This ocean front condo has full views of the ocean and river with unobstructed views. Fully furnished, ready for your vacation. The master bath has dual sinks, full shower and whirlpool tub. Open floor plan with large patio off the master and living room. Full length sliders off the living room and master allow for clear views of the water. Underground parking, with one assigned spot, first come spots available for a second vehicle. High speed wireless internet and cable throughout. No smoking. New seawall, spa, and expanded pool deck. Nice Condo! Lots of room. Mattress’s need to be upgraded and not sure how to fix parking for second vehicle other than purchasing property directly across the street for Sanibel patrons. 😉

the unit is the best I have ever been in the building is the worst I have ever been to no bathroom anywhere near the pool no tables or umbrella's no grills no food or drinks in pool area no beach access from pool area, pool close's at dusk no hot water in the spa the pool was closed the first 3.5 days

We had such an amazing time at this place. Very homey, roomy, & beautiful. Right on the beach & such (once again) a beautiful stay. I will definitely be staying here again if we end up back in Daytona! I highly suggest this beautiful place!!

This place was everything and more. Golf in the morning and step out to beach in the afternoon. Micheal was excellent to deal with. Others in the building were very friendly and helpful.

We loved the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect! Definitely would stay again. It has everything needed and the view is just amazing from the bedroom balcony. Communication with owner was always quick and lovely to work with. Can’t wait to book again!

The condo and facilities were very nice, and the owner/manager was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the fitness and activities room and the general location of the facility. Hopefully the pool will be available next year.

My spouse and my mother in law stayed on his place, and the place were really nice and very spacious for the 3 of us. Has a really nice view from the river at the back 2 bedrooms and ocean at the master bedroom. Location is very quiet and more private which we like. This place will be good for a whole family to stay with. Dan is very quick to respond which is really great. We had a little issue when we arrived but that is something the owner can't control but been addressed. We will definitely surely comeback again in this place.

This condo is in a great location with stunning views! We were a group of 6 mature (50-60 ish) women. The Coronavirus became active while we were there. For that reason we chose to get groceries and actually COOK and self quarantine in this beautiful place. The quality of the cookware and serving items were abundant. We were so comfortable with the provisions and comfort this condo provided. It is in a great location for beach use and also proximity to restaurants and lounges. The owner, Dan was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. I feel you would be hard pressed to find a more attractive, comfortable or better location than this paradise!

Stayed at this condo in July 2019. Traveled with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We had very adequate space for 6 people. Condo is very clean, decorated tastefully. The pictures do need to be updated on the home away website as the flooring has changed in the living room area and a new sectional, coffee and end table which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the balcony was exceptional, great view of the Halifax and the ocean. The condominium complex is very clean and very secure. All the common areas were up-kept and clean. The condominium is located at the end of the driving part of the beach and it was great to go out to the beach and have an option to walk to the right if you didn't want to be on the driving part. We went to Ponce Inlet. Highly recommend a visit to Hidden Treasures, we walked to Crabby Joes for dinner/drinks which is right down the beach a short walk. We also took a day trip to Saint Augustine. The property owner was great to work with. Should we travel back to Daytona again - we definitely would book this condominium again.

We had an amazing stay in unit 901. The condo is well-appointed and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and nice linens. The bathrooms are huge and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed great views of the ocean from the balcony with easy access to the beach. The pool area and surrounding grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Would highly recommend this condo to others and would definitely stay again.

Here are the GOOD things about this property - Nice views of the ocean and inter coastal waterway from the balcony, secure building, right on the ocean, privacy between master and guest bedrooms and baths. Now...here are some inexpensive tips for the owner - The kitchen should be deep-cleaned! The lower cupboards and especially the stove drawer were disgusting. Go to the dollar store and get some decent serving tools and measuring cups. Have toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms available for guests. Provide enough coffee for at least the first morning. Get a decent shower curtain on the master shower stall (ours was a plastic one cut off on both sides and entirely ineffective). Lastly, take the time to type out and laminate an information sheet explaining (among other things), where the office and fitness center are.

Some of the best views you can get in beautiful Daytona Beach!! Very nice condo with all the features and amenities you could ask for! Dan is one of the best owners we’ve ever dealt with!! We had a small issue upon arrival that was addressed immediately and his concern and resolution was second to none!! We will definitely be looking to book this place again for our next trip to Daytona.

We arrived to a very clean room and had no issues while we stayed in this unit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Owner was very easy to work with. Would stay here again!
