makati

Staff are the hotel's best asset. Made our Valentine's celebration extra special. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was also very good. Room was ok for the price we paid.

So if one is thinking to stay in this lovely city, look no further. Take this review seriously and you won’t regret it!

Though the stay was tad short, it was a pleasant one. Appreciate the entire staff, from the pick-up service from the airport to the concierge, to the services crew. Location-wise, this sits right beside the posh shopping mall and Ayala Triangle Garden if one is into running like me. Breakfast and its menu is AWESOME.

Room is a bit tight but cleanliness is outright obvious right from the entry.

New Year's Eve at Astoria Greenbelt

The crew were hospitable and friendly, I also like the fixtures, with wide space and T&B.

Maybe needs to improve dining experience especially the buffet bfast, the resto ia quite limited but I bel8ve it can be managed well as long as incoming of guests is monitored and managed. I have to add that guests should be asked first if they wont mind to share their table with other guests, out of courtesy. All will be well when things are taken out of respect or consideration for others'

Very good and will stay again under the same circumstances

although, I was quarantined for the duration of my stay at the hotel, I would honestly the location is quite good. The hotel might be small and does not have the amenities that other hotels provide, I would say for the price, I think it is quite price right. Anyway, for the price, the location and the staff made up for the deficiency the hotel does not provide.
