Very good

very close to the beach , and we had a family room with sea view and it was amazing.

the food is very repeatative and not very good.. last day of our stay the dinner was good. kids world room is old , kids got bored .. we didn't get towel cards at check in and when we asked for them later they said the spa is closed and you can't get towels.. we were heading to the beach at that time..

A nice place to stay with beautiful spacious rooms, very friendly staff, nice pools, great location

Room was fabulous - spacious, clean, great views, massive hot tub Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Check in and out was fast and efficient

The lifts - one of them was constantly out of order, long wait times The food - the food was very ordinary - hot food in particular was dried out and overcooked Some of the cocktails were very poorly made

Kids room is not working, no animation program, cleaning is not enough, driving niks on beach are for payment.

Loved everything about Asia beach resort

I loved everything about this hotel. Food, animation team, rooms, everything was great. Staff and specially Younus were very helpful and nice. Younus introduced us to great expericences we could have is Alanya and this made our trip even more fun.

Disappointing

The room smelled bad because of the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. The lift doors were very dirty. Too many problems.

Friendly staff, clean, good food, nice pool.

Pool. Lunch, dinner - different dishes every day

Breakfast didn’t like. Don’t put much expectations on kids club. Beach at the hotel territory has small area to swim because of the rocks.

Disappointing

Room was clean.

The toilets in the lobby are in awful condition. Room with a view means nothing; you can see the sea from all the rooms but it is not the same thing if the first view is the neighboring house… The pool area is very noisy. The beer is the only thing you get on the beach; not even ice cream with the All-Inclusive-bracelet. No decent juices or wines. If you wanted fresh orange juice you had to pay extra. No international drinks even at extra cost.

fabulous stay - we’ll be back again

our kids loved the pool and water slides. my family loved the variety of food. family suite was fantastic. wifi access great. awesome range of facilities. honestly loved it.

we felt uncomfortable by the hotel’s poor sustainability practices: water only available from single use plastic cartons. no refillable bottles available or drink refill stations. the facilities while great were only available for limited hours - we found this really annoying. for example - gym closes at 6:30pm. spa closes at 6pm. we spent most of the day outdoors & so missed using these facilities in the evening. dinner starts at 7pm. this is way too late for families with young kids whose children go to bed by 8pm. earliest dinner start from 6pm would have been nice.

Facilities were OK. 3 pools, one indoor was heated, but not everyday.

Many things. Cocktails. It was syrup with soda. Horrible. Pool with not enough sun lounges , and stupid people trying to be smart, leaving their towels "reserving" it, so there's never any available to use but most of them empty with towel Food was not named, no allergies or ingredients marked, so if you vegetarian or gluten free you won't know.what to eat

Exceptional

location perfect didnt eat in the hotel it was so cheap to eat out. there beach was lovely for sun bathing and there bar on the beach was nice to cool down all free. staff were very helpfull and very clean rooms

Lovely hotel, great location

Good variety of food. Staff very helpful.

Staff too quick to remove food from the table. I had not completed my meal, on 2 occasions.
