A good place for a short stay

- the location is very good since you can get to some of the most important places from there by walking or taking the MTR - the room was clean and looked the same as the picture -the bed was comfortable and even though I went alone I had 2 pillows and 2 blankets -the check-in process was quite easy as I didn't have to do anything before -there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and you can also get to the airport quite easily -one of the best prices you can find in Hong Kong for a room with private bathroom

-even though I pressed the button for hot water, on the first day I barely had time to take a shower before it got cold and the next day the hot water worked just for a few seconds and got cold (I might have switched from hot to middle too fast maybe) but that was quite unpleasant -besides the bed, there is almost no space in the room so if you have big luggage might be a problem -because of the ventilation system you can hear some noise from the outside of the building but it was not that bad since I could sleep through it without a problem

Quirky

Secure and great location, good price if your travelling on a very tight budget. Felt very safe. Located in a residential block of apartments. Owner was not in when we arrived but contacted us to explain procedure and theres an old man on the door at the bottom of lift who was lovely. we also me two ladies who lived there who were so nice.If you want quirky then go for it, funniest place we ever stayed.

As much as I've said the above it was a little weird. The room was very small (reflected in price) and if you are over 5ft 5 tall you won't fit in the bed.

No wifi, horrible irresponsible host.

HORRIBLE experience, would rate 0 if possible. I stayed for 5 days and the wifi worked for the first 3 hours that’s it. I checked with the owner daily for 3 days and then gave up. No apologies whatsoever and her wresponses made it seem like I was bothering her. She could’ve at least asked if we wanted a small data pack. If you have to book here, prepare to do a credit card charge-back.

The bed was comfortable. The staff are excellent. They clean the room daily. My towel had stains of them and they started giving me a disposable towel for each night I stayed! They changed the bed sheets which is also really nice. They also empty your trash daily. The room is as advertised in the photos. It IS small. There is space under the bed to store your luggage. There is no smell inside the room. They have free drinking water available. There is a mini fridge to store any of your food items. There is a microwave and eating utensils as well.

There was no lounge area and it’s literally located inside a hallway. It was a bit confusing to find at first because it isn’t accurate on Google Maps. The hot water doesn’t last very long. It’s only hot for a couple minutes. Expect to have a lukewarm shower experience unless you take very quick showers. The room is really small. It was hard to open my luggage and sort out my clothes because there really was just no space for it since the room was so small. The staff aren’t always present. There is no 24 hour staff at the hotel. I got locked out and my phone was in my room- I literally had to knock on another guests door in order to get help for contacting the hotel services. I even went downstairs and asked the door man to let me borrow the phone to call the number- no one picked up. If the other guest staying didn’t let me borrow their phone to contact the hotel through WhatsApp, I would have been stuck out of my room for a very long time.

Good place for a short term stay

Good location (both subway and airport station are very close).

We couldn’t find the place at first, as the address/map were not correct. Thankfully we were able to connect to the reception after hours, so we were able to check in.

It is a perfect place for a solo traveler.

1. It is located near train stations, bus stops and many shops and restaurants. Super easy access to go anywhere! 2. There were always two security men (?) , sitting near the elevator on the ground floor, and that made me feel secured during my stay there. 3. There was only a cleaning lady when I first came in to check-in my luggage (before my actual check-in time) , and she spoke very little English while I spoke no Chinese. It frustrated me a bit and made me nervous to stay there. HOWEVER, the owner was there when I checked out on my last day, and she turned out to be a SUPER nice, kind and friendly lady with fluent English!! (⁠^⁠^⁠) She even came out of the building with me, and pointed at the Kowloon station which is located in the walking distance. She was being such a joyful host, and I really wished she had been in the hostel while I stayed there. 4. The hostel itself was so small, and my bedroom was super tiny, very little space to walk once you open your suitcase on the floor. And the shower is right above the toilet in the shower room, and it was difficult every time I take a shower. HOWEVER, it was always kept clean and the basic amenities were there for everyone to use. ^⁠_⁠^ 5. There were "hooks" on the wall all over in the room to hang clothes and towels. I thought it shows the kindness of the owner. 6. You have your room key, and you could leave and come back anytime you want to. It was overall a very nice place to stay for a solo traveler like myself.

Perfect place for solo traveller!

Everything was great, Zoey is a very friendly person and she will assist you with any questions you may have. The location is near Jordan station and very convenient. The room is small, but it doesn't feel that way since there are many mirrors inside the room. It was very comfortable for me.

I really didn't have anything that I didn't like, other than you could hear some noise at night since it is on Jordan St. so if you're looking for a perfectly quiet place it might not suit you.

They could provide real towells, not the disposable ones. Could be better explained how to get to this place. Ugly building, but ok rooms. Beds are small for a tall person, so we needed to take quadraple room for two persons.

5 beautiful days in Hong Kong 😍

convenient location in the center, clean enough, which is rare for hostels of this kind, good value for money! the room has a large TV, air conditioning, a shower room with a bath set, a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo, there is also a kettle and a hairdryer!

there were a few ants, and so everything is fine!

Comfortable clean budget stay

Quiet location off Nathan Road. Easy check in host was very friendly. This was a good sized room for budget accomodation in Kowloon. Stayed 2 nights was fine. AC worked well, shower room was bigger than other places I've stayed in, was clean and comfortable.

Directions were not quite accurate but not far off, I noticed the building by chance and also used the right lift by pure luck as well. HK buildings can be confusing as divided into blocks then elevators can be split into odd and even floors
