About this house rental
Thank you for considering our home for your next Delaware beach vacation! We are located in a townhouse community overlooking the Indian River Bay with close access to the Atlantic Ocean. Our 3 level, 3 deck, 3 1/2 bath home is tastefully decorated and has panoramic views of the bay. Beautiful, wood-grained porcelain floors recently installed on the main level, fresh paint throughout, new carpet on the 3rd level AND updated kitchen through remodel with new appliances. Our home includes a 34 foot boat slip with an accessible ramp so you can enjoy evening sunset cruises, watersports, and some of the best salt water fishing on the Eastern Shore. We are minutes away from downtown Bethany Beach, state parks and an abudance of dining options. Hockers grocery, G&E Hardware and Big Fish Grill restaurant within walking distance. Make Bethany Beach the destination for your next family vacation!

The property is in a great location on a canal that leads to the bay. The area was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive to our questions while we were there.

This vacation rental was close to restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and the beach. The addition of the water view was a plus. On the 3 rd floor balcony I could watch the sun rise. Having 3 separate floors helped to give everyone their space. We would love to come back. We will need to find a larger home next near to accommodate another son and family.

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach with our grandkids. The townhouse was close to the beaches. One day we drove to Assateague State Park to see the wild horses. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping and the onsite pool is a bonus.

This was our 4th time staying in this property. Its so comfortable and accommodations are just as described. We had a few shut-in days due to the weather but it was still great. So much space and plenty of rooms/ decks for “me time”. The area is great as well. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Owner is very reliable and open to communication from time of booking to checkout. I would highly recommend it.

This was our first visit to beautiful Bethany Beach, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The Marina is tucked away on a lovely little outlet with lots of birds and plants. Our kids really enjoyed the community pool.
The townhome was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. You can tell this place is loved year round, and the owners really care about the guest experience. From the decor, to the beach and water gear, to the well stocked kitchen essentials…nothing was left out!
I loved enjoying my morning coffee on one of 3 decks overlooking the marina, and the kids enjoyed the many games and puzzles the owners provided.
This is a must see. If you’re on the fence, just book it! The joke of our trip was “everything is 7 minutes away!”

We have stayed at this property for years and we have a great time every time we stay here. Great location close to everything, we bring the boat and have great time going out into the bay doing some fishing and then cruise over to Paradise Grill for lunch. 5 out of 5 for sure!

The home was as stated. We enjoyed the 3 floors that helped all of us find time to ourselves. 3 outdoor areas helped as well. The closeness of the pool was appreciated since we used it every day.
It was very convenient that extra parking and the dog area were so close to the home. The surrounding bay was an added eye catcher to us. I was able to use the bicycles and kayakes. It was a new experience on the bay. We usually go on streams or rivers, The neighborhood and Yacht Basin Road toward the bay was perfect for my dog walk.
Our family is hoping for a repeat visit in 2024!

This property is a great place to stay. This was our third time staying here and except for a few updates, nothing has changed. Still very clean. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful. People are friendly. Nice market less than 5 minutes away. Owner is great with communication. It’s a perfect place to stay for families. We had a fabulous time! Property is well kept. This is our second year staying there and we hope to be able to continue staying there. Owner is very responsive and reliable. The entire process, from renting and paying for the stay at this house, communicating with the property owners, to checking in and out, was seamless. All of us enjoyed the house design, the marina neighborhood, and the interior decoration were awesome. The only thing that was a drawback was the stairs. There are 2 staircases inside. If you have any mobility problems, and our group had various degrees of issues( bad knees or hips or back) the steps may not be optimal. Other than that...we loved it!

A Great Choice
You will not be disappointed when you choose to stay at this property. The condo is super-clean, well maintained and features decks with bay views to relax on. With 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, there is more than enough room for families or groups to comfortably spread out.
The Delaware Beaches can be congested and busy, so the slower pace of Bethany Beach and the Bethany Marina is a huge plus.

Beautiful location and lovely home. Rick and Cathy very responsive to any questions. So much to do in this area. Relaxing on the decks in the morning and evenings was perfect. Very quiet location considering how many units there. Only bit on the downside all bedrooms other than master are very small but we didn’t seem to mind after we settled in. Living area is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen wonderful. Views are amazing. Thanks Rick and Cathy !!

We picked this property because of the great reviews and I can safely say, they were all right. The property, the owner the experience did not disappoint. We chose this winter time to go because, between the mass of people in the area during the the summer and the cold, we preferred the cold. The house is very well kept, very clean (*well, we did find dog hairs in a comforter, but that was minor to us), very modern interior, decorations and design, very well stocked with dishes, games, amenities, etc...even bikes to ride. And the proximity to the water is priceless. We were very comfortable. And the owner is very nice and very responsive when we reached out.
The only down part for us was that an owner at another property had his dog unleashed running around the complex without any supervision which made it a little unsettling to our dog who wanted to enjoy her supervised unleashed freedom.
But sure, if you're thinking of heading there to this property, we give it 5 stars along with the owner 5 stars. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We will go again in the future.

We had more than ample space when we wanted to spend time doing things together and ample space for having “me” time. Many conveniences within the immediate area. We spent two weeks including the Fourth of July in this well appointed, spacious, conveniently located and comfortable, marina home. We were a family of 8 (5 adults, 3 children and family dog). The three level floor plan was well laid out and worked exceedingly well for our needs. Watching sunrises and sunsets from the decks became a daily treat. Very appreciative of the attention given by the owners. We couldn't have made a better choice.
