Très bien à part quelques détails à améliorer

Personnel disponible, chambre et salle de bain propres

Disposition des lits dans la chambre. Un lit était éloigné de tout interrupteur. C'est peut être dû aux travaux de rénnovation en cours. Les seuls jus de fruits disponibles pour le petit déjeuner étaient des jus d'agrumes (Ma fille est allergique). Pas de jus de pomme pas exemple. Mais le reste était très bon.

Was ok. Very lovely manager who spoke good English and was very accommodating and helpful.

Bedroom - very comfortable bed. Warm.

Cleanliness in bedroom. Radiator very dirty. Bathroom, tatty and broken. Shower curtain hanging off, fan broken, door held together with duct tape

Basic, but very good for a quick stay!

room was decent, very clean and comfortable bed, everything basic you would need for a quick stop and stay, breakfast is also ok (coffee, juice, bread and milk, the classics), free outside parking in a safe area with decent lighting, overall very good value for money

no shower gel in the bathroom, bathroom door did not close properly, the hot water from the sink would decrease in intensity and just turn off, the shower's pressure was not too great, signs of wear on the bathroom door and in some areas

It was dirty, and everything smelled of cigarettes. The upper bunk bed was difficult to reach, and didn't feel safe for children.

This place had its best time many years ago.

The hotel was difficult to find, no clear address in a business/industrial area with no clear signage. The room was very small, and the bathroom even smaller. The "double bed" was very narrow unless you are freshly in love. Everything was tidied up, but also the carpet had a lot of old traces. Furniture were not in a good condition. The breakfast is frugal.

It suited my needs in every way - functional, simple, clean and inexpensive.

Absolutely perfect for someone who wants to sleep and take a shower before continuing on a long journey.

Not a dislike, but it is very basic.

Practical stay close to Bethune

good value for money, free on site parking, optional breakfast (extra fee) is basic but decent, room was clean and had everything needed, staff very friendly and helpful, WiFi was good, check in was easy, access to room done by magnetic card

Practical stay near Bethune

low price, practical if you are by car to drive to nearby cities (very close and quick driving distance, around 5 minutes), free private parking and good WiFi, breakfast is optional and has decent choices, access is done with secure means (magnetic cards), staff friendly, safe and quiet area

the shower was a bit untidy (lack of shower gel and soap, door did not close very well, there were signs of wear, the shower itself appeared to be a little bit rusty), one of the lights in the room did not work (the main light)

Very good

It was so cheap that I was expecting the worst. Last time I paid this amount for a room there were prostitutes walking the halls! Yes it was basic but I arrived at 2am and left at 9am so just needed a bed for the night and it was really comfortable! Best nights sleep I have had in ages.

good value for money, own private parking places, quick check-in procedure, respecting the Covid-19 measures was done properly by staff and hotel, breakfast was ok, not too much choices, but enough for having a good start to the day
