Beim Check In perfekte Infos über Hotel und Möglichkeiten in Passau. Top Lage. Wunderschönes Renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Frühstück Buffet war frisch und sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal 👍👍

Guter Start in den Urlaub

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier um das Donauschiff zu erreichen. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, korrektes Frühstück, nette Rezeption

Merkwürdig war, dass die Rezeption ab 19 Uhr viertelt und verrammelt war. Wegen Hochwasser kein Fahrstuhl ins Parkhaus, aber das wird sich wohl bald regeln.

Would stay here again.

Location is beautiful and quiet. Easy to see lots of historical sights in area just by walking from here. Helpful staff and awesome breakfast.

Great hotel in great location, beautiful city, pleasantly surprised!

Location was great, right in the old town and our room overlooked the Danube! Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and to the main sites (although note roads are mostly cobbled as this may cause difficulty for some). Hotel was clean and bright, room was large, with 2 windows overlooking the river, lovely modern bathroom with huge shower and a seating area too. Lots of storage and fridge/kettle too (which wasn't in most hotels we stayed in Bavaria). Breakfast was good, lots of choice of cold food and boiled eggs, and you can order other eggs/sausages I think (although we were happy with fruit/cereal/bread so didn't bother).

parking wasn't ideal, it's very tight so no good for a large car. We paid for parking for 2 nights, but then were told if we went out there was no guarantee there would be place when we returned, which was slightly annoying, luckily we got a place coming back. I think if there's no places they help you find somewhere locally, but i'm not sure where that would be, and not particularly convenient if you have lots of bags etc. Other than this though we had no complaints at all, great hotel!

Lively room. Spacious, well-appointed and clean. Wonderful view of the Danube. Good breakfast, too although for reasons that elude me the management insists on assigning seats.

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff

Great location and nice view of the Oberhaus. We had the smallest room on the floor but it was very roomy with a seating area in the room and a large double bed and bathroom. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything perfect.

We visited off season and the reception closed after 6pm. However they gave us proper instructions on check in which was really simple and quite easy. I was just surprised that reception had closed quite early.

In my opinion this is the best option for a vacation in Passau.

Absolutely the best position in Passau, rooms are nice and clean, the staff is absolutely so kind and helpful. wonderful view on the river and great private garage!

Very nice location, nice personal ... but too expensive for what it offers.

The room size, breakfast, very quiet at night despite of being central. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

If Passau, then only this hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel in a beutiful location! Very, very kind and helpful staff, fully equipped, beautiful and very clean rooms, the breakfast is rich and varied, the additional free services (e.g. fitness) is perfect, and do not forget, this hotel has a privat parking garage in the heart of Passau, which is rare in the city center. I heartily recommend it to everyone!
