Cena, czystość i bardzo miła obsługa. Na śniadanie serwują crossanty z nuttelą lub dżemem, a do wybory są jeszcze płatki śniadaniowe lub jogurt naturalny. Blisko jest stacja metra i przystanek autobusowy.
W pokojach nie ma szafy. Okolica nie jest za bezpieczna niedaleko hotelu pod mostem koczują bezdomni oraz w samochodach na ulicy hotelu śpią.

A única coisa que se aproveita realmente é o pequeno-almoço, a que apesar de não ter grande variedade, é suficiente.
Tem máquinas automáticas com várias comidas e bebidas e outras coisas que podem dar jeito, e isso é muito prático e útil.
O alojamento apesar de cuidado no Hall de entrada, é sujo no quarto e nas casas de banho. Os lençóis que nos deram tinham bolor e tivemos de fazer uma troca, além disso os hóspedes é que fazem as próprias camas. Fora isso, tive de trocar a minha almofada porque tinha um bico que me picou no pescoço deixando-me cheia de borbulhas, como podem ver na imagem!!
As fotografias do quarto estão na câmara extra angular para parecer grande mas e minúsculo. Ficámos num quarto com beliche para 3 e a cama do chão era literalmente no chão, nem estrado tinha. As camas de cima tinham o estrado sempre a abanar e a chiar, dando a sensação de que ia cair a qualquer momento.
As tomadas junto às camas não funcionam.
As sanitas da casa banho estão quase todas rachadas, pelo menos no meu piso que era o 7. Para tomar duche temos de carregar várias vezes no botão porque a água desliga de 30 em 30 segundos, e é muito difícil de regular a temperatura.
Fica num bairro nada seguro e super sujo, o nosso motorista do Uber também nos confirmou que não é das melhores zonas de Paris. O metro fica a 5min a pé mas de noite é impossível fazer o trajeto sem medo que nos aconteça alguma coisa.
A fachada do prédio não tem absolutamente nada a ver com as fotografias apresentadas! O prédio está a cair aos bocados e todo queimado por fora.
O staff na maioria é simpático, à exceção da rapariga do pequeno-almoço que não faz qualquer intenção de falar inglês e quando lhe pedimos por pratos disse que não entendia e para usarmos o tradutor.

Brak lampek nocnych (zadziwiająco częsty problem w hostelach). Jeden włącznik na dwie silne lampy - może być albo bardzo jasno, albo całkiem ciemno. Trochę rozregulowana regulacja temperatury wody pod prysznicem.

Buena conexión para ir al centro, hay una estación de Metro cerca que nos permitió ir a todos los lugares de interés por nuestra propia cuenta como el Louvre, Torre Eiffel, incluso a Versalles, . Alrededor hay varios supermercados. El desayuno amplio y se podía repetir las veces que uno quisiese. Cuenta con una buena calefacción (fuimos en pleno invierno). Volveríamos sin duda.
Por la noche tarde la zona es un poco oscura, pero en realidad nada de temer.

No me gusto lo suciooo de los baños, extremadamenta sucioss. Preferia ir a un baño publico. No estaban en la habitacion. Sino que eran compartidos para todas las habitaciones del piso. El barrio era de lo peor que he visto en toda mi vida, vendian cosas robadas en todas las veredas, los puentes que hay que pasar solo son "seguros" hasta las 19 hs, despues solo un kamikaze puede pasar por ahi, wifi maso, tv viejiisima, cama mas dura que una piedra. No soy criticona y venimos de 3 hostels en distintos paises en este mes, pero realmente para el que vea mi comentario NO estoy exagerando. Es muy inseguro andar de noche por esa zona.

The stuff in the night was friendly.
So we changed our room two times in the night because of bedbugs… finally we end up in the room with only two beds for three people. The staff member in the night was very friendly and help me find another rooms, but still there was a bedbugs, he said the best, is if in the morning, I go to the staff members and ask them for my money and explained the situation. Which I did the first lady start to laugh in my face. She said it’s not possible and she doesn’t know anything. Every time I ask something she says she don’t know, Finally I ask for her manager the manager came I explain that I didn’t sleep all night we changed the room twice. I say I want my money back! The manager say that normally it’s not possible but in this situation she Is going to give me back my money, she give me paper which I signed. I put all of my information for the payment and she assure me that she’s going to make it later in the evening. Two days pass and I don’t get any information from them. I signed the paper for the reimbursement. Nobody contact me, when I called the number which they give me they said it’s the wrong number. I think it’s unacceptable to say to the people something and then don’t get any work done. I have more pictures and videos of bedbugs walking all over the bed. I have pictures of the document I signed. I hope by leaving this comment, somebody is going to contact me to explain the situation.

The location felt quite unsafe and we had to take a longer route to avoid some strange large congregations, which we originally walked through and got harassed.

The hotel is good value for money. It is like 30 min away from the city center by public transport, there’s a metro just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The area around is quite dodgy, but if you are careful you shouldn’t have any trouble. I don’t know if this qualifies as an hotel or not, bathrooms were shared, A/C was centralized and when we got here it didn’t seem like it was working.

The property was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
The concierge didn’t speak English well so we found very hard to ask for informations.
Also, the air conditioner wasn’t working, so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was to hot inside the room. And we didn’t find the remote control for the television.

Price - this place is priced appropriately. Far from center, but close to metro station. 24h reception was great, as we arrived after midnight. No problem. Shared toilets and showers are very clean, clean towels and bedding daily. Grocery store around the corner.
The rooms we stayed in were super small. Three beds on one wall, one small table, two chairs and sink. There was no net in windows, so if you open them for night there is a chance that bugs will get it. No AC in our rooms. Also the neighborhood is not the greatest. Just try to avoid going in East direction. A lot of homeless people and very dirty streets. I guess that is the other side of Paris that you don't see in movies.

I tried to cancel my res but they didn’t refund my amount!! even though they scammed us by saying the hotel has AC which it didn’t !! and it said private bathroom which it wasn’t. and when i asked for a cancellation and a refund they declined!! complete trash hotel.

The room was comfy and the decor was nice. We had a very comfortable bed and it was also quiet so we could get a good night's sleep but we also had a private room. The staff were friendly and helpful especially with helping us book taxis to and from attractions and the airport. The hostel was very clean and it felt safe, they also had security at the front desk.
The only thing was the neighborhood was not a good one. It would be fine if you just take a taxi or an uber back to the hotel at night. One Parisian waiter told us that as tourists we should not take the metro back to the hotel at night because the area is unsafe. There are a lot of homeless people in the area and it seems lots of crime.

the location it’s awful! there is no bus/metro to the main attractions next to the hotel. You have to walk around 700 m, but walk it’s not the problem, it’s the area! very very dirty and dangerous. I saw a girl being stolen, there are lots of drugs and drunks.

I really don't understand why they have a low rating. A friend and I took the cheapest room on offer and for that price you won't find any other accommodation in the city. We made a reservation several months in advance. We liked the location the most, because of the connection to the city center, the metro station is only a 5-minute walk from where you can access all the most important attractions in the city. We also liked the breakfast which is cheaper than anywhere else, you can eat and drink as much as you want and the choice of food and drinks is great. The room is not big, but if you plan to spend most of your time in the city, it is quite enough. The bathroom is also ok, it takes some time to get used to the conditions. Also praise for the staff that is there at every step.
You must bring towels, otherwise you will be forced to pay €3 per towel at the accommodation. That wouldn't be bad if you got a refund for the towels when you returned them, but that's not the case here. The rooms need more clothes hooks, and the bathroom lacks a hair dryer. Also bring slippers to make it easier to access the bathroom.
