Situated in the ocean-close D building, this south facing condo has been totally refurnished with soothing ocean colors, a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa, recliner, 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans, and 2 ocean-view balconies. The kitchen and bathrooms are featured with custom cabinets, gorgeous slab granite, stone back splash, and wood-look porcelain tile floors.
The primary bedroom retreat occupies the entire upper level, looking out to an expansive ocean-view balcony. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the Stearns & Foster pillow-top bed with luxurious bedding. The second bedroom has 2 full size pillow-top beds. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 televisions and, free wireless internet.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village, you're transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex located in Oceanside, California, between the Harbor and the Pier.
You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit. There is also a putting green and foosball.
When you venture all the way through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat, with fire rings, volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Be sure to stake out a fire ring (to the left) for a unique evening beach fire at least one night while you are in Oceanside.
To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

The property was nice. Checkin was slightly confusing and not very helpful with parking as we had 2 cars but only 1 assigned space. Going somewhere that sleeps six you would think they would plan for at least 2 vehicles. We got to our house it was clean and the decor was nice. We loved the patios. The beds were comfortable. The towel situation was a not ideal especially without a washer/dryer in the unit. If you’re staying for a week the towels should be exchanged at no charge. The gym was really nice. The elevator did break on our last night which left us walking down 3 flights of stairs with all of our stuff which was not ideal. I don’t think it was quite worth the price we paid but the location was wonderful to be walking distance to so much. Upstairs was a little stuffy even with the fans on. Also the owner should leave instructions on how to work the tv and maybe some favorite places in the area. Also update regarding fire pits as there are none and we were looking forward to that. This was the least communicative booking we have made as far as getting there and being helpful. The nightly sunsets and listening to the waves was definitely relaxing and that was wonderful.

The property is right on the beach!!! It is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your vacation as a family!!! All you have to bring is food and your swimsuits!!! Wow!!! Simply WOW!!!

Our stay was over and beyond excellent. It was perfect for our weekend family get away. The weather was in the mid 60s and the kids were still able to enjoy the community pool because it was heated. The beach views from our balcony was the icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The location was perfect for watching the surfers in the morning, people watching on The Strand, and catching the beautiful sunset each night. The unit itself was very nice and looked like it had been recently renovated and had everything we needed. Having the bedrooms on different levels was a nice separation for privacy. We would highly recommend this unit, and can't wait to go back ourselves.

We lived in Oceanside for 10 years and were back visiting from Las Vegas. We knew this location we choose to stay at and were extremely happy with the unit we got! The unit was older but clean and comfy! We went with my Daughter and her husband and son, and was plenty of room for all of us! The living area was perfect for us to hang and have a relaxing time! We love the convenience of the walk to the beach and were there daily! The view was AMAZING! We did have an issue with the drains being plugged, but we sent a service request and they came out within the day and took care of the issue! Only issue we had was part of a walkway to our unit was being maintenance during our stay and the elevator was out 1/2 the time and being on the 3 floor was a pain. Had to walk through another building to get to another elevator! This has no reflection on the fact that the unit we stayed at was awesome and we would definitely come back!

This unit has two balconies looking at beach and pier. Interior nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. Property has a great pool and a hot tub. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and the koi pond is a highlight.

Very nice! Beautiful condo. View was wonderful overlooking the strand in Oceanside. Just know there is no AC. Was toasty one day as it was hottest day in summer but there was plenty of fans. Just one day warm but then weather/condo was perfect! Harbor you can walk to. Good restaurants and whale/dolphin watching. Close to train. Beautiful pool and hot tub but overran with kids. They were having a blast though. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this property. It’s the second time we stayed here and would continue to come back. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The property had many great amenities to keep the grandkids entertained. Definitely a five star location that I highly recommend.

Traveled with 4 adults + 2 kids there was plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect with easy access to 2 different beaches. Walking distance to the pier and the marina. Condo was well stocked and owner communication was great! Would love to stay again!

My family and I loved staying here! The view was incredible, and the sounds of the ocean were loud and amazing. The complex is very well maintained with a great pool and lovely grounds. The unit is in great condition and was very clean. It does get very warm in the unit despite ceiling fans and floor fans. Excellent communication with the property manager as well. This place was a must stay! From the set up of two balconies, the distance of just a few steps (literally) to the beach, and the centralized location of this place, it was heaven. We had no issues, although parking underground was a little tricky and they are very picky about it. The parking space for this unit barely fit an SUV between a pole and another car. Besides that, the pier is within easy walking distance, shopping, restaurants, you name it it was available and all within walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again!

We loved our week in this unit! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and neat. The views were great as well! Just one thing to mention. There is only one assigned parking place so guests will need to park in the outside lot at a cost of $7 per day.

Dishes in cupboard were dirty. Some were greasy, others had food stuck to them. General areas appeared clean, but some stuff was dusty.

We have stayed in North Coast Village for the last 13 yrs during Jan-Feb. This was our first time to spend the first 2 weeks in November, as we were down for a very special birthday party. This was the first time we stayed in D304 as we usually stay in the F building. We loved the location of this unit and all it’s amenities. The only complaint we had was the upstairs slider screen was off the track. Management sent someone right over to fix it. But the fix didn’t last long. Hopefully they can have the screen replaced before the next tenants. North Coast Villiage is a beautiful condo development, but like the rest of us it’s getting old and somethings don’t work like they used to; namely the elevators. When we arrived neither of the elevators worked. We had to call the office three different times to fix the elevator. One time when it wasn’t working we had frozen groceries that we had to hand carry up the stairs to the third floor. Hopefully in time NCV will renovate all the elevators. But other than that we LOVED our unit and had a wonderful time so close to the beach.

This is a great property with lots to do for families on site and in surrounding area. Condo is beautifully maintained. This was our second stay in this particular unit. The only complaint was that it was unusually humid for the area, which made the condo temp very uncomfortable during the day with no AC. There were many fans available to use that did help, and the unit cooled down nicely in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

There was absolutely no parking when we arrived. All parking was barricaded due to resurfacing. No one told us this. We were told by the guard to park in the city parking lot and pay the parking fee. Carpets were dirty and very stained. Balcony Screen door did not open easily. Some fans did not work on one of the most humid days this year. Some Furniture was worn, especially wooden coffee table and end tables, tv stand etc. Front door does not lock when you shut it. You have to use the key to lock the door. No one told us this. We came back from dinner and found the room unlocked. That’s how we found out. There were no luggage carts. Had to make several trips to the room when checking in. After checking in, Parking was under the building next door rather than under ours. We did manage to have a good time and look forward to coming back. We would just choose another unit besides D304.

We were surprised how nice the place is. Such lovely furnishing. I have stayed many times at No. Coast and the furnishing have always shown so much wear and tear. The Ocean view us adequate. Everything you will need for a nice vacation is provided. Stairs are a little steep but the climb is worth it for the lovely bedroom and bath up there.
