Positivo il posto pieno di supermercati, negozi , bar e ristoranti. Per non parlare delle due metro nelle vicinanze che ci hanno permesso di andare ovunque. Un posto ottimo, tranquillo bello davvero.
La struttura da fuori sembra molto bella, ma la nostra stanza per 4 persone talmente piccola che non riuscivamo neanche a passare se non in fila indiana. Un bagno minuscolo con un lavandino talmente piccolo che appena ti lavavi un po’ la faccia finiva l’acqua ovunque, la vasca pericolosissima che mentre uscivi con un piede l’altro scivolava e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere delle asciugamani per fare da attrito , inoltre nel bagno non c’era una presa per l’ asciugacapelli non potevi appoggiare niente da nessuna parte. I letti poi, le lenzuola non sono state cambiate per 4 giorni , noi stufi le abbiamo tolte dal letto per far capire di doverle cambiare e abbiamo trovato un copriletto con chiazze di pipì. Finestra minuscola che affacciava in un muro.
Per non parlare della colazione, poco varia tendente più al salato che al dolce , spesso i croissant non erano freschi, la macchina del caffè veramente indecente sembrava acqua sporca un espresso. Niente non so perché tutte queste recensioni positive, evidentemente queste persone non hanno visto di meglio.

We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a little disaster with our accomodation that we had previously booked in London and we are so happy we discovered this hotel as we will definetely be staying here again when we come to London.
Firstly I had a little disaster with my SATNAV and was unable to find the hotel with my suitcase, back pack and my 7 year old son (the hotel however is in such easy reach of Bayswater Underground and Queensway underground but google maps spiralled out of control)
I called the hotel and a lovely young lady behind reception gave us great directions over the phone and upon arrival she was so smiley and polite as were the breakfast staff in the morning.
The rooms are small (we booked a standard double) but they are great for a stay in London where we are constantly on the go. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was so modern.
My son was happy as there was a huge choice of Childrens channels on the TV.
Such a lovely Victorian building with a scrumptious breakfast buffet.
The breakfast area is also available for guests throughout the day and evening to eat their lunch or dinner use their laptops or make video calls.
It really was a home away from home with the High St around a 5 minute walk away with a huge choice of restaurants, fast food chains and a Sainsburys local.
Thank you to all of the staff at Bayswater Inn.
As I said the rooms were small however for London you only really sleep in your hotel. There is the breakfast area downstairs if you need more room to do anything.

Personal sehr freundlich, es war kein Problem das wir über die Nacht bei ihnen das Insulin meiner Mutter in den Kühlschrank geben dürften, sie haben uns sogar dibkühlpacks für unterwegs eingefroren, Es wir darauf geschaut, das die Gäste in der Nacht ruhig sind. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Fußweg zur 2 ubahnststionen, zum hyde park. Supermarkt und lokale sind auf super zu fuss zum erreichen.

The location is exceptional and lovely and quiet. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is good, and staff tend to be attentive and helpful.
The bathroom was in need of some repairs- the shower door was broken and had been replaced with a shower curtain which was quite mildewy... This was very gross and left an odd smell in the bathroom. Corners of the bathroom were not clean.

The Room, Location and Breakfast was very good. The accessibility to places is excellent. The Staff was very courteous and helpful for all the needs. Overall a very fulfilling experience. I would definitely recommend it to others. Will love to go back.

Very good location, near tube station. Very pretty surrounding area.
Walls were paper thin. Could hear absolutely everything happening in corridor and doors shutting in surrounding rooms. Woken up at 1am to returning guests talking in corridors at normal volume yet felt as if they were in the same room. Same as when guests were leaving early at 5 am which woke us up.
Shower water pressure is extremely poor, may as well have not been provided.
Room is very small. Reasonable for a one night stay, but could see issues if you wanted to use it for longer.

The air con unit for the hotel was just outside our basement window so we needed to keep the window shut as it was very loud.

The staff were friendly and happy to keep hold of luggage so we could enjoy our stay without having the keep hold of everything. The room was clean and adequate amounts of coffee and tea were supplied.
A bottle of water would have been a nice extra, the room is quite small but manageable for one night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer! The beds are tiny with a fairly average mattress, we slept well though with no interruptions.

Unfortunately, the aircon didn’t work in our room so it was very hot, but we went down to reception to explain the situation and they moved us into a new room and gave us an upgrade straight away which we were very happy about. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard, but had what you need and for the price you are paying and the location it was good.
The curtains had some mold on them. It seemed like a very old building, so there may be some renovation needed, but as we were only staying a couple of nights, this didn’t bother us really

Location was ok, bathrooms were clean-ish. The aircon was a lifesaver luckily.
The shower pressure was abysmal, no pressure whatsoever so we couldn’t shower properly for three days. The room was tiny at about 9 square metres, literally just a bed and desk (why are there even desks in hotelrooms these days?)
No hooks anywhere to hang up stuff and no plugs next to the bed.
Room 415 was right next to the lift, which made loud noises so that our sleep was interrupted multiple times.
Location near Kensington Gardens was decent, but at a price of £140 a night I really expect more, even in London.
Also, the hotel sent an email the day BEFORE checking out asking not to write bad reviews and instead asking reception if one has any queries. Doubt they would’ve been able to help with these, as multiple rooms I saw on the 4th floor were way below expectations.

The rooms were simple and comfortable. Everything that is expected in a hotel was there. Centrally located and proper security. Nice showers, and a view of the neighbouring parks.
Breakfast was average. The staff at times seemed to not know what they were doing.

Vi hade ett bra rum men utsikt mot en fin park. De usb uttag som fanns på rummet fungerade ej. Man var tvungen att låna adapter från receptionen för att kunna ladda medhavda apparater,som inte fanns så många att låna ut. TIPS man ha med sig om man vill vara på sin säkra sidan alt köpa på närmaste affären ( personalen var ändå hjälpsamma med att hjälpa till och ladda hos dem).
Stor +: Tunnelbana station i närheten samt diverse affärer att köpa till frukt och vatten mm vid behövs. Hyde park inte att glömma (UNDERBART) samt Hopp on Off buss service från närmaste huvudgatan. Promenad avstånd till Marble Arch
Heltäckningsmattor ska bort. Det samalas bara dam och annat som är svårt att uppäcka samt ej allegivänligt.
Städning av gummilistor i badrummet/duschkabin ska ses över!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko metro. Można praktycznie dojechać we wszystkie atrakcje. Blisko parki, sklepy, miejsca gdzie można zjeść taniej i drożej. Dobre obfite śniadania. Miła obsługa.
Pokój był w oficynie. Okna za kratami, mało szczelne, niewiele światła dziennego. Wilgotno i trochę chłodnawo w nocy.
Ogólnie nie narzekam, gdyż cena była korzystna w tej lokalizacji i ze śniadaniem. Przy rezerwacji nie było jednak wzmianki, że pokój jest lub może być w oficynie. Być może wolałbym dopłacić trochę więcej, gdybym o tym wiedział. Dla osób wybrednych pewnie byłby to problem.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Man hat einen 10 minütigen Fußweg zur Station "Baywater" und ist von dort aus schnell an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig, geräumig und gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist zwar typischerweise etwas klein, aber man hat dennoch alles was man braucht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!
Das einzige Manko am Zimmer war das Badezimmer. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil nicht mehr ganz sauber. Es löst sich an ein paar Stellen auf und ist nicht mehr ganz sauber zu bekommen. Aber das hat uns im großen und ganzen nicht allzu sehr gestört.

Excelente ubicado frente a Hyde Park. Desayuno correcto con cierta variedad aunque repetitivo. Colchones recién cambiados, lo vimos nosotros muy cómodos ideales para un largo día de turismo. Lo peor el baño, en habitación familiar (4 camas), minusculo. La limpieza mejorable. Parada 36 de big bus frente al hotel lo que facilita enormemente la jornada. Metro Bayswater al lado y con buena comunicación. Junto a mercadillo Notting Hill

La distancia con el centro perfecta, teniendo en cuenta que tienes el metro a 5 minutos, y estar alejado de las zonas turísticas permite estar en una zona más tranquila.
En lo que respecta al personal bastante atento.
El buffet del desayuno bastante variado con abundante fruta y típica comida de desayuno continental (huevo, bacon, etc.).
El hotel es de 3 estrellas aunque en Booking ponga de 4. La verdad que en cuanto a las dimensiones de la habitación no está mal, pero si que hay varios detalles negativos respecto a ella.
En primer lugar, teniendo en cuenta que éramos 4 personas en 1 habitación el armario era bastante limitado (para 2 personas como mucho).
En segundo lugar no hay espacio para colgar las 4 toallas en toda la habitación y después de ducharse no hay manera de que se puedan dejar para secar.
En tercer lugar, la televisión no sintonizaba ni un triste canal jaja.
Finalmente, y ya es para mi gusto personal, le faltó nevera
