Amazing

Great location, everything in walking distance to food, Walgreens and grocery store! Property 1 feet away from beach.

Nothing to complain except wish the pool stayed open longer!

location was everything! Room was nice it’s on the Collin strip with direct access to the beach & beautiful views with the city and beach view.

not really clean! sheets had stains, showers has a little buildup of hard water. it could have used a little wiping down as well.

was all in all a good place ..price is a lil extra once you realize your paying for great views of south beach

views was awesome, room was fitting an clean

no coffee table in living room area or area rugs. Outdoor patio furniture was piled up inside living room in a corner, bath tub was almost standard hotel size maybe 3-5inc longer an a lil extra depth..could have been a Jacuzzi tub instead

had a great time! couldn’t have asked for a better place & stay to celebrate my birthday!

I loved the beachfront view room, the pool, gym, beach access… everything!

the kitchenette accessories were a bit dirty & dusty but wasn’t a big deal.

The property was exactly how it was described in the website. The staffs were very friendly n room was very clean n nice. The beach isblocated outside the property.

It is the fourth or fifth time that we have stayed in this property. It has always been great. This time we have found an apartment that lacks maintenance, fair furniture and not very good cleaning.

it was good until this morning after the explosion

size of room and views

they didn’t tell guests that there was a demolition two properties down. it shook the building. it also left the lights blog blinking. and there was no air conditioning

Perfection!!

This property was fantastic. Great location, loved the free valet parking included with your stay, staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean, beautiful amenities, like the pools, hot tubs, lounge room, beach chairs and umbrellas. Loved how close it was to the beach, literally right on the beach!! Our room had an absolutely unobstructed amazing view of the ocean. The room had all huge sliding doors in both the living room and bedroom overlooking the ocean and led out to the balcony. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Miami and staying here!! Zero complaints!

It was excellent

The location is great, the facility, the setting of the room and the surrounding is great, the staff are wonderful and the velvet group is excellent.

I think there should be a bigger sign post at the front of the building

Was good but can be better!

I loved the view! I loved that the kitchen came equipped with everything so all you have to do was buy groceries.

Now, i don't know if pets are allowed there but the couch definitely had that, a pet was on it and they drowned it in something sweet smelling to mask the smell but it didn't work... the owner definitely needs to upgrade the chairs of the table, from far it looks good but up close it definitely needs to be upgraded, so does the tv stands etc...and the couch. The control for the TV also needs to be replaced. The place cant look half modern and half old Whoever cleans in-between stays needs to either open the doors while cleaning or get unscented cleaning stuff because the smell was sssssoooo strong....but overall I'd rent again just if those things are fixed.
