Conveniently located, cleand and spacious.

Good location, close to the center and also the metro station, clean space, spacious and efficient information was provided on how to check in/out.

Nice place to stay. Very convenient and comfortable!

The hotel is in a very good location. The arrangements that allowed us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out were a real help! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Communicating with the host was easy and they were very quick to answer. The transport that they helped us secure from the airport was excellent also.

We walked in to one of our rooms and found that there had been a leak from the ceiling and the floor and some bedding was wet. The young lady on site quickly resolved the situation, a new room was found for us and it did not impact our stay in any way. The lodging handled it very professionally and in a very timely fashion.

Great stay! Very comfy room.

The room was spatious and comfy. It was a good walking distance from many restaurants.

A very minor thing but it was a bit annoying to have to reconnect to the wifi everytime I was entering the room.

Nice hotel, but don’t bother with their breakfast.

Excellent location, nice and clean room.

Breakfast is not worth the extra money to receive just a little take out bag. There are many cafes around to get a good coffee and a breakfast to your liking.

First, I should mention the hotel's excellent location in the city. Then, I would like to talk about the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, which was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's prompt response to online reservations was commendable.

The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, and it also doesn’t have a closet. On the second day, cleaning was done, but the toilet liquid container was empty. The internet speed was very slow, and after each screen shutdown, you had to log in again. If you have an essential need for the internet, I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel. You can see the mentioned items in the photos. Due to the wooden floors in the hallways and rooms, a significant amount of noise from people walking in the rooms and hallways can be heard, disrupting the peace of the night and morning. Additionally, due to the lack of acoustic insulation in the rooms, conversations and interactions from adjacent rooms can be heard as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was very clean. Shower very good. Beds excellent. Very easy access via metro to both the airport and the sites of Porto. Luggage storage at the start and end of our trip was a real bonus.

Nice visit to Porto

Neat and clean. Good location and we could walk everywhere. Breakfast room was nice to have as we went to the grocery store and ate at the hotel.

Towels were replaced in one room (we had two) although they were hung up. The breakfast room could use a fridge and maybe a sink and kettle. Not too many restaurants close by.

All communication happened online, very responsive. The place is well located with metro and shops nearby. The room was big with 4 beds, balcony and a big bathroom. Great for families. Can recommend and would repeat.

It's great that the access is granted with a code and you don't need to pick-up the keys from the host. The room was spacious enough, the beds were comfortable and the shower the best. On the ground floor there is a room, which you can use for breakfast (with a microvave, coffee and snacks machine and the cutlery).

The location is not very central, however, there is a metro station near by. Our room was on the last floor (there is no lift) and it was getting too warm during the day. The wifi was really slow. It would be nice to have a small fridge (like minibar) in the room.
