Nice stay

The room was beautiful great view, like the beach & having the sun chaises.

There was no AC in the hallway, and it smell very damp & humid, and they didnt tell us about it nor suggested like changing room or treating us to balance for the incovenience. The beachfront bar food was expensive and didnt have anything appealing.

Très satisfait du séjour malgré le coût relativement élevé mais qui était attendu

- La vue sur l’océan est impeccable, très intéressante en terme de rapport qualité / prix par rapport à d’autre hôtels proches - Personnel accueillant vis à vis de ma demande pour changer de chambre et avoir une meilleur vue. Salle de bain spacieuse Balcon large idéal pour se reposer en fin de soirée

L’hôtel est bien situé pour sa vue sur l’océan mais relativement éloigné des commerces, ce qui oblige les clients à payer les boissons/ petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas du tout rentable au niveau du rapport qualité/prix. De plus, le frigo est inutilisable car verrouillé

El personal pesimo, poco dispuesto, el nobu horrible restaurant comida y personal, la piscina pesimo servicio bar cerrado a las 5.30 pm, me cobraron 2 dias de parking y he llamado varias veces y no se hacen responsables.

Hotel was wonderful

All the staff were fantastic especially the pool staff and housekeeping BUT any one we came across over multiple days on the the reception desk needed a lesson in smiling and hospitality

Eden Roc just became our favorite Miami Beach hotel.

Everything. Eden Roc is now our favorite Miami Beach hotel. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.

Proximity to drug/liquor/grocery store was not optimal. The carpeting probably needs updating. But, that’s just being nit-picky.

Overpriced for the Service we received

good location and beautiful view

a lot of surprise costs…deceiving! We we told breakfast was included but once there we discovered that we are charged $60 for breakfast weather we eat there or not. Also, it must be only at the restaurant and not available to use at the cafe or room service. We were told the restaurant only had a buffet available and it cost more than $60 for one person. We chose to not eat breakfast and lose the $60… Someone from housekeeping knocked and came inside before we had a chance to answer the door (no announcement). they were wanting to steam clean the floors a few hours after we checked in. we were getting ready for the beach.

The hotel is in a good location, very clean and very pleasant.

The pool closing time does not match a daily rate. You arrive at 4 pm, the pool closes at 6 pm and only opens again at 10 am the next day. In other words, the guest does not enjoy much. I was not informed that I would have to reserve chairs by the pool, much less that car parking would be charged..

Got an upgrade when we checked in which was awesome.

It took a really long time to get beach chairs though since it was Presidents’ Day and they charged us for an umbrella… but overall decent stay. A bit pricey but all Miami hotels are overpriced

dirty room, no mirror. pool gets no sun. beach staff unprepared for guests, slow, not attentive. elevators take very long, one not functioning

Outdoor setting is Paradise

Loved the Mid Beach location and views from our room overlooking the parking lot however wide side views of the canal and ocean. Amazing!

The beds were way too hard for comfort. Our backs were very stiff after a nights sleep. The bathtubs drainage was too slow and made the tub slippery taken a shower. Having to climb into the tub to take a shower was difficult. The height to step over is dangerous for any age unless one is tall.

this was my second time here. next visit I will use a different resort.

the doormen were nice

the bathroom was filthy. the pools were closed. there was no hot water the first day. the room smelled like mildew. little details that have been left alone to get dirty everywhere

so many think ! the pool kids is not heat up ,the area pool is not really for family, the hotel looks old even know it had been refurbish, only the lobby looks great , food not so good , not so much options for kids ! reception never answered the phone when we need , realy poor information on arrivel , how things work , restaurant always long keels for breakfast 🍳

wonderful yoga and Pilates every morning. huge empty pool. sweet staff. large elegant bedroom

price very expensive during Art Basel week but I think that’s universal in Miami in December.

Best place to stay in Miami

When I arrived I was given the wrong room and the Manager, Ramon, moved me to the correct room promptly, gave me his card, and I had an excellent stay.

Not pleasant

Good location and good amenities. property grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Rooms are comfortable but not good cleaned, bathtub were disgusting and we could not have a bath there, the jet holes were full of accumulated dirty growing bacteria’s. we were given a really nice room on check in but it had a leak in the bathroom and we had to change room, instead of having a better room for the trouble caused we were given a downgrade and the room was not prepared or cleaned properly. Our key card didn’t work on the second day and we had to be up and down from the 19th floor twice to have it changed. complaints are not dealt well, they are not a polite staff, never happy to handle anything. Texts work really well until you text with a complain that was never answered. we had too many issues to be addressed but none was dealt accordingly.
