Great place to stay during a relaxing visit to Passau.

The suite was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the holiday decorations. The bathroom and shower were great.

I highly recommend this place. It ticked everything!

The location is perfect. An easy walk to everything, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, museums and art galleries. It’s very quiet there as well, no traffic sounds or people walking by at night and we slept with windows wide open.

Superlative option when in Passa

Excellent way to spend a few days in Passau. Ideal location. Apartment is modern, clean and tastefully decorated which makes for a pleasant stay. Staff is wonderful and very responsive. Quiet despite location on main road but you are next the the Danube so view is good. No breakfast but there are plenty of bakeries around the corner. Overall would highly recommend. A+

Exceptional! Feels like home

We loved everything. It was an exceptional stay, large, elegant rooms, modern bathrooms, clean, fresh, tempting. Very smooth check in process. I have never been to a place like this, where every tiny detail is carefully and tastefully designed. Practical, smart and tasteful solutions. All the minibar drinks were included in the room price, what is also a nice gesture. Congratulation to the owners! We felt like home.

Very good position, on the Danube promenade and couple hundred meters to the Town Hall . Very cozy suite with a lot of "welcome details" spread all over. Owner very kind and helpfull, overseeing personally the whole business/activities. Espresso machine and a large drinks variety in the fridge upon arrival (free of charge)

"Room rate" is a bit price (maybe due to the summer holidays period), but there are some items included in the price that makes at the end everything acceptable. There is no kitchenette, but one may have breakfast on a small balcony. No clear separation between sleeping and living area, but it did not bother us at all.

Going the extra mile

These hotelowner went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We were greeted by the absolutly lovely Host Stefanie. The room was spotless clean. They prepares personalized notes addressed to us, a book at our nightstand in case we want to read, TV guide folded to the page of arrival date and many small details we noticed. You can feel that they want you to have a perfect stay. To the room, nice bathroom with alot of goodies, compy bed and free minibar and snacks. Balconly for smokers and having a coffee. Very close to very good restaurants and free parking. We traveled with our dog and they prepared a welcome package with a doggy bed, soft blanket, a towel, dog bowls and a doggy snack. Absolutly amazing. A standard is set here, which is hardly found in many 5star hotels.

A cosy stay in the heart of Passau

Excellent location, within minutes' walk to all sights and restaurants. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The suit is located on two floors, with a cosy living room with the kitchen area on the ground floor, and a bedroom with bathroom facilities on the first floor. The Xmas tree, fireplace and rocking chair made it look and feel very cosy. Loved the jacuzzi and comfy bathrobes :) The interiors are well thought of, everything that one might need was provided. Appreciated the complimentary drinks (water, juice, beer, wine) and selection of the music on CDs. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

There's a building site next door, and there was lots of loud noise starting at 7am. Closing the windows helped but still was audible.

Friendly and helpful Owner. The interior design is chic and elegant. clean, and very relaxing especially when the suite have a luxurious sauna. great location. Definitely Passau suites will be my first choice to stay in Passau.

only the suite view but this was not important for since i spent most of the time with friends and exploring Passau

Everything at superlative!

Everything at high level! Impossible to complain about something. The lady who waited us was very friendly and helpful; the accommodation is excellent; I cannot say that you could be missing something there. You can find a full and free mini-bar with beer, white and red wine, water and soda, chocolate, gummy bears and cookies. The proximity of the center and the river Danube is also a thumb up. There is available street parking but I highly recommend reserving a parking place. We will return without any hesitation when we will stop over again in Passau. Thank you!

Everything! This apartment is one class act. Everything done so tastefully. The meetup with the woman for the key was easy—two-minute wait and she was there.

The light switches were a little confusing, yet manageable. Need to Press AND HOLD power to turn off AC. Perhaps the gratis wines they provide caused the confusion:)

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean property. Nice, personal touches; i.e sweets, wine, etc. Mrs Braun was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!
