Excellent location penthouse suites fit for 2 people only. Sofa beds are not worth to mention .

Booking.com specified a penthouse Ronner incl 1 bedroom w 1 King bed and 1 single bed What we faced was 1 bedroom w 1 King bed and 2 sofa beds. Sofa beds mattresses felt like hammocks

Nice beach view from balcony. This room with the neighbors at this moment was not noisy. Only few noises through wall and ceiling. Nice beach and lobby/valet service team

AC and fridge is loud. Ac can be turned off for sleeping and fridge is only annoying in living room. Gym treadmills make squealing noises that are annoying

Overall that is a good place for come again

I like Monte Carlo has two swimming pool,Jacuzzi and close to beach. a wind Atlantic Ocean view.

The side splash glass on bathtub is too narrow to rise my arm. I would like to park my car by myself.

Super clean and modernized apartment. Reply nice to see. Nice pools and solid location - very nice beach/ocean and nice with the umbrella/ chairs. Parking was easy

Missing a lounge / bar to provide ambiance and relaxation. Seems were under construction :( Outside building facade on both sides needs painting - it’s a little job - but does not look to standard to have balcony edges with mold etc - the building deserves better

Wonderfull experience in heart of Miami Beach and good

Location and view, we had partial ocean view and city view with beautiful skyline of Miami Downtown. views from 5th floor pool were also amazing. Parking included in price

I've been in apartments runned by all the different managers. And BY Far this has come as the best decorated and well furnished apartment brand in Montecarlo. And I've been in the terrace units as well. I love the location of the building as it has Alton rd, 71st st and many vital roads to move further from MB while being located beachfront and in a quite sorounding. Although the Deauville construction site is not helping. Building has great staff from front desk to valet parking through the lovely beach guy. I always stay in Montecarlo Building and plan to stay with this operator from now on. The details in the apartment. Little things like having knifes that are actually sharpened, there are a few (fake) plants inside that give the apartment some homewise feeling. Overall A great stay
