Csalódás hogy ilyen szobát kaptam

Jó a reggeli, ízléses az első szinten levő szobák berendezése és a reggeliző hely. A személyzet kedves.

A második szinten levő szobák nagyon kényelmetlenek, lelakott és csúnya. Nagyon kényelmetlen volt az ágy. Mintha a vízágyat tele rakták volna kemény rugókkal. Nincs lift ezért lépcsőn lehet a szobákat megközelíteni, de a lépcső szőnyeg mindig el van csúszva balesetveszélyes. Konnektor kevés volt az ágy mellett.

Locatia de accea am rezervat. Doamna de la curatenie foarte amabila. Nota 10 pentru ea.

A 2-a noapte galagie la ora 1 noaptea. La plecare am intrebat receptia care este meniul zilei? Am primit un raspuns pe un ton neprietenos ca sa ma uit afara pe tabla ca nu stie. Asta nici nu ar fi o problema ca nu stie dar modul in care a vorbit ...total dezamagita . Mi-am cerut scuze ca am indraznit sa o intreb. Saltele neconfortabile.

Excellent. Modern furniture, mini fridge in the room, spacious, very clean, helpful staff. Don't remember the name of the girl at reception when I checked in, but she has one of the most amazing customer service I ever met, and I travel a lot.

Very good

I was in Cluj for the international Mensa New Years celebration and the main hotel was close by (but full) so I (and a few other Mensans) were very happy to find this place! The rooms were spotless, very clean and modern and had - to my delight - mood lights in the room so you could fall asleep to green, orange, purple or whatever couloured light you'd prefer. The staff were warm and lovely and the breakfast great. I have no complaints at all :)

Nice hotel with spacious rooms

This well tun hotel has many pluses - and one minus. Pluses are: spacious clean room with comfortable bed, balcony, friendly staff and just a 20 minutes walk away from the center. Good quality for a reasonable price.

The minus is the busy street below.

I informed the staff I would be checking in late they rang me and then sent a video of how to self check in. Photos on site don't do the room justice, really modern, large and clean. 10 min walk to the mall and 35 min walk to city centre. Quite area and I was treated really well. Reception staff spoke English

location is good. it was pretty clean, price is good. if I need 1-2 days, I will stay one mor time. NOT FOR LONG LIVE

Construction is next to the hotel, the star work at 7:30 am and you can not sleep more. was some issues with water in bathroom.

Disappointing

Hotel have car parking place and it is on road.

Hotel is very old. Stinking from barhroom all time. Uncomfortable Bed. And not clean room.

Central location

The location of this hotel it's just amazing. I was quite surprised that it comes with a parking space which is so needed and so hard to find in a city like Cluj. This is the second time staying here and I am not disappointed at all. I will probably stay here again next time.

I have to admit the breakfast it wasn't the best one I ever had as the toaster it was barley working, but that's not a reason not to stay at this hotel. There are some bakeries near so you can just have the breakfast there.
