Felt at home there, very comfortable, great location!

Location was great, walking distance from the party places without the noise or any other downsides. Breakfast was pretty nice, definitely recommended. The staff really was the most magical thing about it, super friendly and professional.

Central location Comfortable bed Room had air conditioning Good wifi

Check-in: We were asked to pay an additional €20 for checking in outside check-in hours. We asked the host to waive this fee as this was not mentioned on their Booking page. The host kindly agreed to this. Thank you. Bathroom: Private but separate from bedroom, therefore not air conditioned, which meant sauna-like conditions in the bathroom. Shower doors were difficult to open and close and the plastic panels of the doors were coming off. The shower built up with water as the drain was blocked. This proved to be very inconvenient when showering after the beach as sand remained in the shower and would not drain. Soap dispenser would easily detach from the wall and was almost empty upon our arrival. Ants on the toilet brush. No toiletries except for soap in the shower and hand soap. Cleaning and change of towels: Our bedroom and bathroom were never cleaned during our 3-night stay as rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned during the weekend, which also meant towels did not get changed during our stay. According to the rules attached on our bedroom door, asking for new towels would have attracted an additional fee. Breakfast and common areas: Breakfast was ok, however no air conditioning in common areas, including the dining room, which meant eating breakfast in sauna-like conditions. Luggage storage: Their Booking page mentions that luggage storage was available at an additional fee, however there was a sign saying “No Luggage Storage” at reception, which poses a problem if you have a later flight on the day of check-out. I am not sure whether the people managing this place are trying to save money by not providing the basic services (e.g., cleaning bedroom and bathroom on weekends, changing towels daily, fixing issues in the bathroom, turning on air conditioning in common areas). I personally would not pick this place again unless improvements are made in relation to the points mentioned above.

Higly Recommend if somebody wants to stay in Saint Julian.

The room was clean and tidy. The location is ideal because the bars, restaurants or the marina is in walking distance of 5 mins max. Also the host is really nice person, she really cares and appreciates her guests. Breakfast had a variety of options.

10 dat stay at 8villa

Place was clean, tidy and well organised. Really close to the center of St.Julian’s and to the marina. Breakfast was awesome, good to have had easy access to food in the morning. You can also have specials requests which will be fulfilled. Hosts were amazing, really beautiful people who always stepped in to help whenever we needed something. They were kind enough to give us a beach umbrella when we traveled just so we didn’t have to rent one. They made the place cozy and welcoming. Will be staying at Giuliana and Daniele again if the oportunity arises again in the future!

Magnificent Malta

What wonderful place to stay. Our group of 5 friends could not have chosen a better place to stay for our visit to St. Julian's. From a location point of view, it was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. Our accomodation was superb and our host Barbera was, what can I say, only that she looked after us like we were part of her family. Grazie Mille Barbera from all the lads from Ireland. We shall return.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect for our weekend stay. 5 mins walk from Spinola Bay so near to all the local amenities. Room was comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the manager (sorry I didn’t get her name).
