Home away from home

Exceeded our expectations, absolutely amazing huge family home, had everything you would need. Was really clean and beautifully presented. Good sized family fridge that could fit our weekends worth of food in. Good sized back yard for the kids to enjoy. Location was great being close to supermarket and shops and in a nice quiet neighborhood with a park across the road.

Great location, super clean and convenient, well appointed property with all the mod cons.

Great location as was close to where we needed to be. So close to supermarket and amenities, easy to find as well when navigating coming from out of town. Clean, tidy and spacious.

Could use an upgrade on the beds, bit old and soft and probably need a couple of king sizes in maybe 2 of the rooms to cater for larger persons.

Superb

Really lovely spacious sunny house. Very warm in the living areas. Nice kitchen that was well equipment. Good parking.

The only thing was the bedroom with 2 beds in it was quite cold and there was no heater and the duvets were a bit thinin that room. The other rooms were all great.

The house was very beautiful

We found that the house wasn't as clean as we'd expect the ground was sticky, sugar/crumbs on the counter by the jug and under the tea/sugar/coffee containers, also the water dispenser on the fridge was filthy. Pillows were dirty aswell

This place is huge! super clean, so well set up with everything that you'd need plus more. There were 8 of us and it was more than ample to cater for all of us. Would highly recommend this place to stay! Even though it's not in town, it's only a 6 minute drive away and close to parks.

A beautiful and well thought out home, providing comfort for its guests.

Lovely house and well equipped. We needed a place of relaxation and comfort during the squash tournament and this ticked all the boxes.

Property was amazing, exactly as described, perfect for a big group

We had some trouble with the appliances, 8 of us couldn’t work out how to get the oven going and there was no lighter for the stove top.

Awesome place, I’d definitely book again.

Super spacious, great layout, nicely fenced in for children. Awesome location for the activities we wanted to do.

The smell in the kitchen sink area. I did notify the property managers while we were there just so they were aware.

Everything was very comfortable. Modern and glean. Good layout especially for morning sun outside.

We did find when we ran 2 showers at same time the main bathroom one went cold.

Family get together at HB Haven

Thank you for a lovely stay. Your house was great for a big family get together. We really appreciated the open plan kitchen family and dining area with the separate lounge. We were all able to enjoy ourselves together and also have some space for quiet conversations. The backyard was perfect for our 18m granddaughter. We also liked the 3 parking spaces. Beds were comfy and showers good. Great to have the shops so close.

We struggled with cutlery, we kept running short of placings. Having only one tea towel and 1 chux cloth in the kitchen for a four night stay didn’t work for us, we suggest supplying more for large groups and longer stays. Also short on a scouring pad. In the ensuite there was no hand wash in the container on the vanity. A vacuum cleaner would have been helpful.
