Lack of privacy in the rooms

The pool and some activities were incredible

There is no paper to "do not disturb" so I could not rest because there was always someone disturbing the afternoon rest to clean the room

Nice hotel, sadly I found cocroaches in the bathrooms

Very nice staff, particularly the receptionists and cleaning personnel, quiet location. The rooms have extra kitchen and they are big. Balconies are also big. The hotel itself has a lot of extra facilities and looks pretty clean. The rooms were quiet.

I have found cocroaches in my bathroom, on two consecutive days... I asked at the reception to remove the ones I had killed, which they did immediayely. After the second case the staff offered to change my room and they sincerely apologized. I appreciate how they handled the issue. The staff was really nice and empathic. My rating is affected by this unpleasant incident, if this would not have happened I would have rated everything as perfect.

All staff were kind , patient and friendly. The room was big , clean , homely and comfortable. The pool was the icing on the cake. The lady at the pool restaurant was very welcoming and the food was great. Breakfast was fantastic and offered many choices. Nunu and 2 other reception staff, the lady who checked us in and another lady helped us arrange tours and were very supportive and patient. All the staff were great.

I can’t think of any thing negative at all.

Excellent place for family vacation.

The room, pool, food and beaches near by were excellent. Staff really friendly and helpful. Resolved issue with bathroom lights very quickly. Really appreciate their service.

Superb

Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Had everything you would need to stay a while.

It could have been explained that the deposit if given in cash would have been refunded as cash as we left rather than waiting a few days for bank processing.

Satisfactory but could have been better

We had a rental car so the location was rather good. Portimao has many beaches and we can reach each one in no more than 15mins. The apartment is very spacious with good beds; pillows were too high for us though.

Cleaning was every 3 days so we didn’t have towels changed everyday and that was a bit inconvenient. Got to hang towels to dry out on the balcony. We came at the end of the season so it was also too quiet. The hotel restaurant also closed for the season and hence we had to go out for meals every night. With the amount of guests, it made sense for them to do that I guess but this could have been communicated to me before I arrived. the bathrooms didn’t have good ventilation either and they dont have nice clean smell all the time.

The bathroom needs improvements, a bit isolated but could be a good point for people looking for a quiet holiday. We enjoyed anyway!

The perfect stay for a solo adventurer!

Great location, situated between Alvor and Portimao. A short walk to a great beach and 10 mins from a nearby shop. A lovely pool, then perfect sun trap! A wonderful buffet breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I couldn't of asked for more!

Nice apartment

Apartments were a good size with 2 balconys. Reception were helpful

Pool very dirty, wasn't cleaned until 5 days into our holiday. Noise of renovations in rooms all day and then party's until 3am. No clean towels or cleaners throughout the week! Location is so far away from even a little shop, absolutely no entertainment events/music in the evenings, it was all in a different hotel not in walking distance.

Booking.com advertised breakfast included, and at check in, doubted that the offer was available at the time of booking (although I had proof). They did not fulfill but the Hotel itself did 2 days after much hassle.

Disappointing staying

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice of bakery, fruit, cheese, salami,yougurt , omlet, sausage. Selection of coffee from coffee machine. Nice indoor and outdoor areas to sit, friendly staff. Staff at the reception was also friendly and helpful.

Very poor cleaning service. Cleaning once per 3 days, no shampoo added. It doesn't seem to be a hotel or serviced apartments but budget type of staying for a high price. The building is old, units are old, furniture and bathroom causes disgust. Not enough shadow spaces next to the pool. I felt staying in a budget and old hotel without any sound insulation. I didn't expect such a poor stayng for 350 euros per night (4 people in one bedroom apartment). We stayed 4 nights , no linen changed, towels were changed on the third day. The hotels looks like to be sold as vacation package with staying for 14 days or something similar for the price at least 2 times cheaper than I paid as I can't imagine people agree to pay more for it. The hotel was full during our stay (mid August 2022).

not a great experience at all.

breakfast was okay

restaurant near my room played very loud music, till early hours in the morning impossible to sleep, room had no insulation at all it felt as it was in the room. staff was okay but couldn’t care less. no gym at the resort- never reopened since covid… was still included on the resorts web site. place is too far from any shop restaurants. in general not a good place for the amount of money you pay I would not recommend it. they never cleans the place or exchange the towels.
