This oceanfront location simply can't be beat, and now boasts a completely new interior! Treat yourself to relaxing on your own oceanfront balcony, surrounded by the sounds and sights of the Pacific Ocean. Watch sailboats, dolphins, crashing waves, and outrageous sunsets even from inside this stunning beach condo. Amenities include porcelain wood-look floors, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, new cabinets, a kitchen island with wine fridge, 3 smart TV's, and completely updated bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in shower in the primary bath. A cozy stacked stone fireplace creates a warm ambiance in the living area with a queen sofa bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

Overall, a great experience! Location was great and easy walk to both the pier one direction and the harbor the other direction for good restaurants. Nice to be so close to the sand on a clean beach, too. The nearby beach bathroom was not a big concern as we thought it would be when we arrived. The only negative was sometimes cars driving by on the one-way street off the patio after 11 pm playing really loud music (summer at the beach). The condo was comfortable and a good layout - it had everything we needed. 3 ceiling fans but only one controller - I think the unit above has the same fans as the light randomly turned on. Nice to have gated access and had the ability to park two cars (one for us and one for a guest). Definitely recommend to stay here and would come back.

Location is excellent and the check in is very organized. Garage is literally yards away so easy to carry bags etc. Bedding is just okay. Some stains on furniture. You can open windows in main bedroom and listen to the ocean at night, but the condo is next to stop sign and public restrooms so you can hear some extra noise; we didn’t mind it but if you’re light sleeper it may be an issue.

We walked on the beach daily. My family fought over who gets to sit in the lazy boy recliner. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to enjoy home cooked meals. We will defnitely stay here again!

Another family reunion renting 5 condos at North Coast Village, of which this was one. This was by far the most beautiful condo we've rented. Though this was the first time in 14 years with clouds and a bit of rain, we had a wonderful time.

A few suggestions for condo.
Didnt expect that many stairs to get to ground level condo! Noone suggested parking by gate to unload as it was easiest. Very difficult to find pools and stairs to get there! No luggage racks to put suitcases on. No hooks for clothes or robes or pjs. Couldnt get tv to work with no instructions in room. No oceanside map of what to see or places to eat in the area in the condo. No shops within walking distance. View was obstructed by beach restroom from condo to the north. Great view otherwise. Control for fans was strange turned some on and others off as well as lites. We did enjoy our time though!

We had so much fun sitting on the patio and watching the world go by... surfers, bikers, classic cars... you get to see it all. You're so close to the beach it makes it easy to go back and forth for snacks or a break from the sun. The interior of the condo has been completely remodeled and it's beautifully done. We will definitely be back!

The unit: As presented in the pics, no surprises, which we appreciate. A lovely interior. The street-level porch is great for endless hours or people and car club watching.
Grounds: we didn't use the pools or hot tubs. The hot tub of the primary grounds set [on the other side of the road] was packed was overrun with a zillion kids. The pool and communal barbecue were also very crowded. The putting green had wet towels and other 'stuff' thrown about on it. If these amenities are a consideration for you, not A+ usability. They weren't for us, we were here for the proximity to the beach and the unit itself. So enjoyed our stay.

Mimi, the owner and person I spoke to was lovely and awesome! The interior of this condo is updated and truly beautiful. The master bed does have a dip in the middle but was still pretty comfortable. This downstairs condo sits directly across the street from a bathroom / shower area on the main beach frontage road. You can throw a rock at it. Early morning, their is a lot of foot traffic and lots of vehicle noise as folks stop at the bathroom and the garbage truck stops by daily to collect yesterdays trash. Also we had a harmless homeless man sleeping near the bathroom for the weekend. Despite that, still a beautiful beach view, super easy access right outside your patio gate to the beach. If you are looking for family beach fun, this is great. Check out is right at 10. Makes it difficult to have a relaxing last morning. The cleaners are on your door stop in the dot. I have stayed at many Vrbo beach condos. Personally, I would not pay $1200 again for this particular condo. If it was a 2nd story away from the bathrooms, I would. I highly recommend moving check out to 11am like many VRBOs. Thank you for the hospitality and the excellent communication!

We loved this condo . I have some knee problems. And loved the location , recliner in living room and the deck chairs. The condo had everything we need and more. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. We had amazing sleeps and bed was so comfortable. Thank you very much for the great stay. We will be back soon .

Better than expected! Perfect locality- the ‘beach items’ were an unexpected addition! As an ex-VRBO owner maybe basic items like foil - basic seasonings/oil could be an added plus. Still give this unit A++ Planning to return next year!

This was the best staycation! The cottage was even more beautiful than the photos. It was also impeccably clean. You can’t beat the location of this place. Waking up watching the dolphins swim while reading a book on the patio was amazing. I was worried about the ant warning, and was pleasantly surprised not to see a single one! We will definitely be making this a yearly thing and already cannot wait for next year.

Beautiful rental in a fantastic location, the only disappointing part is that they are adamantly strict and will not let you check in even 1 minute early. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, feels like we kind of got jipped in the time department, however the place is beautiful and has every amenity you could want.

Awesome Beach Access
Condo was amazing! The inside was very clean and recently updated! Amazing kitchen!! People watching from the back porch was a highlight! I loved that you can walk to the beach from your back porch. We love Oceanside and how clean they keep the beach. One thing to be aware of is the master bedroom window faces the boardwalk, so in the evenings when you are sleeping it can get very loud with garbage trucks, cars and late night people walking. Ear plugs are a must!!!!!

I had my daughters 1st birthday across the street on the beach, so the convenience of staying at this spot just steps away made the party that much easier. What a wonderful experience. My family & I enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful location
We ended up in a different unit because the unit we were originally in was being renovated. We absolutely loved being so close to the beach and having a view of the pier every night. Check in/out was simple and there were clear instructions. We will be back!

Nothing beats being able walk out your slider to the beach, pop in to make a sandwich or grab a drink etc. Other poor souls haul their wagons and chairs up the street and elevator multiple times a day, looking enviously at this porch right on the strand. We had a bunch of teens with us and this made it so they were able to come back in without needing a key. This is actually a game changer since you only get 2 keys for a condo that sleeps 6. The unit is gorgeously updated and very clean. Traffic on the strand can get loud on the weekends, but is so fun to be right there in the middle of it on that porch. During our stay there was some very loud construction but we were fairly warned before hand and offered options. Make my Vacation has been wonderful to work with, especially Mimi! We are already planning a return trip. Thank you!

Quick trip
We made a quick trip and this little condo fulfilled all our needs. We were able to easily walk back and forth between beach and house throughout the day. Although it was loud one night we were there, it is to be expected being right on the road.
