A good Hotel, But not the best.

- Great Location. - Extremely Friendly staff. - Clean hotel. - Good food. - Excellent parking.

- Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Traveled with numerous friends, 3 different rooms on different floors. - Beds are extremely hard. - Only provide 1 bed sheet, no blankets. - 1 small blanket in the closet. - Itemized charges for anything you dirty/stain. (Bath Towels, sheets, bath mat, pillow, etc.)

El restaurante y el estacionamiento

Las camas muy duras y parecen matraca te mueves y rechinan horrible No tiene cobijas ni edredones, solo una sábana muy corta y una cobija que parece frazada ( pasamos mucho frío ) Una de las frazadas que estaba en el clóset estaba sucia, pedí otra y nunca me la llevaron. El tráfico tremendo para llegar al hotel

The staff is very Gently and Helpfull.

Everything, building staff, cleanest, cafeteria, Restaurant, buuuuttt, the room bath needs more things, like hand cream, hairdryer, tissue Kleenex, hand clothes, better quality toilet paper.

Short things in the bathroom, better quality bath towels too.

only 2 towels in the room ( bath and hand ) no coffee maker, no a small fridge, not a small safe, no hair dryer, only 1 trash can in the room, I thing that over pay for my room

Not clean and poor maintained hotel. Not worth it even 2 stars.

Dirty room, grey sheets with stains, broken light in washroom that wasn’t fixed during 3 days of stay, even after multiple requests. Staff was nice in general and restaurant on the rooftop has a great view…

Overall, It was a comfortable stay. Great location. I would certainly stay there again.

The location was closed to the the main square. Friendly service, and the buffet was very well stocked.

I didn't like the fact that as a guest, we were only limited to a certain plate, but not the full buffet. Also, they need to provide tissue for the bathroom and perhaps some hair washing products. I would also appreciate a hair dryer.

Exceptional

Great hotel. We always use it when we visit family. Close to the historic section of town. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We usually LOVE the food. This time, the breakfast was not so good. The chilaquiles were not as good as before. The chicken on the chilaquiles had a seasoning that tasted strange. Not mexican. I hope they fix this problem as we used to only eat there. Thank you

other than the toilet paper issue everything was great, good food , service and housekeeping.

very clean, organized and friendly staff.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper inside restroom or in general, they provided 1 at a time or every time you ran out, very inconvenient.

Would not stay there if I go back.

Price wase higher for stay and on top of that the first room that I was given had hair on floor and found a dead bed bug called reception they changed my room but room as well had hairs on batroom floor from previous people and the walls had like coke on wall and bath room wall was dirty very awful feeling for the price I had to pay.

Did not like the dirtyness of rooms and hairs on floor from other people and they said they could not fix that also AC did not cool due to we leave room AC goes off terrible experience.

The hotel cleanliness is outstanding from you walking in all the way to your room nice and comfortable bed a very nice restaurant in the 5th floor with a city view the staff was very friendly and very polite it make my stay so enjoyable the elevators it was a big plus I definitely stay again in the future

The location was centric and close to everything

The room didn’t have a safe. The bed was pretty hard but as comfortable as it can be.
