Проживание было комфортным и удобным. Получилось хорошо восстановить силы после сложного перелета.

Понравилось чистота и уют номера, очень вежливый персонал, для нас было приятным удивлением, что в ванной комнате была ванна, после длительного перелета самое то. За услугу раннего бронирования - отдельное спасибо отелю. Расположен близко к аэропорту Кимпхо и большому ТЦ Лотте в котором можно погулять, вкусно поесть и просто провести интересно время.

L'emplacement est très pratique pour aller au aéroport. Aussi avoir le Mall tout près. Il manque de possibilité d'être aider pour les bagage. Un hôtel aussi cher devrait avoir la possibilité pour faire aider avec les bagages.

Je trouve les receptionistes pouvaient être plus aimable, plus de sourire, montrer plus de bienveillance.

Delightful

Location was excellent to the airport and the room was very clean and spacious. I was there for one night only for work but will look forward to booking at the same hotel again for personal trips.

Timing of the gate to airport only opens at 5am, that was not made clear to me. I was very confused when the lift to the floor did not work. I left the room at 4.30am thinking I could walk there early but only upon inquiry I found out it opens later.

전반적으로 만족. 가성비는 글쎄

김포공항 또는 인천공항 이용객에게 꽤 괜찮은 위치입니다. 대기업 계열사답게 청결도, 침구의 편안함, 냄새, 시설관리 등 기본과 관련된 부분은 매우 만족스럽습니다. 가장 만족스러운 부분은 쇼핑몰과 이어져있어 날씨에 구애받지 않고 시간을 보낼 수 있다는 점입니다. 특히 가족과 동반한다면 이 부분으로 인해 정말 만족하리라 생각합니다.

예약페이지에 나와있는 뷰와 관련된 내용은 거르면 됩니다. 비행기를 보겠다는 약간의 기대를 하고 룸에 들어갔는데 공항전면만 덩그러니 보이고 그마저도 (저층인 관계로) 소나무들에 가려 뷰가 없는 것과 마찬가지입니다. 고층으로 가더라도 비행기는 못봅니다.

快適でした。

チェックインの時に日本語が出来るスタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくれて安心しました。ホテルのスタッフの方々がとても親切でした。ロッテモールに隣接していて、食事も買い物も出来、地下鉄へのアクセスも良く便利でした。

Comfortable and clean and great for short stays!

We needed to fly out of Gimpo the next morning so we stayed at Lotte city for the night and it was very comfortable for what we needed!

Not a lot of food options around at night in the vicinity but there is a supermarket nearby connected to the hotel so it was ok!

Lotte City Hotel provides both comfort and convinience.

Location was exceptional!! Able to access Gimpo Airport by walk, center of Seoul by subway/airport railway with ease. Also connected to Lotte Mall, Lotte Departnent stores, and Lotte Mart.

Since it’s located in the Lotte Mall, you need to be escorted in/out by hotel staff outside of Mall operated hours.

Always a comfortable friendly, helpful place to stay near Gimpo Airport

I really appreciate the supportive staff--always able to help when help is needed (particularly Lucy at front desk) Also appreciate that mall shopping is one floor below the hotel :)

My stay was great, perfect location if you are traveling and everything you need!

The location of the hotel is great, very convenient if you have to travel from the airport on the next day. The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't find much food to my taste at breakfast, for example bread, croissants, European style breakfast.

便利で快適。また宿泊したい。

空港まで徒歩3分ほどの立地とホテルと直結しているロッテマート、ロッテ百貨店、22時まで利用できるロッテモールがとても便利でした。翌日は朝便での帰国だったので事前に空港でTAXリファウンドの機械処理をできたのも便利でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトはフロントではなく機械で行い、チェックイン時に宿泊代金を支払いました。エレベーターを降りる度に笑顔で挨拶してくださるホテルスタッフはさすがだと思いました。お部屋も広く快適で廊下の音や隣の部屋の音も聞こえませんでした。前日まではシャワーのみだったので帰国前に久しぶりにゆっくり湯船につかってリラックスできました。ハンドソープ、ポディクリーム、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープあり。レインシャワーも便利でした。是非また泊まりたいと思いました。

良くなかった。

朝食を予約無しで行ったが、この様な行動をする人がいないのか不審がられ嫌な気分になった。その上チェックアウトの時に朝食がカウントされておらず再度精算に行ったが対応した女性の態度が気分良くなかった。わざわざ朝食の後billを受付の女性に手渡しして出たのにこの様なホテルの対応に不愉快だった。

친구들이랑 몰에서 쇼핑하고 놀기 좋음!! 공항에 일찍 나가야할때 미리가서 놀고 쇼핑하고 다음날 공항에 가기 진짜 좋음!!

욕실 샤워커튼이 없어서 바깥이 물바다가 됨!! 텔레비젼에 불빛이 비치는 것같은 고장이 있었음!!

深夜に着いたので空港近くにしました。地上からロッテモール目指せばすぐです

空港から近いので便が良い。入国した時もすぐだし、ソウル行くのも１本で行ける。後、ロッテモールに繋がってるので、部屋の階のエレベーターから直接モールに行けるのが便利。（モールが閉まってるとエレベーターもクローズ）フロントはチェックインのみで後は全部、鍵とモバイルで大丈夫。又利用したい。

韓国語も英語出来なかったので何を言ってるかは不安だった。何か聞くことはなかった。でもチェックインのみなのでそこがクリアーしちゃえば後は大丈夫だった。

Great location!

Great location to and from Gimpo International Airport - walking distance. Direct access to the huge shopping mall and Lotte Mart below the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was a strange odor possibly coming from the vents on the night we stayed.

Exceptional
