Nice location.. lift facility.. fast check in with 24hrs receptionist.. free and ample parking space.. there's cupboard for keeping/hanging cloth
The toilet floor a little bit smelly.. the chair leg is broken..

I WILL NOT REPEAT TO STAY HERE AGAIN
It was My tiring Journey, from Penang to Klang, and very last minutes, i have to book this hotel, very uncomfortable for to be there, due to the room stinks. although the room looked clean but inside was very bad smell, the air conditioner was not serviced and not cooling enough, there were no basic toiletries inside the bathroom. I will never repeat this place again.

The room depicted in the photos on booking.com and the actual room are significantly different.
only like the bath room got hot shower.
In the first room we were given, the bed was sinking and lacked elasticity. Additionally, the bed sheet had period stains and yellow stains. After we complained, the receptionist gave us the option to change to a second room. However, she asked if we had used the room or not, mentioning that they could sell it to another client and were not planning to change the bed sheet. Once we entered the second room, we noticed a lot of tiny cockroaches playing around on the dressing table.

Hotel or Lodge required an upgrade...
Strategic location to reach malls and eateries. It wasn't a pleasant stay indeed. Lifting system seems little impressive
Hotel required an upgrade through the reviews at booking.com doesn't coincide..a honest reviews appreciated..
