Per total, o experienta mediocra

- cladirea hotelului frumoasa, camera frumos amenajata si spatioasa, personalul de curatenie si-a facut bine treaba zilnic - relativ aproape de plaja privata cu intrare lina in apa (desi jum era cu pietre mari in apa) - personalul de la barul din lobby-ul hotelului foarte dragut

- mancarea foarte slaba. Pe langa faptul ca erau prea putine sortimente si mereu aceleasi, nici macar nu erau toate bune. La final, ramneam cu acelasi 2-3 feluri de mancare comestibile. - piscinele nerenovate, pe alocuri urat mirositoare - plaja privata total neingrijita, plina de gunoaie si chistocuri, nu era nimeni acolo sa supravegheze situatia - daca mergeti cu copiii si va doriti liniste, nu e deloc un hotel potrivit pentru asta, au fost seri cu muzica la maxim pana la 12, chiar si cu artificii date in jur de 23.30.

Un condiment ce s-a regăsit în mai multe feluri de mâncare ce oferea un gust ciudat din păcate.

Закуската, обяда и вечерята бяха супер. Лесно контактувахме с персонала на всички нива (камериерки, сервитьорки, бармани т.н.). Басейните бяха гот - можеш да поплуваш дори през късните часове и никой не прави проблеми. Силно препоръчвам all inclusive, всички са любезни и не задават въпроси освен ако не заговориш. Има частен паркинг и плаж.

Душ кабината не беше добре уплътнена и излезе малка локвичка в стаята. WiFi си е слабичък, но това е класика за хотелите. Частния паркинг не влиза в цената на all inclusive.

We enjoyed!

We spent a week at this hotel on our holiday. The hotel was opened three days before our arrival, after a big renovation. We had a few problems as we arrived, but the hotel management took care of those situations really well. We got our room also upgraded, because of those tiny things that couldn't be avoided even on behalf of the staff. The new rooms were really comfortable, clean and simplicit but still stylish. Food at the hotel were good in our opinion. Except the snack bar. Location was close enough to the main street. Short distance to walk almost everywhere. You had to walk along some stairs. We could stay here some other time.

There wasn't any drink lists on the bars. Also the all inclusive "snack bar" wasn't working as we arrived. They got it done in few days tough. Still the orderings in the snack bar were quite un eatable.

Foarte frumos, o vacanță super!

Totul a fost foarte bine, personalul amabil, camerele curate și renovate foarte frumos, mâncarea foarte bună, curățenia făcută zilnic, plaja destul de aproape și ai avut șezlong și umbrelă gratuit totul a fost ok. O să mai revenim cu drag.

Având în vedere ca noi am ajuns fix în ziua redeschideri după renovare , la piscină exterioară nu era încă totul pus la punct, și nici snack barul. Dar s-a rezolvat și acest lucru în 2 zile.

Terrible experience wouldn’t recomment it.

The animation staff for the kids was superb.

The rooms were messy, the tv in the room is for show, very unwelcoming staff members, food was terrible, if you wanted a piece of fruit to eat on the terrace the restaurant staff would stop you even if you haven’t served launch or dinner, the plates were already dirty when they would bring them out as being washed , the toilets were horrible, the coffee was un drinkable, the fridge inside the room was worm.

The animation staff for the kids were superb.

Messy rooms and halls, inside the room the beds and pillow were uncomfortable, the tv is just and accessory, the fridge was worm, the toilets were horrible, smelly and very dirty, the coffee was un drinkable, the dishes in the restaurant were dirty, the food was bad, the restaurant staff was horrible: tried to take an apple to eat it on the terrace and they have stoped me even if I haven’t ate dinner or launch.

property is really old building who doesnt have the condition to be max 1 or 2 start. place was dirty all the clean missing more cleaning action. air accommodations was not working at all.. including in common areas. in room was working but didnt come fresh air- i try to make it to understand to reception manager, after i spoked with maintenance responsible who said: here is one big machine for all hotel so work nothing or really bad (imposible that manager wanted to understand, i guess she has this instruction by hotel manager)

Lovely personnel. Food was just right. We do recommend this hotel to the lovely couples, since they are offering free Champagne with fruit salad.

There was not enough personnel head count, which resulted in great queues. There should be increase in head count. Rest was OK. We couldn't speak Deutsch.

Superb

They have managed to fullfil all our requests - we had 4 nice rooms, one next to the other, with sea view. The food was very good and for all preferences. I was happy that I had what to feed the kids. Mini disco was also good for the kids. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful (they gave me some mints for my cough and also an emergency medical kit when I had a small wound). Also at the restaurant staff was kind and helpful.

The door to the balcony was not closing well. Most of the coffee cups were dirty (had coffee traces) and some of the plates were not very clean. We found some strange insects in the room (not sure how they got to the 6th floor).

Nothing, we are very disappointed about this location

We have a lot of problems in our 2 rooms, In one of them the light from the toilet was not working and we announce that but remain like that… We found some insects (Cockroaches , spiders , ants) The personal from bars are awful… etc The food was very poor , Only the breakfast it’s OK And the smell in our room was like you know old warehouse…

The worst experience at this hotel in Bulgaria, I came for Easter with my family and they said that they have an indoor pool and parking and that everything is OK. it didn't work, it wasn't hot water, dirty plates, very little food at all in the conditions when the hotel was full, the very rude staff don't speak English, they scream at you and swear at their language. When we went to get our car after 2 days when we were parked, I found that it was scratched and hit. came in front of the hotel, and when he saw us he jumped into the fight and hit my wife as well. I called the police, they asked us what happened without giving any statement, and the hotel manager did not guarantee us that we will be safe They had a car, they didn't have surveillance cameras in front of the hotel. I called Booking, told them what had happened and they said they were calling the property and called us back immediately, and after an hour we called again, and they told us to wait for a quick offer from the property. that we have decided to stay another night! We will return in detail!

It was cold in the rooms, flushing system of the toilet was damaged, no electricity in one night at the entire 7th floor, parking very far from hotel or to small for such a big 4* hotel!!!! Not enough staff for All inclusive hotel!!!

we stayed last two nights of season and very quiet with little atmosphere only about 25 people there last night
