Beautiful staff, perfect location, great room and so happy I stayed here!

Everything!!! The staff are amazing, so friendly, lovely and helpful. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Rosamida (Manager), Asha and Amine were so wonderful but all the staff made me feel so welcome and at home. Great room, loved the bathroom, so nice having a seating area at front of room, pool is fantastic, location is great (just a short walk to Cenang - maybe 1km) and the walk into town is so gorgeous, beach is literally right there, supermarket and laundry across the road, amazing Syrian restaurant next door. Oh and Tee and Choml were the real stars of the stay! Most divine four legged friends! I’ll absolutely be back to stay here again!

Beautiful, relaxing stay with fantastic staff

The staff were amazing, always willing to help and answer any questions I had. They also made sure the room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel itself has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere and the pool is lovely to cool down in. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I loved the little terrace outside the room for working, the wifi was also very good. The breakfast in the morning was lovely but I would have liked some more healthy options. Overall a fantastic stay!

The breakfast options could have been slightly healthier.

Lovely relaxing place but bedding/towels could use refreshing

Beautiful bathroom. Very spacious and has a lovely vibe with the plants in there. Staff were so friendly and welcoming (reception / kitchen area). Lovely people! Cosy terrace area, although I didn’t actually use it. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it seemed quiet every time I went for breakfast so would be a nice spot to relax in I assume.

Bedding had brown stains all over the flat sheet and duvet cover. I did bring this up with reception staff and was reassured that it was clean. I don’t think the bedding was changed daily, even when I requested housekeeping by leaving the sign on my door I noticed the same stains were still there throughout my stay. Towels were not very clean either. During my last night there, towels were refreshed and I noticed brown stains on one of them so I avoided using them. Lovely place other than that so would still recommend staying here but maybe bring your own towels. WiFi was very slow and didn’t work in my room so I relied on mobile data throughout my stay.

Great value, comfortable stay on the outskirts of town.

The room was of a good size, with comfortable, large bed. The breakfast was tasty, and the atmosphere around the pool each day was great. We would stay again for sure!

The bathroom could have been better ventilated. It was only a small thing really but it was a little bit "musty" because of the humidity I think. Not a deal breaker or anything.

The location of the property is great. Just a 10 min walk from the beach. It close to all the good duty free shops as well. The pool is great to relax

Top service and a beautiful relaxed stay at this hotel.

A truly well managed, beautiful hotel situated a short walk from the less busy side of the beach front. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly lovely and went beyond to help with anything. Breakfasts were simple, fresh and delicious. They also organise scooter hire if required. Only positive feedback!

Very nice hotel, would come again, great place to relax and enjoy Langkawi from

- very friendly staff; very helpful and serviceable - pool was nice and relaxing - roomservice every day - nice spacious room with a large bathroom - new water bottles on a daily basis - location is not in the middle of the center, but we liked that: the walk to the shops/most restaurants is 10 mins or so; the location is perfect for exploring other parts of the island using a motor bike without having to wade through busy city traffic - they got us a motor bike delivered to the hotel, which was really nice - we arrived really early, before our room was ready, but they let us hang out at the pool - very nice

Exceptional

Highly recommend this place especially for couples on holiday ! Very close to Pantai cenang and nice ambience. Daily morning breakfast was such a delight with delicious meals. Overall 10/10 ✨

The facilities provided are not so good.

1. The staff were very friendly. 2. They upgrade me with room with jacuzzi. I love it. 3. The area is so easy to get grab and nearby to airport.

1. They provide ala carte breakfast only. The choices of breakfast is only 4 choices of 2 english breakfast and 2 malay breakfast. If you stay for more than 2 days you will bored on same menu. 2. I had complaint on the flush when i'm out. The water running slow so the stool cannot pass on. When i'm back nothing happend. They did nothing. 3. They did not provide foot towel at first, so it is very slippery from toilet to the room. 4. The location is not so near to pantai cenang. It is around 15 minutes - 20 minutes walk and the area is dark and quiet at night.

Friendliest personell on the Trip so far. Helpful and just nice. Atrium and pool area are lovely.

There was a bad smell in the room at near the door and the towels didn't smell nice, even after they changed them it still smelled damp

Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodation was clean and bath tub was great. Breakfast was good too.

Mosquitoes really ruined our sleeping experience. We didn't see there was a mosquito machine until the last day when we were leaving. Air-conditioning was barely working so we were sweating throughout. We tried to inform them but on some of the nights, it was still not cold.

Great location, excellent staff, great budget stay

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was tasty and location great for airport connection and proximity to cenang without being too close to the hub. Pool whilst not big enough to swim was perfect for a dip and pool towels provided super helpful, a calming space. Proximity to the supermarket is also amazing.

Terraces were dark and grubby - we didn't end up using this at all. There is zero sound proofing and a noisy bar at the back kept us up for 3 nights out of 6 and noisy neighbours we couldn't block out! Just a warning the mosquitos (travelled in April) were really bad - we bought spray and diffuser and patches from the supermarket but would recommend the hotel installing nets or bring your own!

Would recommend this lovely little hotel to anyone looking for a beach getaway that doesn’t break the bank.

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool facilities were modern and clean. The room itself was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the use of the outside space as well. The breakfast included in our stay was nice however I would have liked more options as there were only 4 options which were similar to one another.

The wifi was patchy which was a bit annoying however everything else was perfect

It is only a 3-star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

For breakfast, you can choose between two types of breakfasts, English breakfast and Malay breakfast, respectively. There was a large infestation of ants in the bathroom, but they quickly loaned me some insecticide.

There is no door to the shower room, so if you use a movable shower head, you need to worry about soaking the toilet in the back of the room. Washrooms were hot because of the natural ventilation, noisy bikes from outside, and no air conditioning. The room key was not a card and was difficult to open. The bathroom was naturally ventilated, so the outside temperature could be heard in the bedroom, making sleeping very uncomfortable. The staff were all courteous and helpful, but were sometimes absent when I returned from a night out. When I went out, I had to leave my room key with them, which was inconvenient because I could not bring it back with me if they were not there.

Good stop over!

It was not far from the airport and close to the beach. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities, Good breakfast and friendly staff (who ordered taxis for us)

It says on their website that they offer airport service and have a restaurant but they don’t but it didn’t really matter to us...they just need to update it.

Nice atmosphere within easy walking distance to beach and town.

Comfortable room with a big bathroom. Beautiful standing shower. Nice pool area. The staff was wonderful, always smiling and willing to help.

Breakfast is cooked to order, but it would need more variety, if you are staying a longer time.

Very good

really lovely hotel, bed was really comfortable, room very clean, nice hot shower. staff were super nice and friendly 10 min walk to beach so nice and quiet if you don't want to be in the middle of the busy area

breakfast was good but limited options. hot tub in our room took way too long to fill so never got the chance to use it unfortunately
