Had a great stay in this hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Close to subway and River. Nice views for the extra money. A lot of food choices.

The children were very loud in the hallways, running up and down.

Great location for Seoul trip

the bed was extremely comfortable, just fantastic, also it was very call atmosphere, all very clean and very well equipped. Solchen Lake is a fantastic spot for strolling or running around.

Overall, I loved it! Great staff, great locations, and a great room (& amenaties)

I loved the room (Deluxe Double Suite)! The bed was amazingly comfy, and the TV even had a screen sharing option for your phone to the TV to watch your own type of TV/Shows/Movies.

The air quality in South Korea is notoriously bad and even with the room having an air purifier, the room was still stuffy! Hubby and I were coughing all night unfortunately.

事前にお伝えしなかったのですが、午前中からのチェックインに対応して頂き助かりました。客室はとても綺麗でアメニティも揃っておりとても過ごしやすかったです。蚕室駅からロビーとロビーからロッテワールドが直結しているため移動が楽です(笑)夜遅くにチキンの配達をお願いすると丁寧に対応してくださいました。また、チェックイン、チェックアウトの際に優しく対応して頂きました。卒業旅行の一環で利用したのですが流石５つ星ホテルだなと感心するほどスタッフさんたちの対応が素晴らしかったです。またお金貯めてぜひ利用したいと思います。素敵な1泊になりました。ありがとうございました。

추캉스 잘 즐기다 갑니다

위치 잠실 딱 정중앙이라 편했음 롯데월드 이용할 목적으로 방문했기 때문에 편하게 이용할 수 있었음 침대 시몬스침대인데 진짜 너무 좋음 침대 사고 싶을정도임 직원들 엄청 친절하고 좋음

사실 큰 아쉬움은 없었고 만족스러웠음 그러나 늦은 시간에 데스크 전화하면 전화가 안되어서 불편했음 연락이 잘 안되는 편이긴 함

إقامة مريحة

-الموقع (متصل بمجمع تجاري + مدينة ألعاب + محطة مترو) ومقابل لاطول برج في كوريا والذي يحتوي كذلك على مجمع تجاري وامامه بحيرة وحديقة جميلة. - الغرف نظيفة وفسيحة. -وجود صالة للأطفال الصغار بالدور الثامن.

-رغم أنه مذكور في بوكينج أن الفندق يقبل الدفع بجميع البطاقات إلا أنه لم يقبل الدفع ببطاقة الماستركارد -مع أني استخدمتها في المحلات التجارية المقابلة وفنادق أخرى في سيؤول وتم قبول الدفع بواسطتها- لكن الفندق قبل الدفع ببطاقة فيزا.

Good for leisure travel but not a business hotel

Location is good rooms are clean and the room fixtures and fittings are very new. Connectivity is very good

Lack of wardrobe spaces , open wardrobe concept with not a lot of space right over the luggage space.. hotel is combined with shopping mall with little distinction between the two can be difficult to figure out the facilities

A Stay at Lotte World Hotel

We had a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 5 year old under kids) with 4 rooms double rooms for a family gathering. The location was perfect with the size of the party, easy access to shopping, eat, visit aquarium, lotte world, Seoul Sky. Hotel offers great discounts price to the Lotte World, even cheaper than going thru 3rd party site (34K Won /ticket I think) AND direct access Lotte World without dealing with the crazy crowds at the entrance. Hotel Guests are allowed to go in/out Lotte World once, so when we were tired at the park, we just took off for really good food at the Lotte Mall, take a nap and went back to Lotte World later afternoon. The Kid Lounge at the Lotte Hotel was phenomenal, younger kids (7 and under) could easily enjoy the facility for hours. My 5 yo loved the hotel Kid lounge more than Lotte World. All of us had the hotel buffet breakfast, due to our party size they seated us in the private dining room. Food was AMAZING, by far most delicious breakfast buffet compared to other major world chain hotel in South Korea. (ex, Sher*ton, We*tin) The charcuterie board was tasty, the parmigiano wheel cheese was the highlight for my kid. Authentic traditional Korean breakfast was approved by my native local in laws. Udon/pho booth was great, man the coffee bar was exceeding to the European standards. The room was standard size, booked at the very last minute so there weren’t lots of option online. Double room was really for 2 occupancies, we had to upgrade some rooms to a triple rooms with the front desk for the little kids. Love there was a washing machine in the bathroom but I wish it comes with English menu, as it took me so long to figure out how to use it and google translate wasn’t accurate. Tips on washing machine: Wash for 34 min, Dry for 2 hours . Do not overload or set the dryer time less than 2 hours.

Washing Machines in the room does not come with English setting/menu. no biggie if you don't need to wash your clothes.

Amazing Hotel

The staff were great.I wad at 20 floor the housekeeper were great and super clean .I love the wonder door to Lotte Adventure.I hope we have access for two times to rest👌🏼.I enjoy the connection to Lotte Mall.Thank you every 1

Adventure in Seoul

The service was exceptional from the moment we pulled up the curb. Staff everywhere were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel is conveniently located at Lotte world, a department store and mall as well as a subway station making it very convenient. The rooms were lovely and well equipped.

The pool was not geared to children as it was a lane pool.
