Super Hotel für ein Städte Trip in Kuala Lumpur

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und es hat tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Für ein Stadthotel hat es total gepasst.

Die Matratze war schon ein bisschen durchgelegen.

I guess for the money i paid, not too bad.

The location is excellent.

I stayed at the hotel previously and the room was far superior to my recent stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, muslim friendly. The property also located in the center of KL (KL Central) which is very accessible to go anywhere b LRT, Monorail, MRT, Commuter Line, Bus and Intercity Train.

Excellent location for early/late flights but noise may be an issue

+Excellent location if you're arriving from a late flight or have an early flight in the morning - KLIA departures is just 10-minute walk away +Friendly staff +The room was spacious +Drinking water provided +Gym (even though I didn't get to trying it this time, I appreciate that they had one)

-No soundproofing whatsoever. The windows aren't double glazed so hear all the traffic from outside, including at night. Also, the same extends to hearing noises from other rooms - the people in the room across decided to watch TV quite loud in the middle of the night and it was audible in my room

Super Location, Excellent Hospitality

Situated just across from NU Sentral Mall and KL Sentral, City Central Hotel boasts of a superb location, and is especially convenient for those arriving into KL by plane. The staff are friendly and the room was, as praised by other hotel guests, clean and equipped with the usual necessities. Rooms are tidied and toiletries and water replenished daily. The hotel has a sky garden where you can chill in peace and offers a view of the city, and the gym looks well-maintained. City Central sits alongside an array of restaurants, a pub, convenience stores and even fashion boutiques selling beautiful sarees. Stalls along the walkway sell Indian pastries and sweets as well as tea. Do keep a lookout for the hotel's friendly doorman, a lovely touch of hospitality that makes a wonderful impression. Highly recommended!

The washroom door could not be closed fully but it wasn't too much inconvenience.

Close to the station and Good cost performance

Early check-in was available for a fee.(RM10/Hour)

There were quite a few ants in the shower room. When I used the shower, the toilet would get soaked.

Affordable and Convenience to Stay

I requested for extra blanket. The staff said they unsure whether they can fulfill my request because hotel room were full for that day but they still tried to provide me with extra blanket and I'm thankful for that. Eventhough I have problem with the aircord which was suddenly turn off, they quickly came and resolved the issue. The staff hotels are so friendly and welcoming. I will have another stay in this area and without hesitate will choose this hotel again. Thank you so much all staff and hotel management. You're awesome!

Since that my sister love watching tv, it's quite dissapointed with few channel with noise and mute (eventhough have tried adjust it using remote) but the problem still happened. But it's okay, not a big issue for me.

cleanliness, location and staff

only 1 key per room which is quite a hassle as we were traveling in a family of 4... and everyone is out for different xtvt. at least 2 sets of key would be better.

Turn down in the morning too noisy, disturbing other guest that are still sleeping in

Convenient to all major train stations,city center,lots of shops around.

A Foreign house keeping staff knocked on my room door telling me to checkout when it’s only 11.40 am noon and not even 12.00noon.

Good value

The price is good. For a budget accommodation this one is good value. The room may be tiny but it is what i expected at that price. A shower room, a clean place to sleep with a decent bed. No frills, nothing fancy, but i like it. I recommend to budget travellers with similar expectations.

The facilities are all good.

I understand that the wall can't be soundproof, I was expecting to even hear cars outside or even footsteps of people opposite the door. But it was a little bit more noisy than my expectations, people were talking loudly and even screaming, someone was knocking/banging on the door, maybe repairing something. It was really noisy. Maybe it's just my floor (I was on 1st floor) but please pay attention to it in the future.

strategic location which is opposite to nu sentral, very easy to access public transport.

i book city view room but i receive no window room 😪 the receptionist did not mention earlier about it, and i was tired to go down just to change room, so just stay in the no window room 🫤

Superb

First of all, bed was big and comfortable. Aircon was also cold. Room was clean. Bathroom also clean. TV was running smoothly. Everything works very well. Basically, good price for 4 nights stay.

Firstly, bathroom door lock quite hard to locked and unlocked, high chance to be locked inside the bathroom. Second, my room supposed to have a city view but I got a room with no window. Third, my room supposed to have a small fridge too as per stated in my bookings but there was none. But overall, still quite okay. Just make sure the info about the rooms are the same when customer arrived.

Excellent stay at City Central with friendly staff.

Room no 119 was big enough for two people with good flow of hot water and was well cleaned and serviced as we wanted by friendly Marica, Ivan and the crew. Supply of water daily was helpful. Location was excellent as to and from Airport was very easy at MYR15.00 by express luxury buses at KL Sentral which was just across the road. Local travel was very easy as Monorail, KTM, Rapid and bus services including free Red circle to City is available within less than 50 mtrs. Behind the hotel within 50 mtrs there is a launderette for those who want the service. Plenty of eateries around to suit any anyone. Nu Sentral shopping complex providing many choices for shoppers. Highly recommending this low cost hotel with friendly staff in good location.

More choices of TV channels in English appreciable.

Location is superb.. Exactly opp. KL Sentral Mall. Its d last stop n pick up spot for d airport buses from KLIA2.. Cost 15 ringitts one way to d airport. Plentyyyyy of super food restos around. LRT, MRT all just opposite. Location on d main road.

Rooms very small.. Bathrooms small. No Breakfast.. U need to eat out.. A bit noisy as its on d main road n bang opp. Kl sentral mall.
