Thank you for taking care of us during our stay there

Every breakfast and food served are good, the entire management and the team are very friendly.

Although the rooms are very comfortable i suggest the hotel management to replace the existence AC with split AC which will reduce the noise pollution. Just my sincere views.

Extremely disappointed (room 501 shouldn't be for the guests)

The room was very noisy as the door and windows are not acoustic, I was offered room 501 the room service desk was just in front of it. Unbeatable screaming, chatting and singing till 2 am. I had to wake up middle of the night to make a complaint to the reception. ROOM 501 MUST NOT BE OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS.

Very good

The staff was extremely helpful. It was at a walking distance from Victoria Memorial Hall.

What I didn't like was the misery on the streets, which the hotel can't obviously do anything about.

Request for single double bed at the time of booking was not complied with. The place is too congested and Stuffy. Aircon was continuously making a loud noise. Complimentary breakfast... The staff at the breakfast counter was enjoying music on his mobile. He helped out with toasting and buttering the bread with the same hands that were holding his mobile phone. No washroom at breakfast hall provided. When asked, the staff advised me to use the drinking water provided by an inverted bubble bottle to wash hands into a bucket provided below. Wonder where the three star status came from. Disgusted, i checked out within 24 hrs of check-in though i had reserved for two nights. My request for charging for one night was turned down, as expected.
