Tolle Lage, leider nicht gut gepflegt!

Die Lage war topp, direkt an der Alster! Das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig!

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, die Kaffeemaschine verschimmelt und auch sonst war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt! Im Frühstücksraum hat man Tische neu eingedeckt ohne sie vorher sauber zu machen! Da ist noch viel Potenzial!!!!

Wir waren zu zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werden es beim nächsten Besuch in Hamburg wieder buchen

Wir konnten die Zimmer früher beziehen. Alles wurde unkompliziert und freundlich von den Mitarbeitern erledigt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und im Frühstücksraum fanden wir immer ein gemütliches Plätzchen.

We received upgrade to a more spacious room overlooking Alster which was very nice! Beautiful design & style of hotel and room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and hotel personal extremely friendly and flexible when we needed a bit later check-out and earlier check-in. Pleasure to stay there!

Lovely hotel

Beautifully furnished, beautiful location, comfy beds.

Breakfast is on two levels—- meaning, that some people have to carry their breakfast items up a steep staircase. It everyone’s cup of tea. In our room the coffee machine was broken throughout our stay, which didn’t make us happy. Our room was down a few flight of stairs which we had to reach with our suitcases and bags on our own.

breakfast room is much too small. Queues for coffee led to a total congestion of people.in a space of about 12 qm, 8 0r 9 guests all looking for something for their breakfast, that needs to change

Feeling warmly welcomed and served from the first step into the hotel until leaving.

all over Hotel Alsterblick is centrally and directly at the Alster located at the same time. It‘s in a typical Hamburg vila style building, with this unique Charme, but modernized. I got an upgrade from Standard to premium room, it’s was super spacious and comfortable! There is even a nice filled minibar (extra) in the room, a Welcome free water and a tea/coffee maker. the breakfast room has direct view towards the Alster and the breakfast offers a wud e and healthy range of everything- incl soy milk, veggie options, etc.

Very good location, fantastic old/new style design of the rooms, very good staff

Actually there are some maintenance works on the site, and they are ongoing, so you live simply inside the construction site. The breakfast is good but selection is not really wide.

Very nice location, close to Alster lake. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Senior manager very helpful!

At first we were sent to the room located at the basement - no lift available, steep stairs, mold smell and even urine smell when we opened the window as it faced the wall and a tiny backyard. There was no kettle in the room. Plus some issues with closing the safe, needed help to reset the setup. Wi-fi was quite slow. Staff was not helpful at all, untill the senior manager came up and solved the problem, so next day we moved to another room on higher floor, just what we expected to have while choosing this hotel.

Great hotel by the lake

Great hotel in a historical building just by the lake. Very nice and peaceful location. Room was of a great size and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was pretty nice.

A beautiful hotel with lovely people, I’ll be back.

Beautiful building and rooms, furniture and great staff as well as a lovely breakfast. It is but a short bus trip away from the centre and beautifully located. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

This one is really just my personal taste but I would’ve loved to have a room as pictured without a full floor rug. The room was still amazing but wooden floors would’ve been the icing on the cake. :)

Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Great breakfast, excellent location and helpful staff. The breakfast has a variety of fruits, bread and ham/cheese. I had an early morning flight and the staff was kind enough to prepare me an airport goodie bag. Thanks!

The room with lake view window has street noise. If you prefer something calmer take the garden room.
