A very good value motel on Napier's Marine Parade.

This was a unit rather than a room, with a large living/bedroom with large spa, a separate bedroom and a small kitchenette in the hallway. There were TV, fridge etc etc. Nice view out towards Marine Parade.

The exhaust fan made quite a loud noise. We only noticed this fairly late and didn't want to bother reception. The fan was near the yard, the switch for this on the opposite side of the building, so we didn't put the two together.

Was impressed with the room, was very clean. Very nice view of the waterfront. The kids loved it!

Both nights when we came back to our room we struggled to find a park which was quite stressful (no designated carpark per room). My 17 month old was scalded when the shower turned very hot on him and my 7 year old went from having a warm shower to an ice cold shower.

Friendly staff and comfortable stay. Accomdating when changes arise - have stayed here more than once and it is always a great place to stay.

Loved it

It was very clean and tidy. Absolutely loved the massive TV in front of the bed the most, it made it easy to watch movies from the spa bath.

There was a fire alarm evacuation, unfortunately, there did not appear to be any staff on the premises and the guests were left to sort themselves out. Phoning the reception did not elicit any response. Once the firemen left the premises there was no follow up by any member of staff to check on the guests welfare/safety following the evacuation. The property managers were, in my opinion, remiss in their duty of care regarding the guests.

Perfect for a quick business trip. Amenities as advertised. Complimentary milk, juice & chocolates, was a nice touch. Ground level had easy dual access to private parking & beachfront.

Room was warm and spacious. Spa bath was amazing and the patio had an amazing view of the ocean and the fountain over the road. Walking distance to the aquarium and cafes for breakfast/lunch. Staff were amazing
