素晴らしい

フレンチのコース、九兵衛の寿司、素晴らしい味です食事だけではなく、チェックインの時は混んでいましたが、素早く手際よくし、あまり待つ事もありません。ベルの方や、他のスタッフも良く、日本が誇れるホテルでしょう

舒心舒适的旅程

这次住的是街景的一侧，希望下次可以体验花园或山景，非常适合一家人休闲度假。塔楼离地铁站较近，出行方便。员工亲切热情，床品舒适，3人豪华间的房间格局非常满意，期待下次见！

Aamupala ylimmässä kerroksessa oli hyvä. Sijainti hyvä lähellä juna-asemaa ja ruokapaikkoja. Kaunis puutarha.

Estancia ideal en Tokio

El hotel es grandísimo tiene varias torres pero todo está impecable. Tienen mucho personal a cargo de cada detalle. Dentro del hotel hay un jardín japonés precioso que está muy bien cuidado. Para el desayuno hay varios restaurantes para escoger y todos son excelentes; hay gran variedad de comida para todos los gustos. Vale la pena pagar el desayuno en el hotel. Hay una estación de metro a ocho minutos caminando y los alrededores del hotel son muy bonitos. La cama es súper cómoda y la habitación tiene un tamaño bastante bueno. El Servicio Al Cliente es excelente y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad que tengas. En el baño siempre te dejan lo usual como shampoo, acondicionador y jabón líquido pero además un kit de cuidado de la piel, afeitadora, cepillo de dientes y hasta un cepillo para el cabello. Recomiendo el Hotel ampliamente.

La qualité des prestations ne justifie pas le prix de la chambre.

La vue et le jardin japonais

L’accueil très long avec photocopie des passeports empreinte de la CB avec la question « êtes vous sûre que votre CB fonctionne » pas de possibilité de réserver un taxi pour le lendemain pour l’aéroport . La salle de bain à l’ancienne avec une baignoire fermée par un rideau en tissu, pas de douche.

Beautiful hotel. Includes Japanese garden and in a wonderful location. Buffets were delicious and beautiful presentation.

Enjoyable, but expensive

Location

Restaurant prices very expensive. Also, when we asked about checking in only 5 hours early, we were quoted more than £350! Not great customer care!

Well situated and agreable hotel

The room was spacious and we had an amazing view on the Tokyo Skytree. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of sweet and salty food. The hotel is well situated, close by several metro lines and a JR line.

The hotel claims to be environmental-friendly and only change the towels if we want to. We made the choice not to change the towels everyday but they were changed nevertheless. Small detail maybe, but just so you know.

An outdated hotel with a beautiful Japanese garden view

Outdated rooms, poor breakfast with no change. The staff is strict and only worried about breakfast closing time, which is not relaxing at all…

Good hotel with beautiful Japanese garden, almost ruined by the attitude of the receptionist

Good location, especially with the Japanese garden. Huge hotel, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

The guy at the reception desk looked down on our family when checking us in. His behavior made me question why we choose to stay there in the first place. Thankfully the rest of the trip went well. To the staff management team: you need to train your people better.

Good location for sightseeing across Tokyo

Full service hotel with everything you would expect and more. Lots of helpful staff. Wide range of restaurants and high end shops within hotel. Lovely garden views (albeit late winter:early spring so little colour). Comfortable bed, bath plus spacious rooms. Easy access to multiple train stations.

Was a bit of a maze but once you understood a few things there were some good shortcuts through the hotel to certain train stations.

It was a wonderful experience to be in quiet area of Tokyo.

I liked the old world charm of Japan. The historic garden was so beautiful and well maintained. Staff were all helpful, courteous and service was immediate. A variety of restaurants was also good but expensive.

I didn't like the designated indoor smoking room. It was small and I think it needs a better air purifier inside. I wish there was a designated smoking area outside the hotel premises. All shops were very expensive but classy.

Luxury accommodation

The garden and hotel was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast area was magnificent and a great breakfast. Comfy bed. Many on-site restaurants and wonderful staff.

The hotel itself was the experience and very up market so if you want to get amongst it in Tokyo the location may not suit you, although it's a lovely walk to the nearby train station.

Really great location easy access to all desirable places. Beautiful setting and wonderful garden.

Our friends changed rooms and weren’t offered breakfast for the downgrading.

The position of the hotel. Garden.

Beautiful garden! The position of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is a few minutes from the subway and has excellent connections with all parts of Tokyo

The rooms need a little renovation, because the interior is a little older.

Staff were very good

The swimming pools were all closed which was very disappointing, although the residents (which we weren’t aware of) had access, it was one of the reasons we booked the New Otani
