Fijn onderkomen in rustige buitenwijk van Cavtat met zwembad en aardige eigenaar.

Fijne ruime kamer met mini keuken en balkon; zwembad; rustige buurt.

Het is wel een stukje omhoog lopen van zee/centrum naar accommodatie. Voor ons geen probleem.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spacious and clean. House keeping very good. Facilities a little outdated but functioning. Balcony and views are lovely. Pool fairly maintained. Would be ideal if guests had a car. As the walk from Cavtat town to the apartment is quite steep

Our Croatian Experience I

On arrival at the Villa Voinic we were given a very warm welcome by the owner. We arrived during a storm and were told that if we wanted to go for something to eat they would take us into the town and then pick us up when we were ready. As we had already eaten we didn't take the offer up but were very touched. We booked this Villa on a recommendation from someone who had been before Covid and we were more than satisfied. Situated at the top of a hill gives you an overall view of the beautiful bay of Cavtat. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we expected. Towels were changed everyday and beds every couple of days. It also has a swimming pool with an adequate number of sunbeds, chairs and two large sun shades. This was lovely to cool down in after sightseeing in the town or nearby Dubrovnik. Visiting Dubrovnik is easy from this location with a water taxi leaving Cavtat on a regular basis and a local bus which can be caught on the main road just outside the apartments. The Villa has 10 apartments over three floors. It was a very friendly environment which we enjoyed immensely. The owners were wonderful, so helpful and continually checking if we were ok. We look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.

There was nothing that we didn't like. However the Villa is placed on a hill and there is a very steep slope down to the town so not a good location for anyone with walking difficulties. We returned from our holiday a lot fitter than when we arrived!

Fabulous stay in beautiful surroundings

The view from our balcony was stunning. the pool area was lovely and clean and the sun beds were great quality. Met on arrival by owner who brought us cold beers to welcome us. Would 100% stay again.

Friendly, family-run rooms. Good value for money. Short walk to town center. Nice shower shampoos.

Both rooms were a bit smelly. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and typical loosened or not fully closed shower doors. A bit of a steep walk for older folk.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Sea view from balcony.. cavtat.town. dark room at night. Cool.

Quite noisy at night.. very steep climb to the accommodation. Sheets and blankets a bit small for the big bed.

The apartment had a well equipped kitchen area, a huge comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The owners were really lovely and could not do enough to welcome you. There was also a beautiful private pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Pool towels were also provided. It was a perfect base, minutes walk from the centre of Cavtat.

Just be aware that the walk to the property from the centre of Cavtat is short but steep and wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

I really loved my stay. Cavtat is a lovely town and this appartement had a great location. It had a very nice balcony with view. The hosts are also very nice. The appartement had everything I needed.

Super hosts, great value accommodation

We had a great welcome here from everyone, even the dog. The descent into Cavtat, and the walk back were never a problem like some mentioned in feedback. We were even given a lift back to the airport. Super hosts, great value accommodation.

Could maybe have some coffee available in the room.

Wonderful

We were looked after really well. The pool was fabulous, and well looked after. The Apartments are quiet and the team were really friendly towards us at all times.

Everything, the room was as we expected, very spacious. The owners were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The view from our balcony was fantastic.

View Pool Tidiness Comfortable bed 10% discount after arrival in local restaurant Ivan ( fish was great, pasta nothing special )

We stayed in apartment 7 days but no one changed our bed sheets or towels. After all we injoyed the view and the city.

Great accomodation and excellent hosts

We spent a great week in Cavtat. The host offered us an airport transfer. The apartment was perfect. Great view from the balcony. Freshly cut flowers were waiting for us on the table and the host gave us local wine. For us, the location was very good. Only 5-8 mins walk to the city center. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful week at Villa Voinic. Clean and comfortable room and good location (beaches, supermarket and city centre are very close). The view from our balcony was beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment.
