Kleines, ordentliches, ruhiges Hotel

Kleiner Balkon; ruhig ; unkompliziert; es. gab eine leichtläufige Verdunkelungsgardine. Die Wassertemperatur brauchte keinen Vorlauf. Fernseher und Klimaanlage sahen sehr neuwertig aus. Vordergründig (Bett, Teppich, WC+Waschbecken, Balkon) sehr sauber; Größe des Zimmers war für eine Person okay, ohne Enge zu erzeugen. Abendliches Personal war nett, offen und hilfsbereit.

Kopfkissen war ein dickes. Knäuel;. Tagesgardine hatte einen Grauschleier, Rand des Duschvorhangs war etwas vergilbt, im Bereich von Duschwanne zu Fliesen gab es Stickflecken; Toilettenspülung lief sehr langsam. Eine Steckdose auf der Ablage hinter dem Bett war demoliert mit loser Abdeckung. Der Schreibtisch hatte Wärmeblasen auf der Oberfläche. Einige der Lichtschalter führten zu keiner „Leuchtaktion“. Die Wandleuchte seitlich oberhalb des Schreibtisches hatte einen sehr vergilbten Schirm. Der Name „Plaza“ assoziiert einen höheren Standard

Very good

It was a convenient and comfortable room, with a good shower, a few minutes walk from the main train station. The price was very reasonable and I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly.

Superb

Though it is a small room, but the designing is done very carefully. I felt very cozy and happy seeing the room. The Balcony just made my stay all the more pleasant.

There were no hot water kettle and room slippers.

Room was clean and it was pretty easy to reach. A few minutes away from Frankfurt Central Station. Hotel seemed to be under reforms or something like that. Breakfast area was not available and Frigo bars were not working.

Good Location

The bathroom was clean and had hot water. Had a balcony for smoking. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Near the main station.

The room wasn't clean. Found bottles under my bed. The balcony had a lot of cigarette buts everywhere.

Business at the fair very good and hotel not clean neither comfortable

The location is good as it is close to the Messe and facilities to go to the city center

The cleanesse is very bad. Almost everyday we have to ask for the bath towels. There is no breakfast and the dinning room is inactive. I lost the plastic key of the room and they made me pay 20€ to get another plastic key!!!! I do not suggest the hotel to anybody and I won´t use it again

I would highly recommend this hotel, I've stayed in 3 or 4 hotels near Frankfurt Hbf and truly this is the best one. Everything is super clean and organized once you get to your room and there's plenty of space it doesn't feel crammed.

Our window was pointed directly at several apartment buildings and even though we closed the thick curtain it felt a little bit unpleasant.

Good Budget Hotel

The location of the hotel isn't that far from the Frankfurt main Station. We also found the room was clean and tidy.

We stayed in the hotel just over 7hrs. Basically we checked in just to sleep at night and left very early to catch our flight. But, it would have been nice if the breakfast was included with the booking. Other than this, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Comfortable but dated

The location was good for my needs. Room was a good size, and had everything we needed. We really liked the bed and pillows. Parking was available in the back of property for an extra fee but it was very tight.

I had specifically ordered a room with a balcony in advance. When I checked in there seemed to be confusion at the front desk and I was then told there were no more rooms with a balcony available. This was at 3pm which is the earliest possible check in time listed. When I asked about the difference in price of the rooms they told me there was none which I found hard to believe.They don't have any coffee available for guests and their breakfast room is an open storage area. There is a need for better organization at this hotel but you are able to get a good night's sleep here.
