Great location, facilities, and breakfast!

This hotel is not functioning: You check Inn at qafqaz Riverside. Breakfast, pool, sauna, and all facilities available at Rseort Hotel. No WI-FI You have to manage your move between hotels yourself (use Bolt and Maxim for taxi) . However, the price is cheap compared to others

For the breakfast, we had to drive to another hotel. Unfortunately, this information was neither provided in the booking.com website, nor informed by the hotel before arrival or payment.

Information unavailability of that the hotel I stayed did not work in full capacity and we had to drive to another hotel for breakfast every morning.

if someone looking for very good place to stay then it is not..it is very average

location

water heater not working, for breakfast we have to go another location which is little far way so if someone go without vehicle then it will be difficult and some doors are locking properly

Hotels location is great, such a pity that it is not properly taken care of.

very dull and sad ambience, very poor breakfast, few stuff. no facilities. staff was helpful and trying to accommodate. very expensive restaurant not worth spending money there. tv not working, technical issues in bathroom, bad smell of sewage. overall very poor and definitely not 5 star

Definitely I'll not come again, and I'm not trusting Booking.com rating any more!

The location is good and the rest of all services are not acceptable, especially that I disappointed my family just because that I trusted Booking.com rating and description!

The Hotel Star Rating of the afqaz Resort Hotel in Gabala by Booking.com, which is 5 stars , does not reflect the real rating of the hotel! However, I would not to book this hotel if I had known that rate of hotel by Booking.com is misleading! The most important factor that the facilities and environment around condo are not safe for the family, especially kids!

Staff were extremely friendly. The garden of the hotel is amazing, full of fruit trees.

Had to use the pool and gym of a partner hotel while their gym and pool under repair.

Poor Service

Room was comfy and spacious

They did everything they could to make sure I have a terrible stay Steward offered wine bottle at 18 mannat AZN, BUT HE BILLED 95 AZN FOR that. Unfortunately I have to pay. And they didn't give me wine glasses because I was drinking it the day after I ordered the bottle. Make sure you drink the wine the same day, No collection of plates after food delivery at home, we called 4 times and no Iuck. Overeall, the experience was terrible

Highly unsatisfied for what we paid.

Space in Cottage

We asked for Shampoo thrice a day but could not be provided. We were four but only one Shampoo, shower gel and tooth paste was provided. Property mentioned that they have swimming pool and gym but it was 3-4km away in property's another hotel.

Reasonable accommodation in a beautiful location.

The location was beautiful - right in amongst the beautiful green mountains, close to the ski resort, and a short walk to restaurants. The cottage was roomy and the neighborhood was quaint. We enjoyed the bowling and the spa, and the breakfast buffet was nice (especially fresh custom made omelets).

The cottage itself could use some updating (there was a bit of a musty smell) and some art on the walls to make it a bit cozier. Some lamps would also be nice, and maybe a carpet here and there on the bare floors. The fireplace was nice to have, but with only wet heavy wood available we weren't able to keep a fire going. Most amenities in the resort were closed, so it felt a bit like a ghost town as well.

The room was quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was calm and welcoming. Parking place was good next to entrance.

The lighting in the room was weak. There was not a minibar. The welcoming in terms of bellboy was absent. I pulled my luggage myself. Didn't request smoking room, but in the door there was not a non-smoking room sign, therefore I guess my room was a smoking room. The extra bed was small in length. There was not a lounge in the lobby, but could be good to have a rest.
