It was a comfy stay regarding location, great pillows

Great location, close to the main train station in Frankfurt. Was on the 6th floor and their was not really noise from the street when windows were open. When they were closed, nothing to hear

the key pad for entering the apartment was kind of loose, the indoor chain was half ripped out of the wall. would be nice to have a little nightstand for the nightlamp and not bend down to the floor, some lights did not work in the kitchen area. The TV was not hooked up to any TV channel

Você consegue ouvir o apartamento ao lado ,o mesmo código que abre a portaria abre sua porta, a água nas pias estavam frias , o aquecedor não consegue aquecer direito eu senti frio mesmo assim, o chão é frio também, banheiro minúsculo , a cozinha eu não utilizei Pelo valor poderia ser melhor

The lack of AC and the fan didn't help much. The room size. There was no shelf in the shower. The fridge was only slightly cold. Only 1 side of the bed has a power socket. The other side has 2, but one is blocked by the bed

Good short stay apartment for the location. It would have been more comfortable if it had airco within.

Great location at a short distance to Frankfurt Main Hbf station, also 10mins to Skyline Plaza. Self service e-check in/out works perfectly and small kitchenette has everything for a short stay.

The apartment is at a corner of a busy street. In summer the windows needed to be let down because of heat and air circulation as there is no airco so the noise from the street is audible throughout day and night.

Cancellation on day of Check-in

The facilities were great, very comfortable and ease of access, had such a good stay on our arrival date that we decided to book again for our departure date from Frankfurt. But on the date of checking in we were informed our booking had been cancelled due to over booking, literally a few hours away from the Check-in having travelled from Switzerland for 6hrs. We had no data or cell service, to receive such information on late notice was horrible especially after an incredibly long drive. There was very little concern on the matter from our host, went from feeling happy with our experience to extremely disappointed and unhappy. Just be aware that cancellations are possible at a moments notice!!

The location was ideal being close to the central station, but it was also a rough part of town. One block from the Red Light district of Frankfurt. Aside from that, the hosts cancelled our return booking the day of check-in after having stayed there a week prior.

having breakfast in another place, and they close exactly at the specific time, so I’d you are late, you don’t get anything, money and time wasted. No carpet on the floor feels very naked and uncomfortable.

Fantastic studio by the main train station

Convenient location 2 minutes from the main train station, close to grocery stores and restaurants and 15 minute walk from tourist attractions, Wifi worked perfectly, comfortable bed, nice shower, thoughtful complimentary snacks and beverages, free laundry facilities, flexible and easy check in and responsive and helpful customer service. Would highly recommend!

Reasonable price with super comfort for stay.

So new and clean.... Very very clean and feel comfortable... No undesired smell. All minibar is include in package so no worry at all, free drinking water and nespresso.

No reception, but that's fine for me.

Nice for short stay

Location is good, very close to train station and some restaurants downstairs open until late. Also tram stop just downstairs

Full of fear, anxiety and hoping that there is no one help except What's app.

This place is not for average business traveler as there are no human beings to open the door or in the hotel anywhere to help you. God forbids, you need help, there is no one to do so. When you are traveling to another country, such place is not suitable at all. In case of emergency, there is no recournse except sending Whats' app, which can put anyone's life at risk.

Entire check in process is dependent on you having roaming connection as there is no one to open the main door. I had to wait in the dark to learn that no human being is going to help me. Secondly, hotel did not pick up the call as they were busy and never returned the call. It is apparent that as a policy they do not talk to customer. I felt extremely scarred and uncomfortable to stay in such a place. I am not sure if Booking had disclosed that there will not be any human to speak to. I am also not sure if hotel has proper licesne to operate. Review of breakfast are all false as there is nothing to offer, you have to go out. If you forget your password or lose your phone, rest assured you will struggle to get in the hotel for very long time, and may be you will check in for a night to another hotel. I will never stay again in such places or digital human less place. I must add that for four nights I stayed, there was no housekeeping. Towels were provided but of mediocre quality and nevel replaced.

Smell There's a body odor or food that they had cooked (not sure) and the smell didn't go away. The staff said the hotel was full and no available room to change. They offered the special cleaning however the smell was somehow left and it did ruin my expectation since the first time I entered the room. (The other things of the room location were excellence)

overall a good stay

unfortunately lift was defect but we were notified before. very near to train station just across the tram stop. window are fully thick so you cant hear the noises outside. bed is comfortable. a bottle of water for free.

service per whatsapp was good and fast respond. unfortunately the manager didn’t come back to me after few complaints.
