Regular, creo que se consigue mejor al mismo precio

Buena ubicación y seguro.

El baño de la primera habitación tenía un olor extraño, pedimos cambiar la habitación y la segunda estaba mejor, de ahí, la cortina del baño era corta y cuando se habría la ducha se salía el agua. En el lavamanos en varias ocasiones salió agua negra, el internet es un poco lento y se va constantemente.

Esta un poco anticuado. El baño necesita una reforma urgente. Solo pusieron toallas de ducha, las de lavabo pq las pedimos. Desayuno escaso, una persona trapera se queda con hambre

La décoration, l'amabilité du personnel, la localisation.

Peut-être juste la porte qui faisait peu d'isolation avec la chambre d'à côté.

Conveniente ubicación y funcional si vas a pasar la mayor parte del día afuera.

Hay muchas cosas que hacer en la zona. La habitación era amplia.

Nos dieron unas toallas viejas con hoyos. En fotos se ven mejor las habitaciones.

lo que más nos gusto fue la atención del personal, también la ubicación del hotel, la ambientación que tenía fue agradable, muy mexicano y fue muy agradable como cuidaran la limpieza del lugar en todo

No nos gusto que cuando hicimos la reservación nos aparecía otra habitación y no coincidió con la que nos entregaron, tampoco nos gusto el ruido que entra en las habitaciones que dan directo a la calle.

Dissapointment, hot grandma’s attic

The entrance was nice, stuff was kind.

It was very old, looked terrible, used, it was incredibly hot in the room. (Felt like in grandmas attic). We got lucky that it started to rain when we came Otherwise Im sure we wouldnt be able to sleep. It was a huge disappointment. On the other hand stuff was kind, i think it was clean but since it was all so old it just didnt look good at all.

Great location, good value

The location was super convenient and staff were really nice. When we got there one of the rooms was not clean and dirty and not ready yet, they kindly switched rooms for us to one that was ready fairly quickly. Good value!

Pleasant

Located in a great area

New owners closed neighborhood restaurant located in hotel. Hotel staff has issues with taking payments. Blames customers for their own errors.

We had 2 separate bedrooms, so it was lovely for a family of four. One room had a king sized bed, the other had 2 twin beds. Perfect for us!

The hotel was petty with its amenities. For example, they only gave 4 bath towels. There were no face or hand towels. When we asked for an extra towel, they told us they would charge us 50 pesos per towel. When we lost our room key, they charged us 250 pesos and never gave us another key. We had to ask someone to let us in the room. it costs 30 pesos to make a new key, so again, this seemed petty for a 3 or 4 star hotel.

A terrific hotel, especially for the price, and we will definitely be back.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the location was quiet but very close to the buzz of the Zona Rosa and the staff were delightful.

there are better places to stay in CDMX

Good location

Very old place and not very clean. Beds and pillows pretty uncomfortable. There was a night club right across the street that played loud music until 3 am. To make things worse, there was also tango party IN the hotel, right under our room, which lasted until 1 am. It was impossible to sleep, super disappointing experience, do not recommend!

Lovely stay in great area of Mexico city

The decor was really cool, it wasn't too noisy despite being across the road from a bar on Saturday night. There was free tea, coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel staff looked after our bags after we had checked out and they also booked us a taxi for our trip to teotihuacan. They also made the bed and cleaned everyday. The bed was huge which was nice and the room was also very big.

Could have been a tiny bit cleaner but it might be because the place is a bit old that it doesn't look as clean as you'd want. The curtains didn't fully block out the light. I also think a bath mat would have been useful. A fridge could be helpful too.

Good

The hotel is a mix of old-time charm and lovely decor with somewhat sub-standard room amenities. Also there’s NO AC. The fan was more or less adequate given daily Hugh temperatures of the low eighties.

Better beds(we reserved a double but got two singles) better shower and bathroom.

Our room had a huge balcony with city views which was awesome, and everything was very comfy and well designed

Nice place near Zona Rosa!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of CDMX. The room was clean with interesting decorations in the Mexican style.

The Wi-Fi signal was very poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you consider working from this place. The morning shift on the 2nd of April was not very kind and attentive, ignoring our greetings.

Superb value hotel on the edge of the Zona Rosa

The rooms were large, beautiful and very colourful - and the bed was enormous. The location was also perfect, on the edge of the Zona Rosa but without all the noise. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Terrific value for money.

I would definitely stay at the same place next time unless I have a very early flight.

I liked the location a lot, there was lots of places around to eat and drink. For a tourist, it is especially good because it is *long* walking distance to places that a regular tourist would visit. Staff was really helpful and they were attending to our needs. The building was nice, you can feel the historical vibe in it.

The first two days were weekdays, it was silent and nice. However, during Friday night, it was impossible to sleep until 2 AM because there was a piano in the downstairs which never stopped, it would not be a problem normally, but I had to be at the airport around 6 AM the next morning. On top of that, when we asked for towels, it was always hard to get them and you can get them one by one apparently.
