Localização muito boa, café da manhã e pessoal dos serviços bar e limpeza ótimos, educados e prestativos!

Na descrição do quarto tem que ser informado que tem escada que dificulta muito o acesso, qualidade da cama péssima com deformação grandes, o cartão magnético da porta do quarto perdia o código tive que voltar por três vezes na recepção para regravar o código, com muita má vontade de atendente, não gostamos !

Relaxed and great location

Clean hotel. Breakfast was varied and lots of choice Check in smooth Pool area clean Quiet and relaxed vibe.

Sunbeds on the beach aren't included, you get 10% off but would have thought for 5star you would get included in price of hotel stay.

Loved the stay, we will be back ,

loved the location on the Brach , the rooms where spacious and clean with pleasing decor, loved the wide bath. Beautiful walks along the board walk and 10 min walk into village ,with plenty to do. Breakfast was self service and top quality products . You won’t go hungry the management sent us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my husbands birthday 72

The sunbeds plenty of them but not comfortable sunken in the middle . it would of been nice to be told if we could or could not use the Balinese beds , as No notices around Breakfast no one to explain ins and outs of the breakfast , Tea, cold,milk, a toaster ? could I have had a poached egg instead of scrambled etc.

Nice to stay somewhere different and the staff were just lovely.

Good location for town. exceptionally helpful staff and all very pleasant. Great location on the beach and beside the boardwalk.

We booked a deluxe double with sea view but was disappointed to find there was no balcony. Our room was also up a very steep flight of stairs once inside the door and this caused me a problem as I have hip and knee troubles. Also, lacking in hanging space and NO drawers, I could not fit 14 days worth of clothing in what was provided if we had been staying any longer and nowhere to lay things down. looks amazing but very impractical.

Location of pool table. Staff with tattoos should wear long sleeves. Bar area could be improved to create a better atmosphere. One member of bar staff not friendly - can’t remember his name but stout build.

The staff made us very welcome. The hotel has lovely little touches eg: personalised chocolates on arrival and breakfast packs when departing if too early for breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is constantly cleaned and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms on the West side have an amazing view and the food we had was great. All staff work really hard at all times. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning at some point in the future!

Please note that late in the season the services are reduced but still a great hotel

Location - 2 minutes walk to the beach. Room view. Excellent staff, a vast majority of young people but very dedicated and willing to please the clients. Almost excellent breakfast. Good atmosphere specially on summer season, nice pools and garden.

It's a pitty one cannot have a light dinner on the bar after 8pm - the hotel restaurant is outside only 2 mts walk and it was a deception. In the Algarve, it's rather weird that the breakfast orange juice is not natural...

it was ok

the town it is located in- Alvor. not too busy with tourists and if you got a car it is convenient to get around. staff were friendly although they did not inform us that we have comp welcome drinks but they helped throughout the stay

the bed mattress was awful, very uncomfortable. and room cleaning aka housekeeping was not good at all. old towels. no refills for tissues etc. it was not done to our standards breakfast: although food quality is good and it shows that they're trying with variety but couldnt get our eggs right also, rate should be less considering it is a 4 star hotel with ok service

Fabulous setting with amazing swimming pools and super clean.

The setting of this hotel is amazing, the pools are fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and the beach. There are plenty of free sunbeds and no towel hogging by anyone. Good choice at breakfast-quality of food is average. The whole place is super clean throughout. The terrace rooms that are right in front of the pool are the best-you get your own private sunbeds on the grass just in front of the pool. The female hotel manager was excellent as was the reception guy called ?Andre-both very friendly and helpful. Overall-I would 100% stay here again.

The cleaning staff mostly came very late in the day-it was always close to 4.30/5pm which was very odd until Saturday morning when they started banging on my door at 9.30AM which woke me up from my sleep. The wait staff were a mixed bag-some amazing who went above and beyond and some that didn't appear to have a clue what they were doing-just seamed very young and inexperienced. I think most of this was poor English-they didn't seem to understand basic requests. I asked for a latte one morning and one guy just said no as he looked at me blankly. Asked someone else 2 minutes later and he said yes no problem.

Fabulous stay on the beach in close proximity to everything

Hotel was excellent, the staff from check-in onwards where so accomodating and helpful. Everyone was great to deal with and where so friendly. Extremely close to the center of alvor wether you decide to walk by the boardwalk or main roads. Excellent location with the beach on the doorstep. For those wondering there was tea and coffee facilities in the room, pool towels provided, and the vast majority of rooms had balconies(outdoor space if on ground floor)

Cannot fault the hotel it was lovely. The choice available in the sea deck restaurant could have been better.

location.

the staff were not well trained have didn’t know how to serve drinks etc. the hotel should state that it is a summer hotel and tell people before stay as room was very cold on the first couple of nights ☹️

Great location and incredibly friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, modern abs very clean. A few upgrades needed here and there but nothing to massively complain about. Overall I thought it was value for money and really lovely

Great Spot in Alvor

I loved having a poolside room on the ground floor - very convenient for nipping and out of the pool and lying on our sun beds. The breakfast was very good, but we didn’t have any other meals there. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size and had an excellent air conditioner. The hotel and pool were extremely clean.

The breakfast staff didn’t smile much and we were disappointed that the age-old problem of people putting their towels out at the crack of dawn was allowed to happen.

Location perfect. Good staff. Very clean. Very close to the beach. Nice rooms

Very expensive, payed £430 for 2 nights. Breakfast area very small, needs to be opened up to a bigger space in Covid times. Staggered times for breakfast didn’t work.
