Va bene per una notte

Nuova, moderna la camera, antica la zona colazione, altro è in costruzione. Non lontano dalla cittadina, ma per raggiungere il centro storico, è necessaria l’auto o camminare in salita per un bel pezzo. Personale gentile.

L’unica cosa fatta notare anche in reception, è stata la porta della doccia che non si chiude bene e, di conseguenza, l’acqua esce bagnando il pavimento.

Très belle étape à Gjirokaster

La vue sur le château est superbe, la chambre était propre et bien agencée. Confort du stationnement possible juste à côté ou dans la cour de l'hôtel.

This is PERFECT property. Everything was as advertised and more!!!

There is nothing to complain on. Sharm Hotel is your friend. But beware of Google maps, which is your enemy. If you are coming with the car from Tirana direction it will bring you up on shortest road which is steep, narrow and terrible - while few hundreds meters ahead is quite normal road to get to Sharm Hotel. Actually don't trust Google maps driving anywhere in Albania. Regular printed map will save you a lot of nerves and cursing.

It is a nice hotel and definitely something to recomend.

It is a nice hotel, some 20 min walk from the old city. But there is a parking at the entrance to the city, so you can use the car. Rooms are big an clean. Staff is frendly. Breakfast was also ok.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great staff, but far away.

Everything is very new. Good parking, great breakfast. Drinks a were cheap on the nice terrace. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The location is far off the old bazar. It is a very steep and long walk to get to all the main attractions. Taxi can be called by the front desk for 5-7€.

Exceptional

Everything looked like new! It was very clean!! The bed was Very comfortable and the pillows as well. Room is quiet if you close the windows, you won’t hear anyrhing from outside, even if people are downstairs at the cafe of the hotel. They have provided shower gels, a toothpaste package for each guest, towels and everything else u would need. It was very comfortable and the staff was extremely kind. We like the possibility to have free tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent.

My stay at Sharm Hotel Luxury in Girocaster was extremely satisfying. he hotel provided a high level of comfort, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. As a pet owner, I appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policies, allowing me to bring my furry companion along.

Nice but quite far from the center

Modern and clean hotel, elevator. Room with space, table, several lights, bathroom ok.

Lack of light curtains in the room, we have to use the blackout curtains to not be seen from outside. Private parking tiny compared to the size of the hotel. No restaurant.

enjoyed explored Gjirokaster

Nice place, clean and lovely view over the city. 20 mins walk into the old town, private parking.

The downstairs bar is a smoking bar which does smell quite strong when you walk in.

Truly amazing!

Everything about Hotel Vila Sharm was perfect. Starting from the building and the facilities, everything was in place and super clean. The staff were all super amazing, super friendly and ready to go the extra mile to please you and make your stay not only comfortable but remarkable, the food was delicious and the lady who served us was a sweetheart who took care that everything was to our liking. The guys at the reception and bar were kind and friendly, they were always there to guide you and also serve you your preferred drinks…they even got me cake for my birthday! Hotel Vila Sharm has a wonderful location, placed in a hill with a beautiful look over the city, the castle and the old bazar. All in all, I would highly recommend Hotel Vila Sharm to anyone who wants to get a complete and remarkable experience of the beautiful city, Gjirokastra is!

Very good

The room was modern, cozy, comfy and clean. The hotel itself is really nice, the bar and areas to stay were good. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast average, especially for a 4 stars. There was a parking, quite small. The hotel is a liiittle bit far from the city center, but not that much.
