Overall it was a great stay.

Everything was alright All the staffs was nice , very knowledgeable and polite.

except that the bedsheets smells like as tho it was not change and the drainage of the toilet was a bit choked .

Ansprechende Anlage am Waldrand

Ein hübsch gestaltete Anlage mit kleinem, flachen Pool am Waldrand.

Die Fläche an den beiden Pool-Enden ist sehr uneben. Die insgesamt 6 Liegestühle sind unbequem und schon abgenutzt. Es fehlen Sonnenschirme am Pool. Der Bereich zur Essenseinnahme könnte schöner gestaltet werden. Mehr kleinere Tische und Stühle, die zusammen passen. Abtrennung des Parkplatzes zum Eßbereich durch Pflanzen. Der 1 Sonnenschirm ist schon sehr kaputt. Die dortige Bodenfläche (Rasengitter Steine) hat viele tiefe Stellen und uneben. Man kann leicht stürzen. Es gibt am Pool eine Hinweistafel mit Nutzungsregeln. Sehr unauffällig, wird von Gästen nicht beachtet. Eventuell eine andere Möglichkeit nutzen, um Gäste zum Lesen und Beachten zu bringen. Ich empfinde es als unangenehm, wenn Gäste ohne zu duschen den Pool nutzen, um ihren Schweiß darin abzuwaschen. Laut Beschreibung wurde ein Schallschutz verbaut. 2 Nächte hintereinander war es bis zum Morgen laut aufgrund von Gerede und Gelächter.

Séjour agréable avec un personnel charmant et disponible.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. Bel hôtel et belles prestations. Chambre agréable, grand lit confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Situation géographique excentrée du centre ville et des plages nécessitant l'utilisation d'un transport. Salle de bain un peu exiguë.

Royale war es bestimmt einmal gewesen...

+ Zimmer im 2. OG mit Palmen vor dem Fenster. + Alle Gebäude sind nur zweigeschossig. + Nähe zum 3,2 km langen Sandstrand. + Schwimmbecken.

- Gleich am ersten Morgen tropfte Wasser von der Badezimmer-Decke oberhalb der Toilette. - Trotz Reklamation wurde das kaputte Wasserrohr nicht repariert. Stattdessen wurde die Decke verputzt und neu gestrichen. - Zwei Tage später hatten wir das gleiche Problem, nur schoss das Wasser diesmal aus dem Deckenloch der LED Beleuchtung!! Die Gefahr eines Kurzschluss und/oder Brandes wurde vom Personal ignoriert. - Kein Angebot einer finanziellen Entschädigung! - Schimmel im Bad als Resultat. - Ein Bettlaken hatte Löcher. - Der Frühstücksbereich im Freien bedarf einer Renovierung, zusammen mit einer Aufstockung der Tische und Stühle.

Very relaxing with interesting wildlife

Great location within easy walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was basic but good

The pool was small and shallow which is great for kids and cooling off in but not if you wanted to swim. And the area around the pool was small with uneven paving.

V Relaxing stay at Royale Chenang

Friendly, helpful service staff, location, ambience (low rise, back facing forest greenery), alfresco breakfast. Location - just off a quiet road, with good & affordable eateries within short walking distance. Close to Tengah Beach, but need to find short cuts (hotels fronting beach seem to try to keep others away, which they probably don't have the right to). Jalan Teluk Bahru is perhaps best route, 500m away. Room has a nice balcony with trees around, giving a nice garden feel. Everything is well provided in the room. The pillows were v comfortable. At reception, can see a number of tour packages at reasonable price. I went on the 3hr Sunset Cruise and it was awesome! Some of the Resort pictures (viewed in Google Map and Booking.com) paint it in poor light. Examples are pictures of swimming pool and other areas taken at night with pitch-black background. Also, the 360° roadside picture in Google Map was taken during it's construction period, which looked horrible. The Resort actually looks v appealing from roadside now. Resort may want to review and update these.

1. Bathroom black wall at shower is not the best color, esp it is also dimly lit. Good to change to brighter or lighter color. The shower holder did not work. 2. The balcony floor was not cleaned from accumulation of debris from trees, etc., as well as rust from metal chairs. PVC rattan-looking chairs will fit much better (and cheaper?), easier to maintain and more comfortable.

Rooms are nice and comfy, surrounded with natural vibes and good weather. kids are enjoy playing in the pool day n nights.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut

Schöne Zimmer mit allem Komfort. WC und Dusche abgetrennt. Hübscher architektonischer Stil der Anlage. Ruhige Lage und viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Frühstücksbufett war dürftig und der Kaffee nicht geniessbar.

9/10 for this amazing gem of a hotel, outstanding place, staff, location, rooms, all perfect

the only thing was the breakfast, although tasty, it was quite spicy and the selection was not great, potato salad and spring rolls are not your typical breakfast, over sweetened bread and butter, cold Mirco sausages, coffee was amazing probably the best in Langkawi if you ask me,

Thanks for upgrading our room to replace the initial room that had problem with water pump.

There is only swimming pool and no other facilities. Found fallen leaves, twigs in the pool.

Overall, it was a good stay. It’s a really nice place for vacation and to relax.

The place is beautiful. Love the ambience. Staff was good and helpful too.

Everything. The staff are the highlights of the property. Friendly and full of manners. Breakfasts were superb and room was clean and tidy. Loved my stay here

The bathroom was always with water and was never dry. Some water was keep coming.

Nice hotel with good pool close to the beach. Though not as close to the center as advertised.

The hotel is close to the beach, had a nice (but shallow) pool, and good facilities (such as spacious bathroom, AC). Overall a good stay.

The property is listed as Patai Cenang, but actually is more in Patai Tengah. It is not too far, but you need to walk between 15 to 30 minutes to actually visit the city center. Breakfast was quite expensive.

Cutest hotel I've ever been in Malaysia

the cutest hotel I've even been in Malaysia. everything is great. room is nice and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, shower and toilet are good. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Location is basically walking distance to eating places and beach.
