Good location but very basic self catering apartment. No wifi in rooms and facilities not as advertised. Some of the rec

Good location, staff mostly friendly and helpful bar a few

No WiFi in rooms. Advertised gym and beach access not available. Room floor dusty and not cleaned daily. Arrived well past expected team but no cots in room meaning my toddlers weren’t able to go to bed until close to midnight.

Exceptional

This is my second time staying at Anezi and it's improved massively. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment and it was perfectly kept clean and had everything we needed should we have decided to do our own self catering. All the appliances were new. Previously we stayed in a slightly dated apartment. We were told not all apartments have been renovated as Moroccan tourist prefer a more traditional style.

Pool music was very generic and entertainment was boring. I think maybe some better entertainment and music.

Anezi apartments WORSE APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!! Iv been visiting Agadir for many years and have never been this much disappointed with an apartment. The main receptionist (short fat man with glasses) absolutely rude!!! I made a booking online and had also paid but this gentleman was adamant I make another payment. After arguing for ages he finally decided to check the system to realise I had already paid online….do I get a apologie? No. Then another gentleman comes exactly the same! Attitude problem with no evidence of a brain. Complete liers. After when we finally received the keys to the apartment, the rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. Total catfish. Mattress stinks! Pillows and beddings had stains and toiletries are not included neither towels. When you make a booking you will not get a room in the tower itself but will be given a separate block which is few minutes walk away from the main building which I found ridiculous. The pool is disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned, the most they do is get any solid items out. The staff in the anezi apartment are useless, you ask them for anything and they will not understand but will expect a tip for doing absolutely nothing. The food was disgusting and not cooked well, the same person who is the receptionist is also the cook btw. Also the hotel staff will attempt to come into the rooms with there own keys during evening with no knock, lucky I was staying in that night.thieves! On the website it states regards to tourist tax, but when you will arrive & check out they Will deliberately charge you an increase tourist tax which isn’t allowed for them to make a source of income so please be aware!!! Overall trust me do not book this place, price is probably fine but you will have disappointment throughout your trip!!!

Exceptional

the whole experience of the hotel was wonderful! the staff are very helpful and friendly. the best part was the amazing breakfast. I would defiantly book again.

for the price that we paid we didn't expect much but it was nicer than we thought. we went in December so the kids wore a bit cold in the night but that's nothing really as we got extra blankets. room was a bit dark in the evenings but we was only in it to sleep. so all in all great experience. if we paid lots of money for the stay I would have said that the rooms are a bit dated. but we didn't! we loved it all.

Disappointing

Dont leave your dog in the room while you are eating breakfast because they dont know what is "do not disturbe" and they come in the room so my dog could have run away.. just I didnt leave her there that was my only luck.. Everything was dirty..

staff were lovely - beds clean and comfortable, spacious apartment

generally rundown, could have been cleaned. hob and kettle did not work, no frying pan, limited dishes, no bin in kitchen and no cleaning materials. access to beach was by very dirty, steep sets of stairs, felt unsafe. bird poo everywhere.

Filthiest place I’ve seen in 5 countries traveled… and 3 times the price that it should’ve been.

I’ve lived in Morocco for 13 years and stayed in Agadir many times at many different hotels. This was BY FAR the dirtiest hotel I’ve been to. As a matter of fact, I’ve stayed in countless hotels (and hostels) around the world (Costa Rica, Malaysia, Turkey, Spain, the UK) and never been exposed to the filth at this hotel. As it was non refundable, I opted to take the monetary loss and decided to leave. The hotel did offer us a different room (which was a better room but equally dirty- this one smelled like a tomb that hadn’t been opened in years). I said that I would take it if they could clean it first, and then they asked me to pay the difference- which was double… I smiled and walked out. Lesson learned… no more non-refundable bookings for me.

Nice relaxing stay

The property was very clean, our maids Heyelte and Rachinda made sure our rooms were spotless every day and towels replaced daily. The pool area was lovely and very clean. Rooms were spacious and balcony was a nice size. We would return

The apartment is quite nice and I loved the terrasse, and the hotel is pretty close to everything so it was nice to ditch the car sometimes.
