Not much really. It had a locked gates at night.

We asked for a new room as the toilet was broken. New room, Toilet door didn’t shut, window had no security. No clean towels, very old, dated, looked dirty decor.

Easy to access from the highway. The bed was comfortable.

Facilities are worn out, deteriorated, shabby and should be renovated urgently. Very thin walls (you can hear the neighbours).

Very simple to get to the car park, and easy to check in. No need to bother anyone. Warm water, shower and bed. All that one needs when on the journey.

Smelly Room, like an un washed dogs bed, poor lighting. Full dirty ashtray by the door, adding to the bad odors. Barhroom sink marked & stained, decor poor.

Good price and spacious parking

Area very noisy (many lorries around), walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbours, room was warm only when the heating was on, bathroom very old, toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Need updating. Poor WiFi.

Handy if going to Kortrijk expo

Towels were ok and bed was ok. Early breakfast was good, No hassle to walk the dogs,

Toilet flush did not stop as it was broken and the panel eventually did drop off. I had to pull up the cistern to stop the water wastage and the noise.

Terrible hygiene

The staff was friendly. The night receptionist offered me new bedding right away.

The hygiëne was absolutely terrible. My pillow was completely covered in mold! As was my blanket. Also there were many dead flies and the previous person's used earplugs in my bed!

Value for money - yes. Unfortunately location was the worst aspect. Heavy goods vehicles constant.

The shower was efficient and warm. The accessibility for the ground floor room. Secured parking.

The window exterior blind was broken - half opened only Right hand bedside lamp didn't work. The awkwardness of lorry parking as you entered or left.
