A super central accommodation that delivers on all counts

An extremely centrally located and very reasonably priced accommodation within spitting distance of KL Sentral Station, allowing you to get anywhere in the city within less than an hour. Additionally, one of the monorail lines is literally located around 50 metres from the hotel's main entrance. The breakfast is good and has a wide selection, the staff are attentive and kind, and there is a high level of cleanliness. A definitive recommendation for anyone looking to visit KL!

there were cockroaches seen at times in the room. they can work on the cleanliness for sure. the staff can be humble & polite as they are not currently. talk as if they are annoyed with the customers.

Location

Very bad maintenance, no hot water, instead of multiple complaints, no one responded. One of the worst receptionist i have seen , receptionist’s showed very much racist attitude especially Mr.Hasim ad. Mr Fazir.

The location is next to NU Central and KL sentral, just connecting to a sky bridge. Walking distance to Chinatown. Easy to transport with GOKL, MRT, LRT. Near to 7e, KK and Family Mart. If u love Indian foods, its suit place to stay.

The carpet has a bad smells. No drinking water, as they provides a water dispenser outside. Lift runs too slow.

The rooms were absolutely filthy with roaches all over the place. It was so bad that my colleague booked another hotel nearby out of pocket. The pictures are not realistic.

Nice Hotel

Close to monorel station and KL Sentral station, Close to malls, Close to Halal restaurants, Room is clean, Staff is friendly even when I told them I lost the key card, Room is nice, Great service, 24/7 security Great window view,

No hot water shower, only hot water at sink, Rm5 per entry for parking which is quite expensive if you travel using cars in and out, But it's flat rate so basically it's kinda cheap for those that stay in the hotel.

It was a horrible experience, with a terrible room, stingy staff, noise pollution from the city.

Nothing much in particular.

A lot of things about the room like how lousy it looks. First of all the receptionist was unwelcoming on the check-in, it felt like I wasn't welcome. Then we got our room, it was a weird elevator experience. Then, the room itself inside looked lousy. There was no kettle to heat water even though they provided tea bags and instant coffee powder(who does this?). A lot of the switches on the wall does not work. The lights were okay but I didn't like them. The toilet door is stupid with no lock. There is no comprehensive water heating machine in the shower(had to just crank it to half power to get water to start heating), stingy with soaps, no water bottles at all. Honestly, if this is the standards of hotel in KL Sentral, then I feel like this city is left behind as even my small island of Labuan provide just basic water bottle and was generous with soaps and other small things in the room. Even the city is full of impatient and rude people. Honking everywhere at every chance.

The lift did not work when walk down the stair the door at the bottom was locked and had to walk back up the stairs. Could have been dangerous incase of a fire

Save your money and stay somewhere else as hotel is bad value

Basically I did not enjoy my stay. Hotel was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere. I have stayed previously on ten occasions and this was one of the worst stays.

Paid for a buffet breakfast for length of stay. First day (22/03/2023) had buffet breakfast which was basic. From day two (23/03/2023 to 27/03/2023) no buffet breakfast was provided by hotel, instead hotel only offered a set plate of food either a rice dish or a noodle dish. Lodged a complaint about the situation but hotel thought that breakfast provided was fair. I advised hotel that I paid for a buffet breakfast so I would expect a buffet breakfast to be provided.
