Gut, aber es gibt einige Mängel, die man bei so einem Hotel nicht erwartet!

Insbesondere für Messen, wobei ich nicht für eine Messe da war, ist die Lage hervorragend. Das Hotel an sich ist auch nicht schlecht, besonders der Wellness-Bereich.

Leider gibt es aber auch einige Schwächen/Mängel. So sind in den Zimmern manche Dinge sehr verbraucht oder defekt (bei mir die Klobrille). Zudem war es (im Bad) nicht sauber, siehe das Foto vom Handtuch. Ich habe das reklamiert und daraufhin einen Preisnachlass bekommen. Bei nur einer Nacht die beste Lösung. Generell aber wäre Sauberkeit wünschenswert. Ähnlich nachlässig ist man bei den Automaten. Es ist ja schön, dass man dort Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Wenn die Waren dann aber schon weit über das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum sind - und auch so schmecken - geht das gar nicht. Bei mir war die dort gezogene Apfelschorle schon fast ein Jahr "abgelaufen". Dafür gab es übrigens nichts (Geld zurück wäre da angebracht gewesen, auch wenn das nur vier Euro gewesen wären).

Für Geschäftsreisende/Messe sicherlich gut gelegen und mit ordentlicher Ausstattung.

Frühstück gut. Zimmerupgrade mit gutem Blick kostenfrei. Parkplatz in der Nähe(Messe)- kostenpflichtig. Freundliches Personal.

Zimmer und Gebäude "in die Jahre" gekommen. Teppichboden im Zimmer ebenso...

Pésimo servicio de habitaciones

Buena ubicación, buen sector y restaurantes cerca de buena calidad. Al costado de la Messe

El servicio de housekeeping pésimo, no hacen las habitaciones durante la semana y menos el fin de semana. Se debe buscar a los encargados para pedirles que hagan la habitación y cambien las toallas. Muy, pero muy malo el servicio

In general it was good but they have to have a decentralised use of facilities in the rooms. Securit

Great facility with Great staff who listen and help with solutions.

I didn't like the combined single beds, although I expressed my concern and the room was duly charged to my satisfaction 🙃 Another great concern was the heat in the room and the A/C can't be regulated by customers but by the facility team and wouldn't turn the A/C on and was advised to open the window which is opposite to the road with the noise of cars.

Der Laden ist abgerockt. Leider….hier ist irgendwie slles lieblos, alt und kaputt…. Was ist nur daraus geworden? Fahrstuhlwartung wird mitten am Tag gemacht…..

Bis auf diesen einen Punkt, alles gut.

Hatte mich an der Rezeption brav an derjenigen Schlange angestellt gehabt, die NICHT für Premium-Exklusiv-Gedöns-Kunden ist. An meiner Schlange war viel los. Am Premium-Sonstwas-Schalter fast nichts. Dann durften plötzlich auch "normale" Gäste an den Premium-Schalter und dabei wurden dann Kunden dran genommen, die erst NACH mir gekommen waren. Das fand ich etwas frustrierend und schade.

Cet hôtel est loin d'être un 4 étoiles ! Il ne devrait pas être référencé comme tel.

Le wifi fonctionne très mal. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres. Obligée d'aller dans un local dans le couloir pour repasser les vêtements. Bar de l'hôtel fermé. Quelques tables dans l'entrée pour se restaurer. Ne pas arriver le dimanche, aucun service de restauration n'est ouvert...

Nice hotel and beautiful city :)

The breakfast and location were great. The price was very affordable. It was clean.

We only stayed for two nights before our return flight, and during our trip, we had the opportunity to stay at some excellent places in the Black Forest and Alps. Therefore, I am comparing this hotel to those much better ones, which might not be entirely fair. I believe the quality is decent considering the price we paid. The property is in need of renovation and has a somewhat outdated appearance, reminiscent of the 1970s. Despite this, it is clean, and in my opinion, the affordability compensates for its aesthetic shortcomings. We decided not to use the spa facilities because they felt a bit small for a hotel of this size, and unfortunately, the sauna was out of order. The main issue that disappointed me was the difficulty in regulating the water temperature from the tap and in the shower, which I found to be a significant drawback.

Their Aircon was not working for our entire stay, 3 days! The staff keeps on saying the AC works with the outside temperature and it will adjust once it gets hot outside. They gave us a fan which didn't work either so had to send it back to reception. Anyway, eventually one of the staff members admitted the issue with the AC .

Room size and Breakfast.

Room has no mini bar section (tea and coffee), no slippers. Also, some times no one answer the phone calls (Room service and housekeeping). Too disappointed for 4-Star hotel comparing to world standard.
