Für den Preis hätte ich trotz des rustikalen Zuschnittes der Unterkunft deutlich mehr erwartet.

zentrale Lage in Altstadt, Frühstück reichhaltig

Ausstattung des Zimmers überraschte auf negative Art; Wischtuch als Gardine/Fenstervorhang im Bad, Treppe zu Kinderbetten zu eng, Schrank? war eine Kiste mit 2 Kleiderbügeln, Betthälfte unter Treppe aufgrund Beinlänge nicht nutzbar

Netter, aber viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt im wunderschönen (vom Hochwasser heimgesuchten) Passau

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt,- allerdings konnten wir es wegen Hochwasser nicht einmal zum Ausladen erreichen. Schöne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung,...., die knarrenden Dielen gehören zu dem historischen Haus.

dass das Bad nur durch ein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist, war für uns drei nicht sehr problematisch, sollte aber in der Beschreibung der Wohnung ausdrücklich erwähnt werden. (Ich hatte vorher nachgefragt)

Schönes uriges Hotel, auch für mehrere Personen geeignet.

Das Zimmer 3 im UG war schön urig, genug Platz für mehrere Leute. Schön, dass in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher vorhanden ist. Das untere Schlafzimmer im "Keller" ist im Sommer bestimmt schön kühl und gut abgeschottet. Da wir erst vor Ort noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht hatten, mussten wir nächsten Tag ins OG umziehen und konnten auch Zimmer 6 kennen lernen. Hier gibt es eine tolle Aussicht auch vom Balkon auf die Donau. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Das Frühstück im Café war herzlich, gut und ausreichend. Beide Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Die schönen Dielen knarren in jedem Zimmer dermaßen, dass man nachts nicht ungehört auf die Toilette gehen kann, was aber zum urigen Flair gehört.

Leider waren die Betten sehr unbequem da die Matratze sehr alt und durch waren bzw. sich die Füllung unregelmäßig verteilt hatte. Auch die Kissen waren leider nur Luft

Enttäuschend

Nicht sehr viel, es ist ein altes traditionsreiches Haus wie beschrieben und sicher auch in einer optimalen Lage in Passau, da sehr zentral in einer engen Straße ist die Parksituation dementsprechend aber herausfordernd. Das Hotel weißt darauf ja auch hin. Das anhängende Cafe ist zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement Attwanger ist nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet, steile Treppe in das Untergeschoß, dass zudem nicht unbedingt zum schlafen einlädt. Am Meisten störte uns allerdings die Sauberkeit, auf mehreren Bettlagen Flecken und Makeup Reste, auch auf den Handtüchern im Badezimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit insgesamt in den Räumlichkeiten ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Die Sauna im Innenhof ist neben den öffentlichen Toiletten des Cafés, einmal wollten zwei Damen auch bei uns im Appartement auf die Toilette, weil Sie dachten dort wäre die Toilette (Appartementeingang an der unteren Treppe, auf dem Weg zum Innenhof) Alles in allem für uns eine enttäuschende Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, die anderen Zimmer , und den Zustand der Sauberkeit, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen

There were not enough kitchen items in the kitchen like knife/ scissors. It was not possible to cook food as there was noting to cut vegetables. It would be nice if all the kitchen items are available in the holiday home.

Das Hotel, unser Zimmer und das Frühstückscafe ist voller Charme. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Die Betten sind leider etwas niedrig.

Die Stadt Passau ist wirklich eine Reise wert, das Personal kann man sich Heute wohl nicht aussuchen

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschuss das kühl und mit einer separaten Tür von aussen zugänglich war.

Das Zimmer beziehen was etwas schwierig weil uns das Personal erstmal ganz nach oben geschickt hat ohne wirklich zu wissen wer wir wirklich sind und wo unser entsprechenden Zimmer ist, nähmlich ganz unten?!!!

Breakfast (extra) was in the Cafe, a lovely selection of homemade spreads, crusty bread, fruit and so on, definitely recommend. The location was excellent for visiting the Dom and old center. The room was cool because it is a very old building (it was up to 30 degrees when I was there).

The checking in safe system. I followed all instructions but found my PIN number was already entered.... so nothing "clicked" or opened. So I had no idea where to find the key, or even if it had already been picked up! Luckily the cafe was open so I could ask for help.

Good appartment for a short exploration of old Passau.

very nice location in the old centre of Passau. No standard rooms, lot of history. We stayed there for one night and were happy with this appartement

We knew upfront but the floor is cracking a lot indeed. not too disturbing, but can’t deny it’s there. We were in an appartement with a stair to a lower level, this is a quite dangerous stair, especially when you have young kids or are a bit older. nonetheless it fits in the atmosphere of the apartment.

Superb

The location is outstanding, right next to St. Stephan's cathedral. The cafeteria downstairs as well as the breakfast were filling, full of choice and excellent coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was tiny, but functional. Unfortunately, there was no kettle - this would be highly appreciated in winter months. The window was small, however, the curtain wasn't made for it and thus, we were awaken around 7AM on Sunday due to the light. :( Other than that, a very cosy and charming historical pension.

Nice studio in the center of Passau

Very nice studio located in the historical city center of Passau. The room has a medieval style, with wood on the floor and thick walls. Very clean and with all the things you need.

The messages with instructions from the property are only in German. Could also be in English, easier for foreigners to understand.

This hotel is a gem and was a favourite on our Danube trip. Beautiful old room with a vaulted ceiling. Great central location but quiet at night. Good facilities and nice bathroom. Staff were helpful with storing our bicycles overnight.
