Nice small apartment

The location is near the station and plenty of cafes and grocery shop nearby

It has a complete kitchen but did not provide basics like tea or coffee, salt pepper etc. The utensils were complete though

Eine praktische Wohnung, die ihrem Wert gerecht wird.

Die Lage und die Bequemlichkeit beim Ein- und Auschecken haben mir sehr gut gefallen, und die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

Ich mochte die Matratze nicht, sie ist laut und scheint gut genutzt zu sein, denn wenn man sich hinlegt, sinkt man ein. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr schlecht, und ein sehr wichtiges Detail: die Duschkabine hatte Schimmelflecken, nur im Duschbereich, denn alles andere war sehr sauber.

Pretty bad, never book these apartments

Do not every book these apartments, very unorganised arrongant customer service. If you book it you will be in trouble from the start of your holiday

I booked the property nearly 2 months ago. Day before my arival they said that due to their system issue that apartment was not available and offered me a another one 3km away. I had no choise but to take it as it happened only few hours before the arrival. When I reached the apartment door access code was not working, I had to call them with roaming (costing 40 euros) to get access code and these people are refusing to reimburse roaming charges. Apartment was in an industrial area and too noisy as it is adjesent to a main road and a bridge. Propery is not properly insulated. To make things worst noise from the upstair apartment all 3 nights meant me or my kids couldn't sleep during our stay. People in upstair apartment was having parties all three nights. Entrance to apartment also garbage dump area from the shops in the ground floor. It looks very dirty when first enter the apartment block. Have to mention inside apartment is clean enough. I did not enjoy my holiday due to all these reasons and stress vision apartmenet caused us. I used booking.com for all my travel and unfortunately this time I experienced a very unpleasent situation with vision apartments. Arrogance of the vision apartments customer service make things worst. They are very unorganised. I really recommend not to use these apartments and wish this experiennce never happen to other people.

Óptima calidad/precio para unos días en Zúrich

La relación calidad/precio es muy buena, teniendo en cuenta que es Zúrich. La ubicación también está bien, andando puedes llegar al centro, a la estación de tren, etc. Y tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca

La cama es algo pequeña para dos personas. Algunas cosas (como la campana de la cocina) estaban bastante sucias. No hay ascensor (aunque ya lo indican cuando reservas)

Great location and complete flat

Very good location and comfortable rooms. There's also an equipped kitchen with the essentials to extend your stay without needed to eat out. Also many restaurants, cafes and markets around to make the stay even easier

We arrived at the facility 15:00 as per check in time, but the cleaner is not yet finish cleaning. She was even mad that we're already there 15:00 which is actually late already for a check in time considering check out time is 10:00. Ceilings are too low for a tall person. Electricity went out 1 time we are cooking affecting the whole electricity in the living room and it took them 2 days to repair it due to weeke d

We requested a table fan and we were told that it will be given but unfortunately it was not received so we have to stay in warm and spent sleepless nights die to hot weather in absence of any fan in the property.

good for budget stay

property was very clean and located near tram stops and had easy accessibility

1. no lift and very narrow staircase. you have to carry your suitcases yourself to your assigned floors 2. no one comes to clean the apartment. we stayed for 6 nights and no one came to clean, replace towels or clear the garbage. apparently the polciy is they will clean it only if you stay longer than 7 nights 3. we booked 2 room apartment and soaps provided very also limited considering there were 4 people in the apartment for 6 days. we had to buy our own soap

good but not for older people or people with physical disabilities

great location, clean, easy self checkin/checkout

it didn’t look like the pictures. we basically stayed in an attic. the roof is too low (won’t recommend for anyone over 5’4) on the fourth floor and no lifts/elevator. Carrying the suitcases was challenging. no one comes to clean everyday - so for long stays you’ve to cleanup yourself

no lift 👎🏼 they say free wifi but it is very hard to connect , if some how connected then it will go off in 10 min no sugar or coffee packets

Good value for money

Good location, near the centre but not in it. Very well equipped. Comfy bed.

We had washing up liquid for the dishes in the room but no sponge. Maybe it would be a good suggestion to add one for any future reservations.

A good time in Switzerland escaping the Carnival in Cologne.

- exceptionally clean and tidy - we received a second blanket at request - apartment well equipped - good location, not too far from all of the central areas of the city - affordable price - friendly staff

- nothing to complain about and no improvements to suggest, it was all good

Don’t recommend and too expensive

Low quality apartments and expensive like everything else around Zurich not worth it at all . Interior , furniture was so cheap and uncomfortable. Not using them again

Well everything was pretty bad , super small , horrible old blinds on windows can’t be easily opened, uncomfortable bed and pillow , old fashioned paintings etc

It was fine.

I've stayed at Vision Apartments Basel many times before so I was expecting similar quality for the same price in Zurich but the room looked very sad, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, the bathroom was clean enough, just looked tired. The whole place could use a renovation.

It is near to coop (their supermart) and a train station to the Zurich HB.

The space in the toilet and living room is too small to be an apartment, the bed is not for 2 persons and we have to squeeze on a small bed.

- Early check in was given as we arrived earlier than expected. at first, they didn’t allow but when I called the customer service, the guy was very accommodating. - The place is just 2mins walk from the convenience store. - 2mins walk from the train station. - 15-20 mins walk to the shopping center.

- no lift! we are at the second floor and having 3 luggages to carry. - the bed was not comfortable. the mattress is already not in shape.
