Me gusto que estaba cerca del aeropuerto y proporcionaron transporte de ida y vuelta, como llegamos tarde y saliamos en la madrugada no alcanzabamos el desayuno en la mañana, asi que cuando salimos en la madrugada nos dieron una bolsa de cosas para comer, estuvo muy bien de su parte 😀 y la cama esta muy comoda

Descanso placentero !

La limpieza de toda la habitación, comodidad de la cama y la distancia al aeropuerto, en 10 minutos llegamos y aunque llegamos en grupo , pues nos recogieron en el aeropuerto junto con otros dos huéspedes , nuestro check in fue rápido ! Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí en menos de 3 meses y por eso lo elegimos pues nos gusto mucho todo el hotel ., el trato del personal muy cálido y eficiente El Desayuno fue delicioso , la fruta estaba fresca y Dulce y la variedad de los jugos muy buena. Todo limpio y muy sabroso , muy bien preparado . Sin duda regresaremos

great hotel location, great room, plenty of parking

The room and facilities were really good. The location was also very suitable and close to the concert hall, which was my main reason for staying and the parking was free.

There was not much to not like about the hotel. Only thing was that I had to wait some for the parking attendant to open up the parking but its not a big deal.

La seguridad, habitación muy limpia. En general el desayuno decente.

El tiempo en el check in fue absurdamente tardado, una sola persona responsable, muy atenta pero muy tardado. El costo se puede considerar excesivo para lo que ofrece el servicio con un cuarto muy pequeño y baños abiertos.

Muy bien ubicado para los eventos que se desarrollan en lugares cercanos como foro sol, te puedes desplazar caminando. Cercano al aeropuerto. El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio. La atención del personal antes y durante la estancia fue excelente.

Entiendo que se aplica relación oferta - demanda, me pareció alto el precio en relación con otras fechas, pero había concierto en foro sol, y como mencioné se llega fácil caminando, eso es un plus.

Mejor de lo que esperaba

La limpieza y el desayuno superaron mis expectativas, la señorita que se encargó de limpiar nuestra habitación fue muy atenta y mantuvo la habitación impecable (soy muy exigente con la limpieza). El desayuno nos sorprendió a mi hija y a mi, muy rico el sazón, la variedad buena para ser desayuno incluido (en otros lados me ha tocado cosas muy básicas y muy mal sabor). Todos los meseros super atentos y siempre al pendiente, todo el persona en general siempre muy atentos. El restaurante que se encuentra en el hotel con servicio de 24hrs también nos sorprendió, todo delicioso y muy, muy atentos.

El servicio de shuttle de y hacía el aeropuerto no lo tomamos porque no especifican cada cuando sale o desde cuando hay que reservar para que te lleven al aeropuerto. Y bueno, el tema que me tuvo con mal sabor de boca antes de llegar al hotel, fue el cargo que hicieron por una noche en mi tarjeta de DÉBITO, reteniendo el monto según eso, para asegurar porque estaban en temporada de alta demanda, por el Corona Capital. Algo que no hace sentido, porque ya existe una tarifa por cancelación. Pero bueno, afortunadamente Booking me ayudó a solucionar el problema y liberaron el monto antes de llegar al hotel. Para que estén atentos a ese tema y si por algo les hacen retención o cargos, pues reclamen o al meno sepan que parece ser una práctica común del hotel.

It was a great stay. A bit spendy, but good for what we needed.

Location for events at foro sol is fabulous. It’s a 3 min walk to the main entrances/gates. The cleaning staff was great as well!

There were some residual short hairs in the bed and some towels. They looked to be from the dryer because everything was clean.

Me pareció un hotel muy bien ubicado para acudir a eventos cercanos, eso fue el factor principal para reservar ahí. La tarifa me pareció buena y la calidad de los desayunos está aceptable, al igual que su restaurante. El personal fue muy servicial en todo momento.

La cama me pareció sumamente incómoda, pareciera que ocupan cambiar colchones porque el mío estaba deforme. La distribución de la habitación me pareció algo incómoda también ya que no permitía usar el escritorio con suficiente espacio, la silla topaba con un muro del vestidor.

Solo ayer mismo bajando del avión me llego un correo donde se cancelaba mi reserva de este hotel y que tenían que verificar datos de la cuenta donde hice el pago con mucha anticipación Eso me generó incertidumbre y hablé al hotel, me comentaron que había un jacker en booking pero afortunadamente todo estaba bien 😅😅 que susto !

Good value for money for a lay-over.

Good value for money if you need to stay close to the airport for one night. Big room with a good sized bathroom and decent breakfast. Even provide a free shuttle to and from the airport.

If you travel as a tourist this is not the place for you as it is very far out of Mexico-City center. But for someone who needs to stay close to the airport it is a good choice.
