Franchement très déçu . J'étais déjà venu quand c'était l'hôtel cerise . Je n'avais rien a dire à ce moment là . C'était pas propre . L'équipement a besoin d'être changé sérieusement. Je suis arrivée dans la petite salle de bain . C'était tellement tachée dans tous les sens . J'ai cru que c'était même pas nettoyé. Et il y avait pas mal de poussière . Je comprends que ce soit un F1 mais les bases faut pas exagérer

Oke voor 1 nachtje bij lage temperaturen

Het bed was comfortabel, er stond een koude fles water in de koelkast, koelkast eerkte hoed, alleen het vriesvak niet en er hing een fijne tv

Er was geen airco en ramen waren dicht bij aankomst terwijl het 30+graden was , persoon achter de balie was kort af en kon nauwelijks engels, 'badkamer" was vies, kamer zag er niet schoon uit en het was vrij klein. Daarnaast was er geen lift aanwezig en het ontbijt bestond uit 1 tafel. Bij uitchecken moet je maar gewoon je pasje ( die bijna niet werkt) in een pot stoppen en dan kon je gaan.

Le bruit, le non respect du calme, il a fallu nous manifestez plusieurs fois pour ne pas être dérangé par les gens sans gêne, et le personnel de nuit qui ne disait rien

L’établissement est bien placé, très propre, le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux et le personnel à l’écoute et très aimable

Les rideaux pas assez occultants. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de volets roulants !

Very Good. We will definitely use Hotel Cerise again

Really helpful staff as we were delayed at did not arrive until 12pm. Vincent was really helpful on the phone and our keys were waiting for us with security. Thank you Vincent, that was much appreciated.

Bathroom units are a little bit tired.

We did not like this place or the location.

Bathroom was size of a postcard. You could poop, shower, and brush your teeth simultaneously. The bedroom carpet was wet. The room was dated and shabby.

Ok if all you need is a bed...

The breakfast was over priced...we did not have it. Location was near busy highway. No restaurants any where near it. Horrible food available in a vending machine. Staff spoke no english

Excellent just to rest before a long route

Very good price for a stay to rest before taking the road. Nice place free parking and safe. checking 24/7 Room quiet due to soundproofing . Big Thanks to Samy security guard on night shift of 07 to 08/08/21 he was very helpful , kind and professional and has delivered an excellent customer service during our stay.

The bathroom is a shower only very small. space optimised. unfortunately does not have soap or shower gel. Bring your your toiletries because there is only a soap dispenser inside the shower to wash your face hair and body and it is behind the shower curtain.

Got the basics that one needs. So long as you don’t need to do anything other than sleep…then GO

I could stay there with my dog Morning reception staff were nice, friendly and very helpful parking was secure

Room smelt bad and there were cigarette stains all over the bathroom sink. I checked on late and had to do digital check in, but the room card key did not work.

The receptionist was rude and not very helpful. Also there's no lift and some rooms are on the second floor.
