not bad, but don’t book with breakfast

large apartment, nice touch with the spa bath, even spa salts are provided

nowhere in this world you have 7-9 in the morning for breakfast. Asked for some water at 10:20, staff declined.

Good stay!

Stayed for 4 night, it was very clean, great breakfast, lovely staff. It has a big parking lot and good internet connection (did some work calls and was pretty stable). The location is awesome, quiet, close to some walking/hiking trails in Cluj

The matress is hard, didn't enjoy a good night sleep. And bad pillows, toooo soft😔

8 JUST FOR THE HOT-TUB, 0 FOR THE REST OF IT

The suite was big and the hot-tub was amazing. The breakfast was good but not wow.

The staff was not friendly-professional but not friendly. The location was bad-far from the city center. The breakfast was poor, there were just 4 options and they wouldn't make me latte, because the option for breakfast was just espresso included. Very rude when I asked about it. The hotel restaurant had too few dishes to order. Saturdqy night there was a party at the restaurant and we couldn't ask for forks for our order from tazz. They didn't have room service. If I were to come to Cluj again, I would definitely NOT choose HOTEL STIL!

Good 3 star hotel

Is very clean and very good value for money, the room is big and the beads are comfortable The food in the restaurant is very good. Big and free parking. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

The pillows are uncomfortable and too soft, but it is ok. The housekeeper asked only if I needed something in my room but did not come to make the bed or change the towels. There is a sign where you ask for here to make the room. The hotel is situated at the entrance of the city, in order to visit you need some kind of transportation to reach the city center

It was quiet, the bed was good, we slept well. The staff was kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Very good location for us.
