10/10 would recommend if your a one man show

It’s somewhat on the outskirts of Calgary but it’s worth the stay the host is friendly and very sociable and welcoming

Bad

It was a bedroom with no a/c,2 flights of stairs to bathroom,no towels and had to ask for toilet paper only stayed 1 night and paid for 4,an absolute joke never again

Nothing no place for car had to park 2/3 hundred yards away

The kindest host with great facilities

The host was excellent! Helped me out by take me to the shops to get food. Told me all the best places to go to eat. When it was too hot he gave me a fan. Overall a great place to stay with an exceptional host. I will be back!

I would not stay here again if I was the one getting payed. It was extremely disappointing

The property was close to a shopping centre with restaurants, gyms and a small grocery store

I don’t like paying for a cleaning fee when the only cleaning that is done is a sheet change and a vacuuming of the carpet. There was mold in the fridge, the walls and carpets were covered in stains. The only bathroom is up two flights of stairs and very awkward to use. The property owner came into my room while I was still sleeping. The room is five feet from a park with screaming children. The other side of the room is connected to the garage so you’ll hear that fun noise. The property owner just keeps the door unlocked.

Skyview Ranch area

Multilevel home. Bedrooms and bathroom on 3rd level. Room was clean. Queen size bed. Bedside and overhead lamps. Owner provided bed linen for week stay and towel. Full functioning bathroom. Limited supplies. I had access to microwave, kettle, and section of fridge for perishables. Owner allowed use of utensils and dining table to eat meals. No TV but secure WiFi available. Spent 6 nights at this location. Owner resides on property. Did not have car so no need for parking. Walking challenging in winter as sidewalks not cleared. Buses travel one direction only, not sure if in this area only or in Calgary in general. Area is confusing so need GPS when walking or driving. Would stay here again in hopefully better weather!

Bad

Nothing about staying here was good they advertise a good thing but yet the place is exceptionally cold.. They have TV's that don't work just there for style. The owner haven't paid his bill in months, they give one frigging pillow like seriously who sleeps with one pillow....very cheap uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I didn't like that they don't advertise that you have to pay $15 dollars inorder to cook or use the stove I feel this is highway robbery. If you advertise something advertise it all so customers and people can know. The owner is just money hungry and lies about everything.Very uncomfortable place to stay I wouldn't advertise anyone to stay here.

Disappointing

The owner of the house has no experience in dealing with others, .Also he claimed that we have to check out at 9:00AM ,but your page of regulation says between nine and tenAM ! Also there is no breakfast. And there’s no TV in the room nor refrigerator., no towel in bathroom..Finally, the residence is far from the city.

Good location but the check-in time is inflexible, and inconvenient to access water and bathroom.

It's a good location and a nice safe neighbourhood.

Need to go to another floor for drinking water, toilet and shower. The room tables are kinda dusty. No towel or basic shampoo was provided. No private key to the room. A bit noisy when kids play around right in front of the door. So it isn't really relaxing for me.

Disappointing and poor value for money.

The location is okay with some limited services within walking distance. Rajiv is friendly.

Room was not clean and was exceedingly hot. It was not clear to me from the Booking.com posting that the toilet/bathroom were shared - this wasn't a problem but would have been nice to know. The carpet in the room was grubby, there was garbage left in the room by a previous guest and the room needed a good dusting (at least). The TV did not work (no signal - so nothing to watch).

Nice and affordable

Very nice owner made me feel conferrable. There was Cold water available all the time in the kitchen. walking distance from a Shopping area that have Cannabis,Food,Barber ect... Total i do recommend this place for the Value its give.

Not allow smoke in the Balcony and need smoke outside haha but its not really that bad specially cause I stay in the first room near the exit :)

Not very clean room with ok facilities

It had most of the facilities we required.

The place was not clean. The room we booked said to have a balcony and sofa. But none of them were there. Does not create a good experience

Barbarian, Liar and the cheapest host !!!

Nothing

The host was a terrible liar who always kept following, and spying on me. There was no TV service, tissues, drinking water, shampoo, and soap. There was a sofa in the kitchen which the host occupied for watching Hindi movies at a high volume. Even when I went to the kitchen to take food he didn't leave the sofa, rather he kept asking different questions about food and watching how I handled the glasses, plates and ordered to clean different things. He told me not to eat anything in the bad room. But he didn't leave the kitchen when I went to the kitchen. He tortured me mentally and verbally during the whole stay. If I could not avoid him, he could physically hit me. He treated me as his subordinate and tried to control my movement and spy on me. He kept asking where I would go at night. He argued and threatened me when I asked for due services like TV, tissue, drinking water, shampoo, and soap etc. Beware of this host he will destroy your sleep and travel. I told him not to bother and to talk to me. He is extremely egotistical and as I tried to avoid him he insisted on arguing with me. I passed a sleepless, insecure and anxious night as he kept knocking on my door to argue and fight with me.

Difficult acess to stay in a not so confy bed.

Well located near airport in quiet area. Well priced

Difficult access, had to wait 30min for someone to bring me keys. Stiff beds and pillow. Weird atmosphere with the owner chilling in the common areas and religious images in common areas.

Close to Amenities. Host was ok.

Dirty Windows & Blinds, Dirty Carpet, Just one pillow, Bathroom rug didn't change for a decade. Lack of shower amenities.

Poor cleanness and early check out at 9am!

Dirty room facilities and early check out 9am! Plus the room is quite small on the third level so you have to claim stairs with your luggage. I expected was a hotel when I booked through bookings but it's actually a townhouse has parking on the street with walking distance. Bathroom and blanket quite dirty but glad that I had my own.
